Claims (4)
- Dispositif pour préparer de manière dosée, et distribuer un produit cosmétique, notamment un produit pour la coloration et la décoloration des cheveux, obtenu par mélange, juste avant l'emploi de deux constituants liquides, crémeux ou en gel, comprennant un corps avec une paroi transparante munie d'au moins une série de graduations caractérisé par le fait que ledit corps (1) est cylindrique à paroi souple ouvert à ses deux extrémités (2,3), et que le dispositif comprend auxdites extrémités des filetages extérieurs identiques (4,5), et deux capuchons d'extrémité (8,9) amovibles munis de filetages intérieurs identiques (12,13) formés chacun sur une jupe cylindrique (10,11) d'un capuchon respectif, lesdits filetages intérieurs étant aptes à coopérer chacun avec l'un quelconque des filetages extérieurs du corps, les dites graduations sont de préférence de deux séries de graduations formées tête-bêche (6,7) sur la longueur du corps, l'un des capuchons (8) comportant un moyen de distribution (14) du produit cosmétique préparé dans le dispositif, l'autre capuchon (9) comportant un orifice (17) muni d'une valve non métallique (18) à fermeture automatique au travers de laquelle l'un des constituants du produit cosmétique peut être introduit dans le corps du dispositif après que l'autre constituant ait été au préalable introduit dans ledit corps par l'extrémité opposée (2) avant remise en place sur ladite extrémité opposée dudit capuchon (8) muni du moyen de distribution (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la valve à fermeture automatique comprend une membrane (18) en forme de dôme convexe vers l'intérieur du corps (1) du dispositif lorsque le capuchon comportant ladite valve est vissé sur celui-ci, ladite membrane comportant au moins une fente (19) prévue au voisinage du sommet du dôme et délimitée par des bords aptes à venir en contact l'un de l'autre pour réaliser une fermeture étanche au repos et aptes à s'écarter pour permettre le passage d'un produit alimenté sous pression du côté de la paroi extérieure concave de la membrane en forme de dôme.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la membrane (18) en forme de dôme est fixée sur le capuchon correspondant (9) par l'intermédiaire de moyens d'appui (20) assurant une fermeture positive de la fente (19) de la membrane.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un embout de raccordement (21) comportant une protubérance en forme de dôme (22) agencée pour s'appliquer en correspondance de formes contre la surface extérieure concave de la membrane (18) en forme de dôme.
