Im Farbwerk einer Offsetdruckmaschine ist gemäß Fig. 1 ein Farbkasten

3 lösbar befestigt ist. Die Abdeckung 3 ist dicht schließend
auf dem Farbkasten 2 angeordnet, so daß mit der benachbarten
Farbkastenwalze 1 eine hermetisch geschlossene Kammer entsteht. Die
Abdeckung 3 ist auf dem Farbkasten 2 aufgesetzt oder ist lösbar mit
dem Farbkasten 2 verbunden. Das Aufsetzen bzw. Abnehmen der Abdeckung
3 kann manuell oder auch mit einem Führungsgetriebe z.B.
einem Koppelgetriebe, oder einem Schwenkmechanismus erfolgen. Die
Abdeckung 3 ist mit einem Leitungssystem 4 für die Zufuhr der
Reinigungsflüssigkeit gekoppelt, dem eine Pumpe 5 und ein Vorratsbehälter
6 zwecks Aufnahme der frischen Reinigungsflüssigkeit in
einer Förderrichtung 13 vorgeordnet sind. Die Abdeckung 3 ist
weiterhin mit einem Leitungssystem 10 für die Entsorgung des
Gemisches bzw. der Emulsion aus Reinigungsflüssigkeit und Farbe
versehen, dem in Förderrichtung 11 ein Sammelbehälter 9 nachgeordnet
ist. In einer weiteren Ausbildung ist in die Abdeckung 3
eine Einrichtung 14 integriert, die der Zuführung von Farbe in den
Farbkasten 2 dient. Die Einrichtung 14 ist mit einem oder mehreren
Farbvorratsbehältern verbunden, beispielsweise Farbpatronen. Die
Behälter 9 und 6 sind durch eine Verbindungsleitung 12 untereinander

Auf der Rakelwanne 7 ist lösbar eine Abdeckung 3 aufgesetzt, die
diese hermetisch schließt. Das Aufsetzen bzw. Abnehmen der Abdeckung
3 kann manuell, mit einem Führungsgetriebe oder einem
Schwenkmechanismus erfolgen. Die Abdeckung 3 ist im vorliegenden
Beispiel mit einem Leitungssystem 10 zur Entsorgung des Gemisches
bzw. der Emulsion aus Reinigungsflüssigkeit und Farbe in einen
Sammelbehälter 9 versehen. Je nach Anwendungsfall kann zusätzlich,
analog zu Fig. 1, ein Leitungssystem 4 zur Zuführung von Reinigungsflüssigkeit
aus einem vorgeordneten Vorratsbehälter 6 mit der
Abdeckung 3 verbunden sein. Die Reinigungsflüssigkeit wird unter
Hochdruck zugeführt und trifft als Prallstrahl auf die Farbwalze
sowie die Rakelwanne. Die geometrische Form der Abdeckung kann
weiterhin so ausgebildet sein, daß das Rakelblatt mit abgedeckt
ist. Weiterhin ist es auch möglich die Öffnung bzw. Kontur des
Gehäuses von Farbkasten 2 und Rakelwanne 7 zu vereinheitlichen, so
