Das im zylindrischen Mantel des Kanalabschnittes 14 liegende, innere und in Axialansicht kreisrunde Ende des Querkanales 16 bildet einen auf einer gedachten sphärischen Fläche ringförmig liegenden Ventilsitz 18 für einen wenigstens in seinem Bereich am Außenumfang sphärisch gekrümmten, vorzugsweise vollständig kugelförmigen Ventilkörper 17, dessen Kugelradius geringfügig größer als der des Ventilsitzes 18 bzw. als der Radius des Kanalabschnittes 14 ist. Der Ventilkörper 17 ist durch den Kanalabschnitt 14 bis zur geringfügig vorgespannten Anlage am Ventilsitz 18 eingepreßt, stützt sich an dem dem Ventilsitz 18 gegenüberliegenden Mantelbereich des Kanalabschnittes 14 ab und liegt dann mit einem mindestens etwa seinem Außendurchmesser entsprechenden Abstand vom Boden der Sacklochbohrung. Dadurch ist zwischen diesem Boden und dem Ventilkörper 17 eine Aufnahmekammer 19 für den Ventilkörper 17 gebildet, die gegenüber dem Auslaßkanal 12 bzw. dem Kanalabschnitt 14 und dem Querkanal 16 durch den Ventilkörper 17 vollständig abgedichtet ist. - Dispenser for media having at least one valve (13) containing a valve body (17) and a valve seat, in which the valve body can be transferred between a closed position and an open position and is held in at least one valve position by self-securing, characterized in that, in at least one of these valve positions, the valve body (17) is secured against transfer into another valve position by catch means (20).
- Dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the catch means (20) are resilient catch means and/or act directly on one of the valve parts.
- Dispenser according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the valve body (17) is held in the closed position by catch means (20).
- Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, wherein of the two valve parts, one is a substantially spherical valve body (17), which is constructed for locking engagement and is displaceably mounted in a channel portion (14) of the other valve part and in the channel wall there is at least one locking opening for the valve body (17).
- Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the catch means (20) are formed by the valve seat (18) for the valve body (17), particularly by the radially inner end of a transverse channel (16), which preferably connects a channel portion (14) receiving the valve body (17) to a channel portion (15) laterally displaced with respect thereto.
- Dispenser according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the valve body (17) is displaceable as a function of the medium pressure from the closed position and in the manner of a piston subject to medium pressure is placed in a channel portion (14) for the medium, which is in particular constructed as a blind bore.

- Dispenser according to claim 8, characterized in that, in the vicinity of the valve (13), the piston shaft (10) is surrounded by a neck (6), which preferably bounds the transverse channel (16) at the outer end and/or the laterally displaced channel portion (15) connected thereto with its inner circumference and is in particular guided in the cylinder (9) of the pump (7).
- Dispenser with a pressure chamber and a valve or displacement (17a) engaging in displaceable manner in a channel portion (14a) of an outlet channel (12a), in which the valve or displacement body (17a) is formed by a component (30) separate from the pressure chamber and which is fixed in the latter.
- Dispenser according to claim 10, characterized in that the component (30) has a widened collar (28) forming a bottom boundary (29) of the pressure chamber (9a) and from which projects freely the rod-like valve or displacement body (17a).
- Dispenser according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the component (30) is attached to a closed bottom wall of a cylinder body (9a) forming the pressure chamber and that preferably a ring face of the collar (28) facing the pump piston (8a) has its shape adapted to a front face of the pump piston (8a) displaceably receiving the valve or displacement body (17a).
- Dispenser according to one of the claims 10 to 12, characterized in that the valve or displacement body (17a) is made substantially circular through a depression in its face and into said depression is adapted a displacement shoulder (31) located at the end of the channel portion (14a) and which substantially completely fills the depression in the pump stroke end position.
