Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a Pin, a in a groove of a first housing part Mine inserted and on the first housing part with the mine then a second formed with a groove Housing part attached and the lead with the housing parts and the two housing parts are glued together.
The so-called bonding process is used to manufacture a pen known, in which an adhesive several times ring-shaped or in a network structure on the mine is applied. The bonding process is used for Fixing the lead in the groove of a first housing part or to fix the lead between the two with corresponding grooves trained housing parts. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to use an adhesive in the manner mentioned, i.e. with the bonding process to build a mine.
It is also known to produce finished mines with a hard, i.e. to coat inflexible lacquer or plastic layer to increase the breaking strength of the mines. The same Process, i.e. finished refills to increase the Breaking strength with a hard, inflexible lacquer or Coating plastic layer is used, for example, to in mines with water-soluble dyes, such as come to use with so-called copy pens, or at emulsifier-containing pigmented textures, such as those used in so-called water-soluble pencils are used, a Diffusion of the dye or components of a pigment soluble in water into the wood of the Housing parts during gluing or gluing To prevent mines between the housing parts.
It is with water-based recipes from mines Previously required, on a trial basis from each recipe approach Extrude and dry mines to pass through the Drying process caused shrinkage of the sample mines varies depending on the recipe and to consider or compensate. That requires not only a considerable amount of time but in the Manufacturing such pens is an uncertainty factor. In addition, when cutting and hanging up the extruded lead strand strains or compressions of the Mines cannot be reliably excluded, which too Except for these, the thickness of the mines can fluctuate Mine tolerances can also be the grooves in the housing parts have certain tolerances, i.e. e.g. differently turn out deep, what then when gluing the mines into the Grooves, i.e. between the two housing parts, too Can cause difficulties.
Ein ähnliches Verfahren zeigt die FR 781 976.A method of making pencils in which a water-soluble glue for gluing the mines between Shaft halves used is from GB 471 340 known. A similar process is shown in FR 781 976.
A pencil making machine where one Glue device is provided, is from the "Journal of Microwave Power ", 10 (1), 1975, pages 19 to 26. A microwave heating device is used there.
Eine Vorrichtung zum Brettchenverleimen bei der
Schreibstiftherstellung ist aus der DE 22 65 723 bekannt.A device for gluing boards at the

AS 1 230 329 describes a method for solid Connection of a pencil lead with a pencil cover known. There comes a microporous glue coating, i.e. a highly diluted plastic glue, for use. The Dilution ratio is 1:10, for example. With this known methods are pencil leads into a strong dilute disperse plastic glue emulsion introduced. This is a polyvinyl acetate glue. Excess glue solution should then simply be removed from the mines run off or it is removed by spinning. A Moving through the covered with plastic glue Pencil leads through a calibration nozzle take place at this known methods not.
From DE 33 30 119 C2 it is known the high Requirements for dimensional accuracy and cleanliness of the Grooves in the shaft halves or boards of pins thereby avoiding the use of an elastic two-component reaction adhesive on the corresponding mine or in the appropriate groove or shaft bore is introduced. Here can the two components of the adhesive together or be applied or introduced separately from one another. A Calibration of the two-component adhesive is not intended.
Hier kommen also zwei voneinander verschiedene Klebermaterialien zum Einsatz.DE-GM 7 038 350 distinguishes between a so-called "White glue", i.e. a polyvinyl acetate dispersion for the Gluing the halves of the wooden jacket of a pencil and a hot melt adhesive to glue the lead in half of the wooden jacket. So here come two from each other various adhesive materials for use.
From GB 956 119 it is known to be formed with grooves To provide wooden boards with an adhesive layer, whereby the adhesive layer the grooves and the planes Covered areas between adjacent grooves.
From DE-AS 25 04 103 a device for Coating a strand or a pencil lead with paint or known with varnish. With a hot melt adhesive is one such a paint or varnish is not comparable.
The invention has for its object a method of to create the type mentioned above, with which the above mentioned problems are eliminated, i.e. with which in particular. Tolerances of the leads or tolerances of the grooves in the housing parts are easily compensated so that the said pens with high productivity at low Manufacturing committee can be produced.
