Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn, insbesondere eines Trägerbands, von dem Etiketten in einer Etikettiermaschine abgenommen worden sind.The invention relates to a device for the continuous winding of a material web, in particular a carrier tape, from which labels have been removed in a labeling machine.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung dieser Art anzugeben, die ein kontinuierliches Aufwickeln der Materialbahn gestattet, ohne daß die Förderung der Materialbahn, insbesondere die Etikettiermaschine, angehalten werden muß. Dadurch wird eine höhere Produktivität erreicht, wie sie insbesondere bei hohen Auflagen von Etiketten wünschenswert ist. Bisher mußte insbesondere beim Aufwickeln eines Trägerbands, von dem Etiketten in einer Etikettiermaschine abgenommen worden sind, wenn das Trägerband bis zu einem vorgegebenen Rollendurchmesser aufgewickelt war und die Rolle ausgewechselt werden mußte, die Etikettiermaschine angehalten werden.The object of the invention is to provide a device of this type which permits continuous winding of the material web without having to stop the conveyance of the material web, in particular the labeling machine. Die Vorrichtung nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel dient zum kontinuierlichen Aufwickeln eines Trägerbands 2, von dem Etiketten in einer Etikettiermaschine abgenommen worden sind. Das Trägerband 2 wird um zwei Rollen 4 und 6 an einem Spannarm 8 und um eine stationäre Rolle 10 geführt, so daß sich zwischen den Rollen 4 und 6 eine Vorratsschlaufe 12 bildet. Der Spannarm 8 ist in Richtung des Pfeils A vorgespannt. Von der Rolle 6 gelangt das Trägerband 2 durch einen Spalt zwischen zwei stationäre Umlenkrollen 14 zum Aufwickeln auf eine Hülse 16, die auf einen angetriebenen Wickeldorn 18 gesteckt ist, oder eine Hülse 20, die auf einen angetriebenen Wickeldorn 22 gesteckt ist.The device according to the embodiment serves for the continuous winding of a
In Fig. 1 sind zwei Verläufe B und C des Trägerbands 2 dargestellt. Beim Verlauf B wird das Trägerband 2 gerade auf die Hülse 16 zu einer an einer Seitenscheibe 28 anliegenden Rolle 24 aufgewickelt, die noch einen verhältnismäßig kleinen Durchmesser hat. Dieser Durchmesser nimmt beim Aufwickeln zu, bis ein Sensor 26 - beispielsweise eine Fotozelle - einen maximalen Durchmesser erfaßt. Ist dies geschehen, löst der Sensor 26 den Vorschub eines Kolbens 30 aus einem pneumatischen Zylinder 32 aus, der daraufhin mit einer Kopfrolle 34 das Trägerband 2 aus dem Verlauf B in den Verlauf C überführt. Der Vorschub des Kolbens 30 ist dabei in Richtung des Pfeils D auf die Achse des Wickeldorns 22 gerichtet. Die vorgeschobene Kopfrolle 34 ist gestrichelt dargestellt. Sie drückt dabei das Trägerband 2 an die Hülse 20. Ein Abschnitt E des Trägerbands 2 zwischen den beiden Wickeldornen 18 und 22 legt sich dabei an einen Schlitz (Fig. 3) 36 einer Trennvorrichtung 38 an. In diesem Zustand werden beide Wickeldorne 18, 20 angehalten. Der Abschnitt E steht also still. Daraufhin wird ein Sichelmesser 40 der Trennvorrichtung 38 vorbewegt (in Fig. 2 nach unten), um den Abschnitt E zu durchschneiden, und dann wieder zurückbewegt. Die Rolle 24 kann dann mit der Hülse 16 von dem Wickeldorn 18 abgenommen werden. Das Trägerband 2 wird an die Hülse 20 etwa mittels eines doppelseitigen Klebebands, das sich schon auf der Hülse 20 befindet, an der Hülse 20 festgeklebt. Hierauf folgend wird der Wickeldorn 22 angetrieben und eine Rolle 42 gebildet, die der Rolle 24 entspricht. Der Durchmesser dieser Rolle wird mit einem Sensor 44 erfaßt, der ebenso arbeitet, wie der Sensor 26, jedoch nun die Bewegung eines Kolbens 46 aus einem pneumatischen Zylinder 48 steuert, der mittels einer Kopfrolle 50 das Trägerband 2 wieder an eine neue Hülse auf den Wickeldorn drücken kann, woraufhin die Trennvorrichtung 38 erneut so betätigt wird, wie oben beschrieben.In Fig. 1 two courses B and C of the
In der Trennvorrichtung 38 ist das Sichelmesser 40, das mit einem Ersatz-Sichelmesser 52 zu einem einen gemeinsamen Messerkörper aufweisenden Doppel-Sichelmesser 54 vereinigt ist, an einem Schlitten 56 befestigt, der in Richtung des Doppelpfeils F mittels eines pneumatischen Zylinders 58 hin- und herfahrbar ist. Die Endstellungen des Schlittens 56 sind dabei durch Signalgeber 60, 62, festgelegt. Das Sichelmesser 40 ragt aus dem Schlitz 36 heraus. Seitliche Begrenzugswände 64, 66 des Schlittens verhindern, daß eine Bedienungsperson in den Schlitz 36 hineingreifen und sich verletzen kann.
