Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zur Uebergabe einzelner Bögen an den Druckzylinder (D) einer Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine, die einen mit N Druckplatten versehenen Plattenzylinder (P) hat, wobei N eine ganze Zahl grösser als 1 ist, mit einem mit dem Druckzylinder (D) zusammenwirkenden Uebergabezylinder (2), dessen Durchmesser 1/N des Durchmessers des Plattenzylinders (P) beträgt und der N Umdrehungen ausführt, wenn der Plattenzylinder (P) eine Umdrehung macht, mit auf dem Uebergabezylinder (2) installierten Bogengreifern (4), die einen Vorderanschlag (4a) für die ankommenden Bögen (B) aufweisen und welche durch eine steuerbare Stelleinrichtung (9, 11, 13, 15; 10, 12, 14, 16) während jeder Umdrehung des Uebergabezylinders (2) derart verstellbar sind, dass der Vorderanschlag (4a) beim Passieren der Uebergabestellung, in welcher ein Bogen an den Druckzylinder (D) übergeben wird, eine Position einnimmt, durch die das exakte Register dieses Bogens bezüglich der Position der ihn bedruckenden Druckplatte auf dem Plattenzylinder (P) eingestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogengreifer (4) auf einer beweglich am Uebergabezylinder (2) gelagerten Stellplatte (3) montiert sind, dass an jedem Ende dieser Stellplatte (3) die individuell steuerbarer Stelleinrichtung (9, 11, 13, 15; 10, 12, 14, 16) angreift, die bei jeder Umdrehung des Uebergabezylinders (2) das betreffende Ende der Stellplatte (3) um einen vorgebbaren Betrag in Umfangsrichtung des Uebergabezylinders (2) relativ zu diesem verschiebt, dass jede der beiden Stelleinrichtungen ein seitlich des Uebergabezylinders (2) angeordnetes Stellglied (15; 16) aufweist, das um einen ortsfesten Zapfen (17; 18) oberhalb der Achse (1) des Uebergabezylinders (2) in einer senkrecht zu dieser Achse orientierten Ebene schwenkbar aufgehängt ist, dass dieses Stellglied (15; 16) eine die Achse (1) des Uebergabezylinders (2) umgebende, ringförmige Führungsbahn (15c, 16c) aufweist und dass in jeder Seitenwand (5; 6) des Uebergabezylinders (2) je ein Rollenhebel (9; 10) schwenkbar gelagert ist, dessen eines Ende (13; 14) bei Drehung des Uebergabezylinders (2) spielfrei in der erwähnten ringförmigen Führungsbahn (15c, 16c) geführt wird und dessen anderes Ende (11; 12) dazu eingerichtet ist, das betreffende Ende der Stellplatte (3) zu verschieben, wenn sich die erwähnte Führungsbahn in einer zur Achse (1) des Uebergabezylinders (2) exzentrischen Stellung befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erwähnte Pollenhebel (9; 10) um eine parallel zur Achse (1) des Uebergabezylinders (2) orientierte Achse in der Seitenwand (5; 6) dieses Uebergabezylinders schwenkbar ist und dass das auf die Stellplatte (3) wirkende Ende dieses Pollenhebels ein Mitnehmer (11; 12) ist, der mit an der Stellplatte (3) befestigten, als spielfreie Führung dienenden Anschlagsteilen (7; 8) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Stellglied (15; 16) unter der Wirkung einer Feder (21) gegen einen ortsfesten Anschlag (22) drückbar ist, welcher eine Nullstellung dieses Stellglieds definiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem Stellglied (15; 16) ein Hebelarm (19; 20) befestigt ist, an welchem N Anschläge (19a bis 19d; 20a bis 20d) nebeneinander angeordnet sind, welche individuell durch Justiervorrichtungen (28a bis 28d; 29a bis 29d) einstellbar sind, und dass diese verstellbaren Anschläge mit N Nocken (24a bis 24d; 25a bis 25d) zusammenwirken können, die auf einer gemeinsamen Welle (23) nebeneinander, den betreffenden Anschlägen gegenüberliegend, und im Winkelabstand von 360°/N befestigt sind, wobei die die Nocken tragende Welle (23) bei einer vollen Umdrehung des Uebergabezylinders (2) 1/N Umdrehung ausführt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die individuell einstellbaren Anschläge (19a bis 19d; 20a bis 20d) mittels Justierschrauben (28a bis 28d; 29a bis 29d) oder mittels Stellmotoren einstellbar sind, die von Hand einschaltbar oder als Funktion der automatisch durch Lesen von Registermarken gemessenen Registerabweichungen steuerbar sind.
