Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a mechanized installation with fully automated management for the storage of motor vehicles.
There are currently many designs of mechanized automated parking lots in which vehicles are conveyed from an entry area to a storage cell and then brought on demand to an exit area. Such parking lots are described in particular in patents GB-A-1,043,371 and CH-A-505,969.
Thus, CH-505.969 relates to an automatic garage for vehicles comprising a plurality of rectangular cells arranged on either side of a circulation aisle comprising two rails on which a mobile vehicle transport trolley circulates. Each cell is provided along its long sides with two series of vehicle wheel support bars, forming a comb whose teeth are turned towards the inside of the cell, and the mobile carriage is provided with two series of bars transport also forming a comb, the teeth of which are turned towards the outside of the carriage, said mobile carriage being able to penetrate inside each cell and then lower, so that the transport bars pass between the support bars and deposit the wheels of the vehicle transported on said support bars.
Unfortunately, in installations of the type described in patent CH-A-505,969, the storage cells are arranged perpendicular to the circulation corridor of the carriage, which requires a corridor width at least equal the length of the longest vehicles and therefore an area occupied by the corridor to the detriment of parking spaces. In addition, it is necessary to transfer the vehicle from the trolley to the interior of the storage cell when unloading a vehicle (or vice versa), which requires an additional maneuver and requires a mechanism. suitable for such a transfer and therefore makes such an installation expensive.
This is why the object of the invention is to provide a mechanized installation for storing motor vehicles, the arrangement of the storage cells of which saves space and the loading and unloading of a vehicle in a cell takes place without maneuver additional to that of moving the vehicle transport trolley.

- une unité centrale de gestion apte à gérer le fonctionnement de chaque chariot et l'actionnement des moyens de chargement et de déchargement;
- at least one circulation corridor comprising a so-called main guide groove formed longitudinally along the corridor,
- storage cells distributed on either side of the circulation corridor,
- at least one carriage comprising a chassis on wheels provided with autonomous drive means, each of the carriages being equipped with guide means adapted to allow the carriage to be moved along the circulation corridor and to bring it to the storage cells, and loading and unloading means capable of making it possible to seize or deposit a motor vehicle in a specific cell, and
- a central management unit capable of managing the operation of each carriage and the actuation of the loading and unloading means;
- the storage cells are arranged on an ear at an angle of about 135 ° relative to the circulation corridor,
- additional guide grooves form branches with the main guide groove, and are arranged to allow the carriages to enter the storage cells by means of routing arranged at the right of each branch and whose activation is controlled by the central unit, and
- the guide means of each carriage comprise two guide rollers adapted to slide in the main groove and in the annexed guide grooves and to rotate the wheels when one of the switching means has been activated so that the carriage enters the storage cell being guided by the annex groove extending the main groove to the associated branch by means of switch.
According to another embodiment, the carriage circulates on a circulation track forming a closed circuit provided with 2 longitudinal corridors and the cells are distributed on either side of each corridor so that the two rows arranged between the corridors are juxtaposed.
- at least two superimposed levels, each comprising:
- a circulation track forming a closed circuit provided with two longitudinal circulation corridors,
- four rows of storage cells distributed on either side of each circulation corridor, so that the two rows disposed between said corridors are juxtaposed,
- at least one elevator adapted to move between a loading and / or unloading area and each level, in order to serve said levels, each of the elevators being installed so as to occupy the place of a storage cell,
- for each level, at least one carriage provided with autonomous drive means, and means for guiding each carriage adapted to allow the latter to be moved along of the circulation track, and to bring it respectively to the right of each elevator and storage cells, each of the carriages being equipped with loading and unloading means capable of making it possible to grasp and deposit an object in the cells and in each elevator,
- a central management unit capable of managing the operation of each lift and each carriage and the actuation of the loading and unloading means.
First, the number of parking spaces relative to the surface of such an installation is high because the surface of each level, used for storage, is equal to or greater than two thirds of the total surface of the levels.
In addition, the vertical movements of the elevators and the horizontal movements of the carriages are completely independent, which allows very short storage and withdrawal cycles.
In addition, each carriage moves on its own and the power required is therefore reduced to a minimum.
- each storage cell and each elevator comprises two fixed, longitudinal racks, placed opposite one another and each consisting of horizontal, parallel and spaced fixed bars, said racks being arranged to delimit a free central space between the ends of the bars fixed,
- each carriage comprises a chassis on wheels provided with autonomous drive means,
- loading and unloading means include:
- a mobile support carried by the chassis of the carriages and comprising a longitudinal central structure, of
width 20 less than that of the central space formed between two fixed racks, and two series of horizontal bars, parallel and spaced, extending orthogonally on either side of the central structure, - means for vertical displacement of the mobile support, carried by the chassis, and able to move said support when a carriage is in a storage cell or a lift, between a low position where this support is outside the plane of the fixed racks, and a position where it is above the plane of these fixed racks.
- a mobile support carried by the chassis of the carriages and comprising a longitudinal central structure, of
The loading and unloading operations therefore require only a vertical displacement over a short distance of the movable support which can advantageously be achieved by means of two jacks arranged vertically and fixed to the chassis of the carriages.
Furthermore, according to another characteristic of the invention, each elevator comprises a movable floor provided with lights capable of accommodating the horizontal bars of the fixed racks, and means for vertically moving the floor between a high position or it is in the plane racks, and a low position where it is retracted under the racks so as to be profiled with the circulation track of the level served.
Thus, when a vehicle is brought into an elevator, the floor is in its high position and passengers can therefore get out of this vehicle and put their feet on level ground. Then, this floor is brought into its low position in which it serves as a rolling surface allowing the trolley to enter the elevator for the purpose of seizing the vehicle.
- each carriage comprises four steered wheels connected two by two by two axles by means of pivots, and
- the guide means of the carriages actuate the pivots of two wheels carried by the same axle by means of linkage bars.
In addition, the switching means preferably comprise, for each branch, a jack arranged horizontally and arranged in a reservation formed in the circulation track and opening into the main groove, said jack comprising a rod carrying a shoe provided with a face. shaped front adapted to guide the carriage towards an additional groove, and being adapted to present two states: a retracted state in which the shoe is recessed with respect to the main groove, and a deployed state in which said shoe is disposed in said groove.

