Claims (9)
- Pumpenträgerring (1) für eine Verteilerflasche für ein Produkt, einer Art mit einer Manschette (2), die zur Aufnahme einer Verteilerpumpe (24) eingerichtet ist und an der eine Tasche (5) befestigt werden kann, deren Inneres das zu verteilende Produkt enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Innenende der Manschette (2) mit einer elastischen Dichtung (3) versehen ist, welche normalerweise dieses Ende verschließt und so eingerichtet ist, daß sie durch das Innenende (26) der Pumpe (24) beim Anbringen derselben in Arbeitsstellung in der Manschette geöffnet wird.
- Pumpenträgerring nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (3) einen Körper aufweist, der, insbesondere durch Abformung, um die Manschette (2) herum befestigt ist und sich in einem geschlitzten Wulst (12) fortsetzt, der über das innere Ende der Manschette hinaus vorspringt.
- Pumpenträgerring nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Manschette (2) eine Unverletzlichkeitsmembran (36) aufweist, welche von einer zentralen Öffnung durchbohrt wird.
- Aufbau zur Verteilung eines Produkts, mit- einem Pumpenträgerring (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, und- einer weichen Tasche (5), deren Öffnung in dichter Weise, insbesondere durch Schweißung, um die Manschette (2) herum befestigt ist.
- Aufbau nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ferner eine Verteilerpumpe (24), die mit einer unteren Verlängerung (26) versehen ist, welche für ein Durchsetzen des Wulsts (12) der Dichtung in Arbeitsstellung der Pumpe eingerichtet ist, und eine auf die Manschette (2) schraubbare und an der Pumpe zur Anlage kommende Kapsel (25) aufweist, wobei diese Kapsel für ein Führen der Pumpe in Arbeitsstellung bestimmt ist.
- Aufbau nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ferner ein lösbares Unverletzlichkeitsband (7) aufweist, welches die Manschette (2) unter der Kapsel (25) umgibt, wenn diese in Wartestellung ist.
- Aufbau nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ferner ein verhältnismäßig starres Gehäuse (33) aufweist, welches für eine Aufnahme der Tasche (5) eingerichtet und mit Mitteln zur Positionierung der Manschette (2) versehen ist.
- Verfahren zum Füllen eines Aufbaus zur Verteilung eines Produkts gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man- durch einen Wulst (12) der Dichtung (3) einen Ansatz (14) zum Einfüllen des Produkts einführt und diesen Ansatz mit einer Quelle (22) des Produkts in Überdruck verbindet, und- den Füllansatz zurückzieht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen einzigen Ansatz (14) verwendet, der für ein Verbundenwerden mit der einen oder anderen von zwei Quellen (19, 22) eingerichtet ist.