This object is achieved in that the Inserted mine in a bath of flexible hot melt adhesive in which the mine is covered with a layer of Hot melt adhesive is covered, and that with the Mine then covered with a hot melt adhesive Calibration nozzle is moved through, so that the outer dimensions the layer of flexible hot melt adhesive inside controlled, specified manufacturing tolerances, and that the mine then into the groove of the first Inserted part of the housing and between the two Housing parts is set, the attachment of the Mine between the two housing parts by means of Microwave radiation takes place.
Thanks to the flexible, flexible hot melt adhesive layer Manufacturing tolerances of the mines, such as through Drying shrinkage or by stretching or compression are effected and also dimensional tolerances of the for receiving the mine-serving grooves in the housing parts be balanced so that the attachment of the mines between the housing parts without any problems, i.e. with little Manufacturing committee is possible. With the help of the flexible Hot melt glue can be used between the leads Housing parts are pinched without it Damage to the mines is coming. The flexible hot melt adhesive guarantees that every mine fits snugly in the groove of the corresponding housing part. Even grooves with one Non-circular cross-sectional profile can be created using the flexible Hot melt adhesive can be compensated. Because of the flexible Hot melt adhesive can be dispensed with an otherwise usual groove glue, which means that the residual moisture of the pens only from the Amount of glue for gluing the housing parts depending and is therefore comparatively small. As a result of this comparatively low residual moisture can be more advantageous In a time-consuming post-drying of the pens to be dispensed with, so that production times are considerable be reduced. Further advantages of the invention The procedure is that mines with water-soluble Dyes or leads from pigmented formulations with Emulsifier additive through the flexible hot melt adhesive layer a protective layer against so-called bleeding, i.e. against a diffusion of the dye of the mines into the wood of the Housing parts received that the mines through the Hot melt adhesive before moisture penetration from the Glue are protected when gluing, so that irreparable Changes in the quality of the mines are prevented Stability of the mine tips and that the sharpenability or in particular the hand-sharpenability of the mines of the Pins produced according to the invention is improved. In addition, the emission of solvent vapors avoided, so that on complex suction devices, such as they are used, for example, when painting mines, can be dispensed with. A significant advantage is in the Environmental friendliness of the method according to the invention seen.
According to the mine is in a bath of hot melt adhesive introduced in which the mine with a layer of the Hot melt adhesive is covered. The one with the hot melt adhesive covered mine is then passed through a calibration nozzle moved through. With the help of the calibration nozzle excess hot melt adhesive removed from the mine, so that the outer dimensions of the with the Hot melt adhesive covered mines in precisely defined conditions surrender. This is for mass production with yours Tolerance influences of importance.
When carrying out the method according to the invention the process steps of placing the mine in the bath of hot melt glue and moving it with that Hot melt adhesive covered mine through the calibration nozzle be separated from each other. High productivity will however, when the mine reached through the bath of the Hot melt adhesive and immediately afterwards through the Calibration nozzle is moved. For this purpose the Wall of the hot melt adhesive bath container with formed at least one corresponding calibration nozzle be.
The hot melt adhesive can be placed upstream of the mine calibration nozzle applied and with the hot melt adhesive covered mine can simultaneously through the calibration nozzle be moved through. This procedure is carried out with the help of performed hot melt adhesive bath mentioned above. With the lead covered with hot melt adhesive can then simultaneously be moved through the calibration nozzle to defined To achieve ratios with the hot melt adhesive.
A very time-saving process results from the fact that the attachment of the lead between the two housing parts by means of microwave radiation. While in use a so-called nutleime for drying on the order of eight Hours are required, it is when using the said hot melt adhesive possible, the microwave radiation just soak in for a few seconds to get the to implement corresponding mechanically firm connection.

kosmetische Pudermine o.dgl. handeln. In jedem Fall handelt
Material. In step a, the figure shows a
In method step c there is a
genau definierten Schmelzkleberschicht 12 bedeckten Mine 10
10 dient.Process step d is intended to introduce the with the
well-defined hot melt
gelangen.In method step d,
The fixation of the
