Diese Aufgabe löst die Erfindung bei einer gattungsgemäßen Kabeltrommel dadurch, daß zumindest eine der beiden Trommelscheiben - vorzugsweise beide Trommelscheiben - im Randbereich über den Umfang verteilte Befestigungslöcher zur Lagesicherung aufweist. - Diese Befestigungslöcher, bei denen es sich regelmäßig um Bohrungen handelt - ermöglichen das Aufnageln an der jeweiligen Lager- bzw. Ladefläche, insbesondere auch das Aufnageln auf LKW-Planken für den Transport. Insoweit handelt es sich bei den Befestigungslöchern gleichsam um Nagellöcher. - Nach einer weiteren Empfehlung der Erfindung weisen die Trommelscheiben außenseitig zumindest radial verlaufende Versteifungsrippen mit bereichsweise Rippenerhöhungen auf. Diese Rippenerhöhungen bilden eine Rutsch- und Drehsicherung, weil sie bei aufeinandergestapelten Kabeltrommeln zwischen die Versteifungsrippen der darunter- bzw. der darüberliegenden Kabeltrommel eingreifen. Außerdem bewirken die Rippenerhöhungen einen hinreichenden Abstand von der jeweiligen Lagerfläche, so daß die aufliegende Kabeltrommel von den Gabelzinken eines Gabelstaplers unschwer unterfahren, aufgenommen und verladen werden kann. Nach einer weiteren Lehre der Erfindung weisen die Trommelscheiben außerdem außenseitig die Höhe der Versteifungsrippen übersteigende Nocken auf. Auch insoweit handelt es sich wie bei den Rippenerhöhungen um Rutsch und Drehsicherungen und Distanzelemente, die das Unterfahren der Gabelzinken eines Gabelstaplers ermöglichen. Vorzugsweise sind die Nocken zumindest teilweise in die Versteifungsrippen integriert, sie können aber auch zwischen den Versteifungsrippen angeordnet sein, und zwar sowohl im Kern- bzw. Nabenbereich als auch im Randbereich der Trommelscheiben. In den Figuren ist eine zerlegbare Kabeltrommel 1 aus Kunststoff dargestellt, die in ihrem grundsätzlichen Aufbau aus einer Trommelnabe 2 und beidseitigen Trommelscheiben 3 besteht, wobei die Trommelscheiben 3 mittels im Trommelkern 4 angeordneter und nicht gezeigter Spannbolzen unter Einspannung der Trommelnabe 2 miteinander verbunden sind. Zumindest eine der beiden Trommelscheiben 3 weist im Bereich der Trommelnabe 2 eine Kabeldurchtrittsöffnung 5 zum Hindurchführen des Kabelanfangs 6 des aufzuwickelnden Kabels und außenseitig im radialen Abstand von der Kabeldurchtrittsöffnung 5 eine Kabelklemmvorrichtung zum Fixieren des Kabelanfanges 6 auf. Die Kabeldurchtrittsöffnung 5 ist - in axialer Projektion gesehen - unmittelbar oberhalb der Trommelnabe 2 angeordnet und erstreckt sich als Langloch mit vorgegebener Breite B und Länge L in Umfangsrichtung. Die Klemmvorrichtung 7 ist als eine in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Klemmrippe 8 mit einer V-förmigen Klemmausnehmung 9 ausgebildet, deren V-Schenkel 10 eine widerhakenartige Verzahnung 11 aufweisen. Die Klemmrippe 8 ist mittels radial verlaufender Stege 12 abgestützt und auf der Trommelscheibe 3 angeordnet. Der V-Winkel α der Klemmausnehmung 9 beträgt vorzugsweise 60° C. Die betreffende Trommelscheibe 3 weist in radialem Abstand von der Kabelklemmvorrichtung 7 zwei Kabelbindedurchbrechungen 13 in paarweiser Anordnung auf. Im Randbereich zumindest einer der beiden Trommelscheiben 3 sind über den Umfang mit vorgegebenen Abständen verteilte Kabelbindedurchbrechungen 14 in paarweiser Anordnung vorgesehen. Die Kabelbindedurchbrechungen 13, 14 sind als radial verlaufende Langlöcher mit vorgegebenem Abstand ausgebildet, um Kabelbinder einführen und den Kabelanfang 6 bzw. das Kabelende ohne Kabelkürzung einwandfrei und zusätzlich befestigen zu können.In the figures, a demountable cable drum 1 made of plastic is shown, the basic structure of which consists of a
