Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Palettenbehälter mit einer Palette, einem Außenmantel und einem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Innenbehälter, wobei der Außenmantel im Bereich seines unteren Randes mit der Palette lösbar verbunden und der Innenbehälter in den Außenmantel eingesetzt sowie auf der Palette aufgelagert ist, wie aus der US-A-5 110 000 bekannt. - Palettenbehälter bezeichnet ein Aggregat des beschriebenen Aufbaus, welches mit Hilfe der Palette von einem Gabelstapler o. dgl. aufgenommen und manipuliert werden kann. Die Palette ist mit entsprechenden Einfahrkanälen für die Gabelarme eines Gabelstaplers ausgerüstet. Der Innenbehälter ist regelmäßig im Wege der Blasformgebung aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff geformt. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Palettenbehälter des eingangs beschriebenen Aufbaus so weiter auszubilden, daß auf einfache Weise eine Verbindung des Außenmantels mit der Palette hergestellt und auch wieder aufgelöst werden kann. Auf diese Weise soll im betriebsmäßigen Gebrauch die Palette von dem Außenmantel befreit werden können, um beispielsweise die Palette an anderer Stelle weiterzuverwenden. Wesentlich ist, daß die Haltezungen im Bereich des Zungenendes Rastausformungen aufweisen, in die Rastelemente dar Palette einfassen und die Sollage der Haltezungen in der Aufnahmetasche fixieren. Das kann im einzelnen so geschehen, daß eine Fixierung der Haltezungen gewährleistet ist, wenn der Innenbehälter gefüllt ist, jedoch auf einfache Weise gelöst und aufgehoben werden kann, wenn der Innenbehälter entleert ist. Vorteilhaft ist, daß die Palette im Bereich der Rastelemente elastisch verformbar ausgebildet ist, daß im unverformten Zustand dieser Palettenbereiche die Rastelemente die Rastausformungen in den Haltezungen freigeben, und daß die Rastelemente bei gefülltem Innenbehälter unter dem Einfluß des Gewichtes des Füllgutes sowie unter elastischer Verformung der elastisch verformbaren Bereiche der Palette in die Rastausformungen eindrückbar sind.In the context of the invention, the pallet, the outer jacket and the inner jacket can have any, for example also a round, plan. Claims (5)
- A palletised container having a pallet (1), an outer cage (2) and an inner container (3) consisting of plastic which is inserted in the outer cage (2) and is supported on the pallet (1), wherein the pallet (1) has a surrounding receiver channel (5) for the outer cage (2) in which the bottom edge (6) of the outer cage (2) is inserted, wherein the bottom edge (6) of the outer cage (2) is secured in the receiver channel (5) by retainer tongues (7), characterised in that the separately constructed retainer tongues (7) have locking formations (11) in the region of their tongue ends, in which locking formations locking elements (12) of the pallet (1) engage and fix the scheduled position of the retainer tongues (7) in receiver pockets (10) of the pallet (1).
- A palletised container according to claim 1, characterised in that the pallet (1) is of elastically deformable construction in the region of the locking elements (12), that when this pallet region is in its undeformed state the locking elements (12) release the locking formations (11) in the retainer tongues (7), and that when the inner container (3) is filled the locking elements (12) can be pushed into the locking formations (11) under the action of the weight of the filling material and with elastic deformation of the elastically deformable regions (13) of the pallet (1).
- A palletised container according to either one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the pallet (1) has a square or rectangular base - with rounded corners - and the retainer tongues (7) and/or the receiver pockets (10) are disposed along the sides of the base.
- A palletised container according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the pallet (1) is assembled from two plastic shells which are formed by negative thermoforming, the lower one of which has integrally formed pallet feet and the upper one of which comprises the integrally formed, surrounding receiver channel (5), and that the receiver pockets (10) are formed by integral formations on one side of the lower plastic shell and on the other side of the upper plastic shell, which formations complement one another to form the receiver pockets (10).
- A palletised container according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the pallet (1) is formed from plastic, particularly thermoplastic recycling plastic.
