Je nach gegebener Gestaltung der die Drehstabfeder des Türfeststellers aufnehmenden bzw. abstützenden Scharnierhälfte entweder als Blechbiegeteil oder aber als Abschnitt eines Scharnierprofiles kann der Torsionsfederstab in einer nahe deren Anschlagfläche in der Scharnierhälfte ausgebildeten Einbuchtung oder einer Bohrungsausnehmung untergebracht und in der einfachsten Ausführungsform vermittels einer im Bereich seines einen Endes an ihm ausgebildeten Umfangsprofilierung, lediglich zum Beispiel einer Umfangsrändel, unmittelbar gegen ein komplementäres Profil drehsicher an der Scharnierhälfte abgestützt sein. Die geradlinige Ausbildung des Torsions-Drehstabes gewährleistet dabei zum einen einen geringsmöglichen Platzbedarf für seine Unterbringung in der einen Scharnierhälfte und zum anderen die Vermeidung jedweder Geräuschentwicklung innerhalb des Scharnieres, da der Torsionsfederstab über seine verwindbare Länge hin an keiner Stelle an der Scharnierhälfte anliegt. Eine gegebenenfalls oberendig und im Bereich des Anschlußes des Rastgliedes vorgesehene radiale Abstützung des Torsions-Federstabes kann durch eine einfache Gleitlagerhülse auskleidet sein. Die vorgesehene Festlegung des Torsions-Federstabes über eine Umfangsprofilierung ermöglicht dabei dessen Montage in einer vorgegebenen Lage derart, daß drehsicher an ihn angeschlossene und radial auskragende das Rastglied eine vorgezeichnete Ausrichtung zu dem an der anderen Scharnierhälfte feststehend angeordneten Widerlager einnimmt, wobei im Hinblick auf einen gewissen ungebremsten Anfangsfreigang der Türe auf eine Montage unter Vorspannung verzichtet werden kann.
Die erfindungsgemäße Gestaltung des Türfeststellers behebt somit, unabhängig von ihrer Gestaltungsweise, die den bekannten Bauarten von Drehstabfeder-Türfeststellern anhaftenden Nachteile.

Das mit einem Drehstab-Türfeststeller 1 baulich vereinigte Kraftwagentürscharnier besteht aus einer ersten, am einen Türanordnungsteil anschlagbaren Scharnierhälfte 2, die im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel durch einen entsprechend bearbeiteten Längenabschnitt eines Scharnierprofiles gebildet ist und einer zweiten aus einem Blechmaterialzuschnitt gebogenen Scharnierhälfte 3, wobei die eine Scharnierhälfte 2 eine im wesentlichen ebene Anschlagfläche 4 und die andere Scharnierhälfte eine Anschlagfläche 5 aufweist und wobei die beiden Scharnierhäften 2 und 3 vermittels eines Scharnierstiftes 6 schwengelenkig miteinander verbunden sind. Der Drehstab-Türfeststeller 1 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem geraden Torsions-Federstab 7 einem Rastglied 8 und einem Widerlager 9. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Torsions-Federstab 7 beidendig mit einer Durchmessererweiterung und in deren Bereich mit einer Umfangsprofilierung in Form einer Umfangsrändel 10 bzw. 11 versehen. An seinem einen Ende ist der Torsions-Federstab 7 über seine eine Umfangsprofilierung 11 drehsicher in einer komplementären Innenprofilierung eines ersten Teiles 12 einer den Torsionsfederstab 7 insgesamt aufnehmenden Hülse 13 festgelegt, während er an seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende über seine andere Umfangsprofilierung 10 drehsicher mit einer komplementären Innenprofilierung des anderen Teiles 14 der ihn insgesamt aufnehmenden Hülse 13 im Eingriff steht. Die beiden Teile 12 und 14 der Hülse 13 sind aneinander geführt, in der Weise, daß das andere Teil 14 vermittels einer Lagerbuchse 15 drehbar auf dem oberen verjüngten Ende des Teiles 12 drehbar gelagert ist. Das Rastglied 8 ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel durch einen zur Achse des Torsions-Federstabes 7 radial auskragend an das eine Teil 12 der Hülse 13 angeschlossenen zweiarmigen Lagerbock 16 und eine an diesem gelagerte Rastrolle 17 gebildet, wobei der die Rastrolle 17 tragende Lagerbock 16 mit dem Teil 12 der Hülse 13 einteilig ausgebildet ist. Das dem Rastglied 8 zugeordnete Widerlager ist durch eine auf die obere Stirnsiete 18 der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 3 aufgesetzt angeordnete teilkreisförmige Flachmaterialscheibe 19 gebildet, welche bei zur Scharnierachse konzentrischer Anordnung an ihrem Umfang mit Rastmarken bildenden radialen Vertiefungen bzw. Ausnehmungen 20 und 21 versehen ist. An der zweiten Scharnierhälfte 3 ist die das Widerlager bildende Flachmaterialscheibe 19 mittels Niete 22 befestigt. Torsion bar door check according to Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the pre-mounted component comprising a sleeve (13), non-rotatable support of the torsion-spring bar (7), detent mechanism (8) and guide for the detent mechanism (8) has a greater axial length than the height of the door hinge.
  5. Torsion bar door check according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the sleeve (13) is designed in two parts and both parts (12 and 14) of the sleeve (13) are non-rotatably connected by means of peripheral profiling (10 and 11) of the torsion bar (13) with the latter, and in that the detent mechanism (8) is connected to the free end of one of the two sleeve parts.
  6. Torsion bar door check according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the detent mechanism (8) is formed by a cantilever equipped at its free end with a detent roller (17) which is non-rotatably connected to the torsion spring bar (7) or one part (12 or 14) of the sleeve (13) accommodating it and the abutment (9) comprising the detent marks (20 and 21) assigned to the detent mechanism (8) is formed by a detent disc (19) securely connected to the other hinge half (3).
  7. Torsion bar door check according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the pre-mounted component comprising the sleeve (13), non-rotatable support (10 or 11) of the torsion-spring bar (7), detent mechanism (8) and optionally the guide for the detent mechanism (8) is non-rotatably secured, in particular by a pin (24), in a position predetermined with respect to the alignment of the detent mechanism (8) to the abutment (9) arranged on the other hinge half (3).
  8. Torsion bar door check according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the detent marks (20) of the abutment (9) arranged on the other hinge half (3) are formed by radial cut outs in the front side of a partly circular flat material disc (19) arranged concentrically to the hinge shaft.
  9. Torsion bar door check according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the detent mechanism (8) connected directly or indirectly non-rotatably with the torsion spring bar (7) is formed by a partly circular flat material disc (19) arranged concentric to the axle of the torsion spring bar (7) and provided on its periphery with radial cut outs forming detent marks and an abutment on the other hinge half (3) equipped with a detent roller (17) rotatable about an axis that is concentric to the hinge shaft is assigned to said detent mechanism (8).
  10. Torsion bar door check according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the detent mechanism (8) and abutment (9) are arranged outside the height of the hinge, and in particular are fitted on one of the face sides of the hinge.
  11. Torsion bar door check according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the detent mechanism (8) and abutment (9) are arranged within the height of the hinge.
  12. Torsion bar door check according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterised in that both parts (12 and 14) of the sleeve (13) are guided so that the other part (14) bearing the detent mechanism (8) is rotatably mounted by means of a bearing bush (15) on the upper tapering end of the first part (12).
