- automatische Eingabe einer Abrechnungsnummer für die Kostenstelle des Benutzers und/oder einer Druckfunktion oder der Nummer einer Druckfunktion in einen Speicherbereich des Speichermittels (3) der Frankiermaschine, durch weitere im Speicher eines weiteren Übertragungsmittels (13) gespeicherte Daten und/oder Flags vor dem Betrieb der Frankiermaschine.

In der - in der Figur 1 dargestellten - Variante wird als erstes und zweites Übertragungsmittel (10) und (13) eine integrierte Chipkarte ICCA und ICCB, die jeweils einen Speicher mit den abrufbaren Daten und/oder Flags zur Nachladung von Zusatzfunktionen- und Informationen in die Frankiermaschine bzw. zu deren Einstellung aufweisen, verwendet. Das Verfahren ist durch folgende Schritte gekennzeichnet:
Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Dateneingabe in eine Frankiermaschine vor der Auslösung einer ausgewählten Druckfunktion, mit folgenden Schritten :Laden von im Speicher eines Übertragungsmittels (10, 13) gespeicherten Daten in einen Speicherbereich des Speichermittels (3) der Frankiermaschine, wobei das Laden vor dem Betreiben der Frankiermaschine erfolgt und zur automatischen Eingabe einer Nummer führt,automatischem Verändern des letzten Standes an gespeicherten Dateninhalten in einer Frankiermaschine zu deren Einstellung mittels der geladenen Daten,
- Verfahren, nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Laden von ein Verändern bewirkenden Daten aus einem Speicher eines Übertragungsmittels (10) in einen Speicherbereich eines Speichermittels (3) der Frankiermaschine, wenn mindestens innerhalb eines Zeitfensters nach dem Einschalten ein erstes Übertragungsmittel (10) bereitgestellt wird, undLaden weiterer im Speicher eines weiteren Übertragungsmittels (13) gespeicherter Daten vor dem Betreiben der Frankiermaschine zur automatischen Eingabe einer Nummer in einen Speicherbereich des Speichermittels (3) der Frankiermaschine, wobei die vorgenannte Nummer eine Abrechnungsnummer für die Kostenstelle des Benutzers oder die Nummer einer Druckfunktion ist, sowieautomatisches Verändern des letzten Standes an gespeicherten Dateninhalten in einer Frankiermaschine zu deren Einstellung mittels der geladenen Daten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Übertragungsmittel (10) zu einer länderspezifische Bereitstellung von Zusatzfunktionen und aktuellen Informationen für eine permanente und/oder temporäre Konfiguration von mindestens einer Frankiermaschine und daß das zweite Übertragungsmittel (13) zur benutzerindividuellen Einstellung der Frankiermaschine verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als erstes Übertragungsmittel (10) ein Kommunikationsnetz, das einen Speicher mit den abrufbaren Daten und/oder Flags zur Nachladung von Zusatzfunktionen- und Informationen in die Frankiermaschine enthält, eingesetzt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als erste und zweite Übertragungsmittel (10) und (13) eine integrierte Chipkarte ICCA und ICCB, die jeweils einen Speicher mit den abrufbaren Daten und/oder Flags zur Nachladung von Zusatzfunktionen- und Informationen in die Frankiermaschine bzw. zu deren Einstellung aufweisen, verwendet werden.
