Description

Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Verfahren zum Herstellen, Füllen und Verschließen von Beutein nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Die Vorrichtung (Fig.1) hat eine Schlauchformeinrichtung 10, bestehend aus einer Formschulter 11 und einem Formrohr 12, sowie eine Längsnahtsiegeleinrichtung 13, mit denen in bekannter Weise eine Kunststoff-Folienbahn 14 zu einem Schlauch 16 geformt wird. Beiderseits des Formrohrs 12 ist in Höhe der Längsnahtsiegeleinrichtung 13 je eine Abzugseinrichtung in Form eines vakuumunterstützten Förderbandes 18 für den Schlauch 16 angeordnet. In dem Formrohr 12 ist ein innerhalb eines bestimmten Bereichs, beispielsweise 20 mm, aufund abbewegbares Innenrohr 19 mit einem damit verbundenen Mundstück 20 angeordnet. Die Länge des Innenrohrs 19 mit dem Mundstück 20 ist dabei größer als die Länge des Formrohrs 12. Die eine Seite des Mundstücks 20 ist am Austritt 17 am unteren Ende des Formrohrs 12 der Form des Formrohrs 12 angepasst, hat also beispielsweise eine runde Form, und wird von diesem nahezu formschlüssig umschlossen. Somit ergeben sich insbesondere keine den Schlauch 16 möglicherweise beschädigenden Kanten beim Übergang vom Formrohr 12 auf das Mundstück 20. Die dem Innenrohr 19 gegenüberliegende Seite des Mundstücks 20 hat einen
Boden 21, dessen Form einem zu faltenden Blockboden angepasst ist, also insbesondere eine rechteckige Form hat. Weiterhin ist im Boden 21 eine Öffnung 22 für das Füllgut vorhanden. Der Bereich zwischen den beiden Seiten des Mundstücks 20 ist derart ausgebildet, daß ein kontinuierlicher Übergang zwischen den beiden runden bzw. rechteckigen Seiten geschaffen wird.
Das Innenrohr 19 bzw. das Mundstück 20 ist über ein Gestänge 23 mit einem beispielsweise pneumatisch betriebenen und fest mit der Vorrichtung verbundenem Stellzylinder 25 gekoppelt.
Unterhalb des Mundstücks 20 ist ein in Förderrichtung des Schlauches 16 auf- und abbewegbares Quernahtbackengehäuse 27 angeordnet. Auf diesem ist eine Packstoffaltvorrichtung 30 mit Seitenfaltlöffeln 31 befestigt. Die Packstoffaltvorrichtung 30 ist quer zur Förderrichtung des Schlauches 16 auf dem Quernahtbackengehause 27 bewegbar. Weiterhin ist auf dem Quernahtbackengehäuse 27 eine Quernahtsiegeleinrichtung 32 mit Quernahtbacken 33 angeordnet, deren Schließbewegung mit der Bewegung der Seitenfaltlöffel 31 über ein Kurvengetriebe synchronisiert ist. Der Quernahtsiegeleinrichtung 32 ist eine nicht dargestellte Schneideinrichtung zum Abtrennen von Beuteln 35 von dem Schlauch 16 zugeordnet.
Oberhalb der Packstoffaltvorrichtung 30 befindet sich beiderseits des Mundstücks 20 je eine Klemmeinrichtung 36, die ebenfalls fest mit dem Quernahtbackengehäuse 27 verbunden sind. Die Klemmeinrichtungen 36 haben beispielsweise pneumatisch betriebene Haltebacken 37, deren dem Mundstück 20 zugewandten Stirnflächen 38 dem Mundstück 20 formschlüssig angepasst sind.

