Claims (10)

  1. Barre murale pour une douche ou analogue, cette barre (1) placée sensiblement verticalement sur un mur (4) étant logée au niveau des extrémités, dans des supports (11) en forme de consoles, fixés au mur,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le support inférieur (11) comporte un appui (2) monté pivotant, qui entoure, sur une zone partielle, le support (11). à la manière d'un palier à oeillet (21) et comporte un moyen de blocage dans au moins une position préférentielle de pivotement.
  2. Barre murale selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le palier à oeillet (21) est prévu dans une partie cylindrique du support (11) entre la barre murale (1) et le mur (4).
  3. Barre murale selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    un élément élastique (3) de forme annulaire, prévu dans le palier en oeillet (21), est poussé axialement par sa force de ressort entre le palier à oeillet (21) du support (11) et la barre murale (1), l'élément élastique (3) étant relié solidairement en rotation au palier à oeillet (21) de l'appui (2) par une ou plusieurs clavettes.
  4. Barre murale selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément élastique (3) présente, au niveau de sa face frontale tournée vers la barre murale (1), au moins une cavité (31) correspondant au rayon de la barre murale (1) pour le blocage, de préférence dans une position d'appui.
  5. Barre murale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    des nervures (22, 23) sont prévues dans le palier à oeillet (21) pour se monter sur la surface enveloppe du support (11) et leur longueur en saillie correspond sensiblement à la paroi de l'élément élastique (3).
  6. Barre murale selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le palier à oeillet (21) comporte au moins une nervure (22) sensiblement annulaire, radialement en saillie vers l'intérieur, s'appuyant sur la surface enveloppe du support (11) et formant le palier, l'arête circulaire intérieure étant interrompue par des segments droits (221) en forme de cordes de cercle pour permettre un montage élastique pratiquement sans jeu sur le support (11).
  7. Barre murale selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la nervure (22), annulaire, est située dans la zone médiane du palier à oeillet (21) et la zone du palier à oeillet (21) tournée vers la paroi (4) du mur comporte des nervures de guidage (23) parallèles à l'axe alors que la zone avant du palier à oeillet (21) comporte des nervures d'entraînement (24) venant prendre dans des rainures correspondantes (32) de l'élément élastique (3) et réalisant la liaison solidaire en rotation entre le palier à oeillet (21) et l'élément élastique (3), les différents ressorts de l'élément élastique (3) s'appuyant sur la nervure (22).
  8. Barre murale selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    l'élément élastique (3) comporte une ou plusieurs jambes élastiques (33) sur le côté en regard de la cavité (31), ces jambes venant s'accrocher dans la zone inférieure d'une rainure (222) en position d'engagement de la nervure (22) pour que l'élément élastique (3) soit maintenu par la barre murale (1) et les jambes élastiques (33), sensiblement dans une position parallèle au palier à oeillet (21).
  9. Barre murale selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8,
    caractérisé par
    des ressorts-lames (34) réalisés en une seule pièce avec l'une des faces frontales de. l'élément élastique (3).
  10. Barre murale selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le montage pivotant présente une certaine dureté pour que l'appui (2) reste maintenu, par une liaison par frottement, dans sa position de pivotement dans laquelle il a été mis à partir de la position pendue.
