Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bremsanordnung für Schienenfahrzeuge mit zumindest einer von einer gekoppelten Motor-Getriebe-Einheit angetriebenen Radachse, bei welcher die Einheit unter Vermeidung eines Zwischenrades mit der Radachse, vorzugsweise über eine diese Radachse konzentrisch umgebende Hohlwelle, antriebsmäßig verbunden ist, und die Radachse oder die Hohlwelle antriebsmäßig mit einer auf der der Einheit gegenüberliegenden Seite der Radachse angeordneten Scheibenbremse verbunden ist.The invention relates to a brake arrangement for rail vehicles with at least one wheel axle driven by a coupled motor-transmission unit, in which the unit is drivingly connected to the wheel axle while avoiding an intermediate wheel, preferably via a hollow shaft concentrically surrounding this wheel axle, and the wheel axle or the hollow shaft is drivingly connected to a disc brake arranged on the side of the wheel axle opposite the unit.
Für Nahverkehrswagen mit relativ geringer Leistung und geringem Gewicht ist eine Konstruktion bekannt, bei welcher ein Ritzel des Antriebsmotors direkt ein Großrad auf der Radsatzwelle antreibt, wodurch ein den Verlust an Motorleistung erhöhendes Zwischenrad vermieden werden kann. Auf der dem Motor gegenüberliegenden Seite des Radsatzes ist ein eigener Abtrieb am Großrad vorgesehen, an dem fliegend eine Bremsscheibe montiert ist. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Bremsscheibe auf einer parallel zur Radsatzachse und zur Motorachse angeordneten und zweiseitig an der Motor-Getriebe-Einheit gelagerten Bremswelle angebracht ist. Durch die zweiseitige Lagerung der Bremswelle ergibt sich eine mechanisch wesentlich stabilere Konstruktion, die wesentlich mehr Bremsleistung aufnehmen kann. Gleichzeitig bleibt aber die Möglichkeit erhalten, den Motor möglichst nahe der Radachse anzuordnen und damit ein den Leistungsverlust steigendes Zwischenrad im Getriebe zu vermeiden. Dies ist insbesondere bei Motoren mit über 1 MW Dauerleistung von Bedeutung, wo bereits Leistungsverluste oder -gewinne im Prozentbereich ausschlaggebend sind.This object is achieved in that the brake disc is mounted on a brake shaft arranged parallel to the wheelset axis and the motor axis and mounted on both sides of the motor-gear unit.