Dies wird durch Beaufschlagung des Stellzylinders 25 mit einem entsprechenden Unterdruck erzielt. Die Förderbänder 18 fördern den Schlauch 16, der durch die Längsnahtsiegeleinrichtung 13 aus der Kunststoff-Folienbahn 14 gebildet wurde, kontinuierlich über das Formrohr 12 und das Mundstück 20. Gleichzeitig bewegt sich das Quernahtbackengehäuse 27 entgegen der Förderrichtung des Schlauches 16 aus einer abgesenkten Position nach oben, wobei sich die zuvor in einer weit geöffneten Position befindlichen Quernahtbacken 33 und die mit ihnen gekoppelte Packstoffaltvorrichtung 30 kurz vor Erreichen des oberen Totpunkts der Bewegungsbahn des Quernahtbackengehäuses 27 zu schließen beginnen. Bei der sich nach Erreichen des oberen Umkehrpunkts anschließenden, abwärts gerichteten Beschleunigungsphase des Quernahtbackengehäuses 27 wird die Fördergeschwindigkeit des Schlauches 16 mittels der Förderbänder 18 der Geschwindigkeit des Quernahtbakkengehäuses 27 angepasst. Wenn die Geschwindigkeit des Quernahtbakkengehäuses 27 und die des Schlauches 16 gleich sind, befindet sich der zur Bildung des Blockbodens nötige Überstand des Schlauches 16 unterhalb des Bodens 21 des Mundstücks 20. Gleichzeitig werden die zuvor in einer zurückgefahrenen Position befindlichen Haltebacken 37 der Klemmeinrichtungen 36 angesteuert und gelangen unter Zwischenlage des Schlauches 16 in formschlüssigem Kontakt mit dem Mundstück (Fig.3).
Daraufhin wird der Stellzylinder 25 belüftet, und das Mundstück 20 wird von dem Quernahtbackengehäuse 27 zusammen mit diesem mit einer der Fördergeschwindigkeit des Schlauches 16 entsprechenden Geschwindigkeit mit diesem parallel bewegt (Fig.4). Somit ergibt sich während der Abwärtsbewegung des Mundstücks 20 und des Quernahtbackengehäuses 27 ein konstanter Überhang des Schlauches 16 in Bezug auf den Boden 21. In dieser Phase wird von der Packstoffaltvorrichtung 30 mit dem Überhang des Schlauches 16 und mit Hilfe des Bodens 21 ein Blockboden gefaltet, sowie anschließend von den Quernahtbacken 33 eine Quernaht gebildet. Mit der Bildung der Quernaht geht gleichzeitig die Bildung einer Kopfquernaht an dem zuvor hergestellten Beutel 35 und dessen Abtrennung vom Schlauch 16 durch die Schneideinrichtung einher. Weiterhin wird, sobald die Quernahtbacken 33 geschlossen sind, durch das Innenrohr 19 ein Füllgut in den Schlauch 16 eingebracht. Anschließend werden die Haltebacken 37 wieder in ihre ursprüngliche Position zurückgefahren, und durch einen entsprechenden Unterdruck an dem Stellzylinder 25 beginnt sich das Mundstück 20 anzuheben, bis es wieder seine ursprüngliche, angehobene Position im Formrohr 12 erreicht hat (Fig.5). Das Quernahtbackengehäuse 27 befindet sich nun kurz vor seinem unteren Umkehrpunkt, währenddessen die Seitenfaltlöffel 31 der Packstoffaltvorrichtung 30 zurückgeschwenkt werden (Fig.6), und die Quernahtbacken 33 sich zu öffnen beginnen. Im unteren Umkehrpunkt des Quernahtbakkengehäuses 27 sind die Quernahtbacken 33 vollständig geöffnet. Nun beginnt das Quernahtbackengehäuse 27 wieder mit seiner Aufwärtsbewegung, wobei sich der weitere Verlauf wie oben beschrieben wiederholt.

Verfahren zum Herstellen, Füllen und Verschließen von Beuteln (35), bei dem eine endlose Kunststoff-Folienbahn (14) mittels einer Schlauchformeinrichtung (10) und einer Längsnahtsiegeleinrichtung (13) zu einem von wenigstens einer Abzugseinrichtung (18) geförderten Schlauch (16) geformt wird, wobei während des weiteren Förderwegs Beutel (35) von einer mit einer Quernahtsiegeleinrichtung (32) verbundenen Schneideinrichtung von dem Schlauch (16) abgetrennt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlauch (16) kontinuierlich gefördert wird, daß ein aufund abbewegbares Mundstück (20) in einem bestimmten Bereich des Förderwegs des Schlauches (16) mit derselben Geschwindigkeit innenhalb und parallel mit dem Schlauch (16) bewegt wird, daß während dieses bestimmten Bereichs des Förderwegs anliegend an einen Boden (21) des Mundstücks (20) mit einem Überstand des Schlauches (16) mittels einer Falteinrichtung (30) ein Blockboden gefaltet wird, wobei die Falteinrichtung (30) mit der mit ihr verbundenen Quernahtsiegeleinrichtung (32) mit derselben Geschwindigkeit des Schlauches (16) bewegt wird, und daß anschließend das Mundstück (20) in eine ursprüngliche, angehobene Position zurückgebracht wird, währenddessen ein Füllgut in den so geformten Schlauch (16) eingebracht wird.Method for producing, filling and closing bags (35), in which an endless plastic film web (14) is formed by means of a tube forming device (10) and a longitudinal seam sealing device (13) into a tube (16) conveyed by at least one extraction device (18) whereby, during the further conveying path, bags (35) are separated from the hose (16) by a cutting device connected to a transverse seam sealing device (32), characterized in that the hose (16) is continuously conveyed so that a mouthpiece (20 ) is moved in a certain area of the conveying path of the hose (16) at the same speed inside and parallel to the hose (16) that during this certain area of the conveying path lies against a bottom (21) of the mouthpiece (20) with an overhang of the Hose (16) by means of a folding device (30) a block bottom is folded, the folding device (30) with de r connected with it transverse seam sealing device (32) at the same speed of the tube (16), and that the mouthpiece (20) is then returned to an original, raised position, during which a filling material is introduced into the tube (16) thus formed.
