Tilt and turn fitting, in particular for windows having a laterally arranged hooking-out device which has a load-relieving element disposed in the region of the opening side, wherein the tilt and turn fitting comprises a load-relieving element and a support part, characterised in that the load-relieving element (12) is in the form of a pivot lever (13) which is disposed in such a manner as to be able to rotate at the frame (2) or wing (1), which pivot lever during the closing procedure engages above or below the support part (15) disposed on the wing (1) or the frame (2) and by way of the said support part supports the dosed or tilted wing (1), the pivot lever (13) is pivoted by way of a spring (25) into the engagement position and its pivot angle is defined by means of stops (21, 22, 23, 24).
2. Tilt and turn fitting as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the pivot lever (13) is rotatably connected to an attachment part (14).
3. Tilt and turn fitting as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that the attachment part (14) is connected to the stop at existing attachment points by conventional attachment means and in a form-locking manner by at least one pin (18).
4. Tilt and turn fitting as claimed in one or several of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the pivot lever (13) can pivot as desired in two directions out of the support position.
5. Tilt and turn fitting as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that the spring (25) pivots by virtue of rotating or adjusting the pivot lever (13) as desired into an engagement position for the right-hand or left-hand stop.
6. Tilt and turn fitting as claimed in one or several of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the pivot lever (13), attachment part (14) and/or support part (15) are height adjustable with respect to each other.