- Anordnung zur Erzeugung eines jeweils einer Kosten-stelle zugeordneten Frankierbildes für einen Frankierautomaten, der zum Frankieren von Postgut einsetzbar und mit mindestens einem ersten und zweiten Eingabemit-tel (8) und (2), einem Ein/Ausgabe-Steuermittel (6), einem Ausgabemittel (4), einem elektronischen Drucker (7), einer Leistungselektronik (11) und einem Prozes-sorsystem (111) ausgerüstet ist, wobei als zweites Eingabemittel (2) eine, an eine serielle Schnittstelle der Frankiermaschine angeschlossene, an sich bekannte Chipkarten-Schreib/Leseeinheit (20) in der Frankiermaschine angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus dem Speicherbereich der Chipkarte (10; 13) gespeicherte Daten im Rahmen eines Dialogs für die Chipkartennummer card #, für die Kostenstellennummer KST # und für die Klischeenummer AD # ausgelesen werden und
daß in einem nichtflüchtigen Speicher von Speichermitteln (7) im Prozessorsystem (11) der Frankiermaschine Mittel (100, 101) vorgesehen sind, die nach dem Einstecken einer Chipkarte (10; 13) die Einstellung der Benutzer-Kostenstelle und des zugehörigen Werbeklischees automatisch vornehmen und den Abruf fremder Kostenstellendaten verhindern. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Rahmen eines Dialogs aus dem ungeschützten Speicherbereich der Chipkarte (10; 13) und/oder nach automatischer Vorgabe von mindestens einem Paßwort durch die Frankiermaschine aus dem geschützten Speicherbereich der Chipkarte (10; 13) die Daten für die Chipkartennummer card #, für die Kostenstellennummer KST # und für die Klischeenummer AD # ausgelesen und in der Frankiermaschine zur Einstellung der Kostenstelle und des zugehörigen Werbeklischees zur Verfügung stehen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Rahmen eines Dialogs aus dem ungeschützten Speicherbereich der Chipkarte (10; 13) die Daten für die Chipkartennummer card #, für die Kostenstellennummer KST # und für die Klischeenummer AD # ausgelesen und in der Frankiermaschine zur Einstellung der Kostenstelle und des zugehörigen Werbeklischees zur Verfügung stehen und nach automatischer Vorgabe von mindestens einem Paßwort durch die Frankiermaschine aus dem geschützten Speicherbereich der Chipkarte (10; 13) weitere Daten ausgelesen werden, um die Frankiermaschinenfunktion nachzuladen bzw. zu modifizieren.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Tabelle mit Paßwörtem in einem nichtflüchtigen Speicher der Frankiermaschine gespeichert vorliegt, die zur Überprüfung der Berechtigung des Nutzers der Frankiermaschine abgearbeitet wird, indem nacheinander die Paßwörter mit dem in der Chipkarte des Benutzers gespeicherten Paßwort verglichen werden.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Öffnung für die Zuführung der Chipkarte (10; 13) zum Auslesen von benutzertypischen Daten auf der Rückseite der Frankiermaschine vorgesehen ist, wobei ohne eingesteckte Chipkarte (13) nicht mit der Frankiermaschine frankiert werden kann und nach dem Einschalten der Frankiermaschine das Fehlen der Chipkarte signalisiert wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung für den Einsteckschlitz (26) der mit einer Interfaceplatine (24) verbundenen Kontaktiereinrichtung (25) auf der Rückseite der Frankiermaschine im oberen Drittel vi-sá-vis der auf der Vorderseite befindlichen LCD-Anzeigeeinheit (3) angeordnet ist und sich oberhalb des Anschlusses für die serielle Schnittstelle der Waage (22) befindet.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Interfaceplatine (24) mit der seriellen Schnittstelle (54) der Frankiermaschine verbunden ist und die Kontaktiereinrichtung (25) mindestens 6 Kontakte aufweist und der Datenaustausch zwischen dem ungeschützten Kartenspeicherbereich und einem nichtflüchtigen Speicher der Speichermittel (3) seriell im Rahmen eines Kommunikationsprotokolls automatisch vorgenommen wird, sobald die Chipkarte (13) in den Einsteckschlitz (26) eingesteckt worden ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 11 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Chipkarten-Schreib/Leseeinheit (20) in der Frankiermaschine T 1000 verwendet wird und die Signalisierung des Fehlens einer eingesteckten Chipkarte mit der LCD-Anzeigeeinheit vorgenommen wird, wofür in einem nichtflüchtigen Speicher der Speichermittel (3) ein entsprechendes die Anzeige modifizierendes Programm vorliegt.