The invention shown in the figures consists of a mechanized car park with fully automated management. This parking lot has several superimposed levels, each comprising a plurality of
Each level further comprises four rows of
In addition, the
The circulation track 5 is, moreover, axially provided with a
As shown in Figure 2, a switching station is provided at each branch between the
Each of the
These
These trolleys 4 provided with autonomous propulsion means 15, capable of generating their displacement in forward or reverse gear, such as an electric battery, are preferably two in number per level: a trolley in service and a trolley in charge.
As shown in Figures 6 to 10, each carriage 4 comprises, firstly, a
Each carriage 4 also comprises a
Each
This
This
By cons, this
Par ailleurs, afin de faciliter le centrage du véhicule lorsque celui-ci est introduit dans l'élévateur au niveau de la station d'entrée, celle-ci peut être également équipée de galets constitués de rouleaux à axes verticaux ou inclinés adaptés pour guider latéralement ce véhicule .Furthermore, in order to facilitate the centering of the vehicle when it is introduced into the elevator at the entry station, the latter can also be equipped with rollers made up of rollers with vertical or inclined axes adapted to guide laterally. this vehicle.
- stop the carriages 4 once they have exceeded the branch corresponding to the storage cell selected by the central management unit,
- stop the carriages 4 when they have entered a
storage cell 1 or a 2, 3.lift
- when a vehicle presents itself at the entry station, the
movable floor 30 is in the high position which allows the driver to introduce his vehicle into the 2 or 3 and get out of it by putting his feet on level ground.elevator - once the driver has left this
2 or 3, the latter's doors (not shown) are locked. In addition, a dispenser allows the driver to withdraw a ticket on which are indicated the level and the storage cell selected by the central management unit.lift - the
2 or 3 then descends to the selected level, theelevator movable floor 30 being parallel retracted so as to bring the vehicles to rest on the fixed racks 29. At the same time, the carriage 4 of the selected level is stopped in front of the location corresponding to the elevator thanks to the activation of the corresponding transceiver cell.
Once the elevator has reached the level, the carriage 4 moves back in the latter thanks to the actuation of the switching
The
The
In this second case, the user need only present himself at the exit station and introduce the ticket which has been issued to him in an electronic reader. The output cycle then consists in bringing the carriage 4 of the level considered opposite the desired location, as indicated above, and in controlling the descent of the
Figures 13 and 14 highlight another embodiment of a carriage according to the invention.
One of the advantages of this latter embodiment of this
In FIGS. 15, 16, 17 and 18, the

Said switching means 63, which allows the
