Description

The invention relates to a holding device for Attachment of at least one ski binding part of a ski binding on top of a ski.

Such an arrangement is known from FR-OS 2,374,922 (figures 4 and 5) are known.

In this known arrangement, the ski boot is by means of Ski binding parts held on an upper holding plate, which on one causing the ski binding parts to be released electrical circuit receiving measuring body rests. Of the The measuring body is in turn attached to a lower plate, which in turn by means of screws on the top of the ski is set. Enforce these screws as Damping elements formed blocks in the lower plate. The lower plate is covered by the elastic blocks a distance from the top of the ski. This electrical Storage causes small stresses for the leg are harmless, are dampened without the electrical circuit takes effect. However, at this known solution, the risk that by pulling the Screw the lower plate tightly onto the top of the ski rests, so that then the elastic storage ineffective becomes. Another disadvantage of this known embodiment is that the bottom plate, its length essentially corresponds to the length of the shoe sole, even surpasses it, at both ends using four screws the top of the ski is attached. But this can Characteristic curve of the ski in ski deflections, even when used of the damping elements mentioned, are adversely affected.

From AT-PSen 392 214, 393 224 and 394 142 are also Developments are known in which the fastening screws the elastic binding absorbing the ski binding, at most the elastic layers, inside (core) of the Skis are trained. The known spacers are also supported on the inside of the ski Holding plates. EP-A2-0 354 379 corresponds to that disclosure, which is also contained in AT-PS 392 214; of the content beyond this shows the use of a Container for receiving the fastening screws, which However, containers are not used in the present application finds.

From DE-OS 39 33 717 are in an intermediate position Ski anchor bolts supported on molded mounts or Anchor sleeves known (see Fig. 5 with context in column 13 lines 17 to 43, especially lines 37 to 40). These anchor bolts or anchor sleeves are thus also in the ski body. The known embodiments can therefore only during Ski production, u. in the first operation, if the Deposits are inserted into the core of the ski will.

The object of the invention is therefore to remedy this to create and propose a holding device in which an undesired tightening of the fastening screws Security is avoided. Another object of the invention is lies in the fact that an undesirable change in the Characteristic curve of the ski should be avoided in ski deflections.

The task is solved primarily by the Claim 1 and features cited in claim 2. Advantageous further developments and embodiments of the The concept of the invention is in subclaims 3 to 12 described. As a result of that each fastening screw with the interposition of a spacer is inserted into the elastic element created a defined position of the individual fastening screws, being over-tightening these screws for sure is excluded, but tightening is possible.

The measure according to the invention has the further advantage with that the damping of the invention attached ski binding parts bringing about solution a finished ski can be used. Thus, the invention Holding device on the top of a ski a trained technician can also be attached afterwards.

Further advantages and details of the invention will be now with reference to the drawing, which shows two exemplary embodiments, described in more detail. 1 shows an inventive Holding device with an only indicated Ski binding in longitudinal section, FIG. 2 an associated top view, the ski binding was omitted, Fig.3 one Longitudinal section of the front section of the plate after the Line III-III in Figure 2 on an enlarged scale, Figure 4 one Section along the line IV-IV of Figure 2 also enlarged, 5 shows a longitudinal section of the rear portion of the plate along the line V-V in Fig. 2 on an enlarged scale and Fig. 6 a detail of a second embodiment in one of the Fig.5 similar representation.

In Figure 1, a ski 1 is shown on its top 1a in the binding assembly area a plate 2 with interposition an insulation layer 3 by means of fastening screws 4.14 is attached. The plate 2 is in the present embodiment made of metal, in particular Aluminum, manufactured. But it can also meet one of the requirements corresponding plastic material exist, the The choice lies in the skill of the average specialist. The Damping layer 3 in the present case consists of elastomeric Material, preferably made of Kraton; but it can also by a suitable, e.g. through a honeycomb, structure, have the elastic properties of the damping layer 3.

The plate 2 carries a dash-dotted line Front jaws 5 and one also shown only in broken lines Heel holder 6, which in the plate 2 by means of Binding screws 7.17 are anchored. There is the Plate 2 viewed in its longitudinal direction, from two adjoining sections 21, 22, etc. one that Front jaws 5 associated front section 21 and one the rear section 22 associated with the heel holder 6 a deflection of the ski 1 does not affect the properties of the ski 1 to influence and enable length compensation, lies the front portion 21 of the plate 2 in it Viewed in the longitudinal direction, from the rear portion 22 of the Plate 2 removed at a distance "a".

The plate sections 21 and 22 are essentially constructed in the same way. Each section 21 or 22 instructs its scope, with the exception of the facing areas, an offset directed towards the top of the ski 1a 21a, 22a.

As can be seen more clearly from FIGS. 3 and 5 each section 21, 22 in the area of the fastening screws 4 or 14 with depressions 21b, 22b and holes 21c, 22c or 21'c, 22'c. The depressions 21b, 22b serve as intermediaries of disks 8.18 and damping rings 9.19 to Receiving the heads 4a, 14a of the fastening screws 4.14. The depth of the depressions 21b, 22b of the sections 21.22 of plate 2 dimensioned so that it is slightly larger than the total height of the parts to be picked up, i.e. of the Screw heads 4a, 14a, the washers 8,18 underneath and the damping rings 9,19 is together. The disk 8.18 serves as an enlargement of the area of the screw heads 4a, 14a.

