Claims (9)
- Netzkabelsteckanschluß für Elektrogeräte und -werkzeuge, insbesondere für Elektrohandwerkzeuge, mit Stecker mit Kabel und zugehöriger Aufnahmebuchse mit zum Stecker komplementärer Konfiguration, wobei am Stecker (10) äußere, beidseitige, einander gegenüberliegende federnde Rastflügel (13a, 13b) vorgesehen sind, die im nach außen federnd abgespreizten, in die Aufnahmebuchse eingeführten Zustand mit Rastschultern (40) entsprechende Arretierausnehmungen (41) im Inneren der zugeordneten Aufnahmebuchse (30) hintergreifen und Griffbereiche bilden, die durch Eindrücken zusammendrückbar sind, wodurch die Rastschultern (40) aus den Arretierausnehmungen in der Aufnahmebuchse gelöst werden.
- Netzkabelsteckanschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastflügel (13a, 13b) am Stecker (10) außen angesetzt und miteinander dadurch verschraubt sind, daß eine gemeinsame Schraube durch eine Steckerdurchtrittsbohrung in dessen vorderen Teil sowie durch beide Rastflügel geführt ist.
- Netzkabelsteckanschluß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stecker aus zwei, in etwa gleichen Steckerteilhälften (11, 12) besteht, die unter Aufnahme der elektrischen Kontaktverbindungen in ihrem Inneren miteinander verbunden sind und vordere, nach vorne offene Aufnahmetaschen für Ansätze (15) der beiden Rastflügel (13a, 13b) bilden, wobei die Verbindungsschraube (39) der Rastflügel (13a, 13b) zwischen den Öffnungen (43) für die elektrischen Aufnahmekontaktbuchsen (19a, 19b) geführt ist.
- Netzkabelsteckanschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastflügel (13a, 13b) von einer gemeinsamen Druckfeder (24) nach außen vorgespannt sind, die durch eine durchgehende Bohrung (23) der beiden Steckerteilhälften (11, 12) geführt und in dieser gelagert ist.
- Netzkabelsteckanschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastflügel (13a, 13b) nach hinten einander am Stecker (10) gegenüberliegende Griffflächen (42) bilden, in deren Bereich beidseitig zu jeder Grifffläche die Rastschultern (40) angeordnet sind.
- Netzkabelsteckanschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erleichterung der Montage an einem der rechtwinklig zum Hauptteil jedes Rastflügels verlaufenden Ansätze (15a) des einen Rastflügels (13a) eine unrunde Materialverlängerung bis in den Bereich des gegenüberliegenden Ansatzes (15b) des anderen Rastflügels (13b) geführt ist, die in einer unrunden, von beiden miteinander verbundenen Steckerteilhälften gebildeten Durchtrittsbohrung (38) aufgenommen ist.
- Netzkabelsteckanschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckerteilhälften (11, 12) miteinander durch jeweilige rippenartige Vorsprünge (21) und entsprechend zugeordnete Ausnehmungen (22) im jeweils anderen Teil zueinander lagefixiert sind, wobei von einer der Steckerteilhälften (11) etwa mittig ein rohrförmiger Vorsprung ausgeht, in den ein weiterer rohrförmiger Vorsprung an der anderen Steckerteilhälfte (12) eingreift zur Bildung der durch beide Steckerteile hindurchgehenden Durchtritts- und Lagerbohrung (23) für die gemeinsame Vorspannungsfeder (24) der beiden Rastflügel.
- Netzkabelsteckanschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Grundsteckerteilhälften (11, 12) durch beidseitig zum aufgenommenen Elektrokabelende (32) angeordnete Durchtrittsbohrungen zur gleichzeitigen Festklemmung des Kabelendes miteinander verschraubt sind, wobei eine Kabeltülle (17) in einer von beiden Steckerteilhälften jeweils hälftig gebildenden Ringausnehmung aufgenommen ist und die Montage des Steckers sich durch die gleichzeitig die beiden beidseitigen Rastflügel (13a, 13b) fixierende mittlere Schraube (39) im vorderen Bereich vervollständigt.
- Netzkabelsteckanschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in von Gehäusevorsprüngen gebildeten Aufnahmeräumen in einer der Steckerteilhälften (11) Messerkontakte bildende metallische Aufnahmekontaktbuchsen (19a, 19b) eingelegt sind, wobei die entsprechende Aufnahmebuchse (30) am jeweiligen Elektrogerät vorspringende Zungen (29) aufweist, die von federnd aufeinandergedrückten Kontaktteilflächen (28) jeder Aufnahmebuchse bei gleichzeitigem federndem Abspreizen aufgenommen werden.
