Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Klemmvorrichtung der in Betracht gezogenen Gattung so zu gestalten, daß sie das sichere Festklemmen von Klemmgut sowohl vergleichsweise großer als auch kleiner Dicke ermöglicht, und dies insbesondere in wechselnder Folge, wobei gleichzeitig für die Beibehaltung der ursprünglichen Klemmkraft über lange Zeit Sorge getragen wird. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß von den beiden durch ein Gelenk miteinander verbundenen Abschnitten des einen Klemmschenkels derjenige Abschnitt, der zwischen dem Rücken und dem die beiden Abschnitte miteinander verbindenden Gelenk liegt, im Bereich des Rückens über ein weiteres Gelenk mit dem Rücken verbunden ist und daß auf diesen Abschnitt mindestens eine Feder einwirkt, die den Klemmstempel in der Klemmstellung gegen das Klemmgut bzw. den anderen Klemmschenkel drückt.The invention has for its object to design a clamping device of the type under consideration so that it allows the secure clamping of items to be clamped both comparatively large and small thickness, and this in particular in an alternating sequence, while at the same time care is taken to maintain the original clamping force for a long time. Beim Festklemmen des Gutes 7 wird der Abschnitt 1b des Klemmschenkels 1, in Figur 1 betrachtet, so weit entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn geschwenkt, daß das Gut 7 problemlos in den Zwischenraum 10 zwischen den Klemmschenkeln 1 und 2 eingeführt werden kann. Anschließend schwenkt man den Abschnitt 1b zurück, bis er die in Figur 2 dargestellte Lage einnimmt, in der er automatisch gehalten wird. Aufgrund der Elastizität des die Feder 6 bildenden Steges ist weder ein Absinken der Klemmkraft noch ein Verlust der Klemmwirkung zu befürchten, wenn die Klemmvorrichtung nacheinander für Klemmgut unterschiedlicher Dicke verwendet wird. Eine weitere Besonderheit der Klemmvorrichtung gemäß Figur 19 besteht darin, daß die dem Klemmschenkel 1 zugewandte Seite des Klemmschenkels 2 mit einer rutschfesten Auflage 32 versehen ist. Claims (26)

  1. A clip device for articles to be clipped such as sheet stacks, notice boards, maps, calendars or the like having two clip legs (1, 2) connected together via a spine (3), one (1) of which consists of two sections (1a, 1b) which are connected together at a distance from the spine (3) by a joint (4) extending parallel to the spine (3) and of which the section (1b) connected to the part of the joint (4) facing away from the spine (3) is designed as an operating handle and is provided with a clip strut (8, 27) which in the clipping position assumes, with respect to the other clip leg (2), an engagement position which is defined by at least one stop (9) and in which said clip strut is pressed resiliently against the article to be clipped (7) or against the other clip leg (2) which forms one piece with the spine (3), wherein, of the two sections (1a, 1b), connected together by a joint (4), of the one clip leg (1), that section (1a) which lies between the spine (3) and the joint (4) connecting the two sections (1a, 1b) together is connected to the spine (3) in the region of the spine (3) via a further joint (5) and at least one spring (6, 33, 35, 36, 40, 41) which, in the clipping position, presses the clip strut (8, 27) against the article to be clipped (7) or against the other clip leg (2) acts on this section (1a).
  2. The clip device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance (A) between the spine (3) and the joining position of the joint joining the two sections with the section being more remote from the spine, in the clipping position, is greater than the distance (a) between the spine (3) and the contact point between the clip strut (8, 27) and the article to be clipped (7) or the other clip leg (2).
  3. The clip device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the section (1b), having the clip strut (8, 27), of the one clip leg (1) is provided on the side of the clip strut (8) facing away from the spine (3) with a stop (9) defining its engagement position.
  4. The clip device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the clip strut (8, 27) and the stop (9) are formed by webs, the height (H) of the web forming the clip strut (8, 27) being greater than the height (h) of the web forming the stop (9).
  5. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 4, wherein the clip strut (8) formed by a straight web encloses an obtuse angle (α), in the engagement position, with the part, disposed between its free end and the spine (3), of the clip leg without joint (2).
  6. The clip device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the angle (α) is 100 to 110°.
  7. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 6, wherein the spine (3) and the clip legs (1, 2) consist of rigid PVC and the joints (4, 5) and the spring (6) consist of a permanently elastic plastic.
  8. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 7, wherein at least the clip legs (1a, 1b, 2), the spine (3), the joints (4, 5), the clip strut (8, 27) and the stop (9) consist of a section of a coextruded profile.
  9. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 8, wherein it has a spring (6, 33, 35, 40) designed as a tension spring.
  10. The clip device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the spring (6, 33, 35, 40) is formed by an elastic web which joins the section (1a), disposed between the two joints (4, 5), of one clip leg (1) to the other clip leg (2).
  11. The clip device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the elastic web forming the spring (33, 35) is additionally connected to the spine (3).
  12. The clip device as claimed in claim 11, wherein the elastic web forming the spring (35) is in full-surface connection with the spine (3).
  13. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 12, wherein it has a spring (36, 41) designed as a compression spring.
  14. The clip device as claimed in claim 13, wherein the spring (36, 41) is formed by an elastic web which is arranged between two projections (37, 38 or 39, 38 resp.), protruding over the spine (3), of the two clip legs (1, 2).
  15. The clip device as claimed in claim 14, wherein the elastic web forming the spring (36) is in full-surface connection with the spine (3).
  16. The clip device as claimed in claim 14 or 15, wherein the projection (39) of the clip leg (1) consisting of two sections (1a, 1b) is L-shaped in design and, together with the spine (3), encloses the elastic web on three sides over at least a part of its length.
  17. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 16, wherein the spring(s) (40, 41) is/are detachably connected to the clip legs (1, 2) or to the projections (37, 38), protruding over the spine (3), of the clip legs (1, 2).
  18. The clip device as claimed in claim 17, wherein the respective spring (40, 41) is anchored with T-shaped ends in swallowtail guides of the clip legs (1, 2).
  19. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 16, wherein it consists entirely of a section of a coextruded profile.
  20. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 19, wherein it is provided in the region of its spine (3) with a retaining groove (18).
  21. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 19, wherein it is provided in the region of its spine (3) with a filing tab (23).
  22. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 21, wherein the clip leg (2) without joint is provided on its outer side with an adhesive layer (25) covered by a peelable film (24).
  23. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 22, wherein the clip leg (2) without joint is provided in the region of the clip strut (27) with a non-slip covering (32) on its inner side.
  24. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 23, wherein the end, facing away from the joint (4) connecting the sections (1a, 1b) of the one clip leg (1) together, of the clip strut (27) is designed as an arcuate sliding runner (28).
  25. The clip device as claimed in one or more of claims 1 to 24, wherein between the clip strut (27) and the clip leg (2) opposite the clip leg consisting of two sections (1a, 1b) connected together by a joint (4) there is arranged a guide tongue (43).
  26. The clip device as claimed in claim 25, wherein the guide tongue (41) has an engagement lug (44) for the clip strut (27).