The size of the diameter of each hole 21c, 22c in the adjacent sections 21, 22 of the Reductions 21b, 22b is selected so that at least one fastening screw 4 of the front section 21 and one Fixing screw 14 of the rear section 22 Ensure that the plate 2 is held firmly on the ski 1. in the The present case is a pair of fastening screws 4.14 provided. Additional holes 21'c, 22'c each have a larger diameter, which means that a ski deflection between the plate 2 and the ski 1 in a relative movement can take place in the longitudinal direction of the ski, without stiffening the ski.

The height of the damping rings 9.19 is chosen so that an exemption between the top 21d, 22d of the depression 21b, 22b of the plate 2 and the underside 8a, 18a of the Disk 8.18 is created. Each section 21, 22 of the plate 2 is on its underside 21e, 22e with a metallic, preferably made of Titanal, insert 11, 12 provided. These inlays 11, 12 carry cutouts 11a, 12a, which as Exemptions for the reductions 21b, 22b of the sections 21.22 serve. The inlays 11, 12 can be with the underside 21e, 22e of the associated plate section 21, 22, e.g. by Glue, be connected.

The inlays 11, 12 provide a better holding force the binding screws 7, 17 of the toe piece 5 or the Heel holder 6 reached and the tear resistance of this Binding screws 7, 17 increased.

Fig.4).The front section 21 of the plate 2 and the associated, insert 11 attached to its underside 21e are with a series of aligned holes 21f, 11b, which is a multiple of a drilling pattern corresponds to the toe piece 5 (see Fig. 4).

The rear section 22 of the plate 2 and the associated, insert 12 attached to its underside 22e are with a series of aligned holes 22f, 12b, which in turn is a multiple of one Hole pattern of the heel holder 6 corresponds.

Sie besitzt eine im wesentlichen ebene Unterseite 3a.The damping layer 3 extends underneath the plate 2 and keeps it at a distance from the top of the ski 1a. It has an essentially flat underside 3a.

In order to favor the shear work of the damping layer 3, the underside 3a of the top 1 a of the ski 1 be glued on.

The top 3b of the damping layer 3 is in areas the depressions 21b, 22b of the front and rear sections 21.22 discontinued or deepened, in order to fully fit this Sections by means of the inserts 11, 12 assigned to them to allow the top 3b of the damping layer 3.

As can be seen from Figures 3 and 5, the individual Fixing screws 4.14 each with an as Spacer serving approach 4b, 14b provided. Any approach 4b, 14b is dimensioned with respect to its height so that too tightly unscrewing the plate 2 and too strong Compressing the damping layer 3, which pressing together an influence, in extreme cases even a cancellation, the damping property of the damping layer 3 could have prevented. The approach 4b, 14b of the screw 4, 14 penetrates both the associated disc 8.18 and Bores 21c, 22c in the depressions 21b, 22b of the sections 21,22, as well as the damping layer 3 with play and supports itself with its circular lower contact surface 4c, 14c on the top 1a of ski 1.

Another type of spacer is illustrated in Figure 6, which is designed as a spacer sleeve 10, 20 which with its upper contact surface 10a, 20a on the Underside of the head 4a, 14a of the screw 4.14 is supported. Means Each spacer sleeve is located on its lower contact surface 10b, 20b 10.20 on the top 1a of the ski 1.

Assembling the individual parts of the damping device is carried out in the following way.

On the underside 21e, 22e of the front and rear section 21,22 of the plate 2, the inserts 11,12 are attached. Then the damping layer 3 is inserted, and either on the deposits 11, 12 or on the one of the deposits 11, 12 uncovered remaining section of the individual sections 21, 22 the plate 2, or glued to these two components. Then all the above parts (sections, deposits and damping layer) by means of the bottom 3a of the Damping layer 3 on the top 1a of the ski 1, e.g. by Glue, set. Then the heads 4a, 14a Fixing screws 4.14 from the disks 8.18 and Damping rings 9,19 underlaid. In the end they will be like this prepared screws 4.14 through the holes 21c, 21'c, 22c, 22'c of the reductions 21b, 22b and exemptions the damping layer 3 inserted and screwed into the ski 1.

22f,12b eingeschraubt. The entire holding device is in the present exemplary embodiment covered with a two-part film 13, 23 around the bending behavior of the ski 1 in the longitudinal direction of the ski to influence. Furthermore, the film 13, 23 itself known markings 15.25, which the underlying Bores 21f, 22f for the binding screws 7.17 of the toe piece Mark 5 (see Fig. 4) or the heel holder 6. At the binding assembly, the binding screws 7 of the toe piece 5 or that of the heel holder 6 to that of the respective Shoe sole length corresponding markings 15 and 25 respectively set. The pre-marked positions are identified using the Pierce binding screws 7.17 and into each other aligned holes 21f, 11b and 22f, 12b screwed.

The invention is not related to that shown in the drawing and embodiments described above bound. Rather, there are various changes possible without leaving the scope of the invention. For example it would be possible to change the material thickness of the front and rear section of the plate to enlarge and on the To waive deposits. It would also be possible to desired shear work of the damping material between the Reach plate and the top of the ski by friction. For example, the height of the lugs of the screws, or the Height of the spacer sleeves can be slightly reduced, what a slight pressing of the damping layer to the top of the ski would result. On gluing the bottom of the cushioning layer In this case, the top of the ski could be dispensed with will. It would also be possible to close the plate in one piece shape and the release of the fastening screws enlarge to allow the ski to stretch longitudinally.

Instead of a two-part film, this can be used of an elastic or stretchable material also in one piece be designed. If necessary, it is also possible to design the individual sections of the plate in several parts, in which case the film can also be in several parts.