Zumindest eine der beiden Trommelscheiben 3 weist im Randbereich über den Umfang verteilte Befestigungs- bzw. Nagellöcher 15 zur Lagesicherung auf. Die Trommelscheiben 3 besitzen ferner zumindest radial verlaufende Versteifungsrippen 16 mit bereichsweise Rippenerhöhungen 17 als Rutsch- und Drehsicherung. Ferner besitzen die Trommelscheiben 3 die Höhe der Versteifungsrippen 16 übersteigende Nocken 18, ebenfalls als Rutsch- und Drehsicherung. Darüber hinaus sorgen die Rippenerhöhungen 17 und Nocken 18 für eine erhöhte Auflage der jeweiligen Kabeltrommeln 1. Die Nocken 18 sind zumindest teilweise in die Versteifungsrippen 16 integriert. Ferner sind die Nocken 18 teilweise in die radialen Versteifungsrippen 16 in Umfangsrichtung verbindende Versteifungsstege 19 integriert. Außerdem können Nocken 18 zwischen den Versteifungsstegen 19 und -rippen 16 angeordnet sein. Darüber hinaus weisen die beiden Trommelscheiben 3 - in Axialprojektion gesehen - innerhalb des Nabenbereiches Wasserablauflöcher bzw. -bohrungen auf, um beispielsweise den Ablauf von Regenwasser im Kernbereich sicherzustellen.At least one of the two
Claims (13)
- A cable drum (1) with a drum hub (2) and drum discs (3), wherein at least one of the two drum discs (3) has a cable passageway opening (5) in the region of the drum hub (2) for passing through the cable beginning (6) of the cable to be wound, characterised in that the drum disc (3) with the cable passageway opening (5) has a cable clamping device (7) on the outside at a radial distance from the cable passageway opening (5) for fixing the cable beginning (6), and that the cable clamping device (7) is constructed as a clamping rib (8) extending in the circumferential direction with a clamping recess (9) which is V-shaped in the radial direction, the V-limbs (10) of which clamping recess comprise a serrated portion (11).
- A cable drum according to claim 1, characterised in that in axial projection the cable passageway opening (5) is disposed directly above the drum hub (2) and extends in the circumferential direction as a slot of predetermined width (B) and length (L).
- A cable drum according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the V-limbs (10) of the clamping recess (9) have a barb-like serrated portion (11).
- A cable drum according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the V-angle (α) of the clamping recess is 60°.
- A cable drum according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the relevant drum disc (3) has cable tying openings (13) disposed in pairs at a radial distance from the cable clamping device (7).
- A cable drum according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that cable tying openings (14) arranged in pairs are provided in the edge region of at least one drum disc (3), distributed over the circumference at predetermined intervals.
- A cable drum according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the cable tying openings (13, 14) are formed as radially extending slots at a predetermined distance from each other in each case.
- A cable drum according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and characterised independently thereof in that at least one of the two drum discs (3) has fastening holes (15) for positional securement distributed over its circumference in the edge region.
- A cable drum according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that as a protection from slippage and rotation the drum discs have at least radially extending stiffening ribs (16) on the outside, with regional rib elevations (17).
- A cable drum according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that as a protection from slippage and rotation the drum discs (3) have projections (18) on the outside, which projections exceed the height of the stiffening ribs (16).
- A cable drum according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the projections (18) are at least partially integrated in the stiffening ribs (16).
- A cable drum according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the projections (18) are partially integrated in stiffening webs (19) joining the radial stiffening ribs (16) in the circumferential direction and/or are disposed between the stiffening webs (19) and ribs.
- A cable drum according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that as viewed in axial projection the two drum discs (3) have water drainage holes within the hub region.
