Description
Claims (2)
- Vorrichtung zum Bereiten und Ausgeben von Erfrischungsgetränken aus einem von mehreren Getränkekonzentraten und gekühltem, mit CO2-Gas angereichertem Wasser oder gekühltem, nicht mit CO2-Gas angereichertem Wasser, mit einer Druckpumpe (10), mit einem Abzweigsystem (21), mit wasserbedarfsabhängig gesteuerten Ventilen (12, 20), mit einem nachfüllbaren, gekühlten Vorratsbehälter (5), in dem das Wasser mit CO2-Gas angereichert wird, und mit einer durch thermische Kopplung mit dem Vorratsbehälter (5) gekühlten Leitung (23) für nicht mit CO2-Gas angereichertes Wasser, wobei das Abzweigsystem (21) der Druckpumpe (10) nachgeschaltet ist und das Wasser wahlweise über den Vorratsbehälter (5) oder über eine Bypaßleitung zum Vorratsbehälter (5) in den Mischbereich mit dem Getränkekonzentrat führt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bymaßleitung die gekühlte Leitung (23) bildet und durch einen Wärmetauscher (24) geführt ist, der primärseitig über eine Förderpumpe (26) mit dem CO2-haltigen, gekühlten Wasser aus dem Vorratsbehälter (5) gespeist wird, unddaß das aus dem Wärmetauscher in den vorratsbehälter (5) zurückgeführte CO2-haltige Wasser in den CO2-gefüllten Kopfbereich des Vorratsbehälters (5) eingesprüht wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die aneinander angrenzenden, thermisch miteinander gut leitend verbundenen Kammern (Leitungen 23, 25) des Wärmetauschers (24) gegensinnig durchströmt sind.
