Die Erfindung betrifft eine Biegeanlage für Stahlstäbe, insbesondere Betonstahlstäbe, - mit Zuführförderer, Biegemaschinenaggregat und Abwurfeinrichtung, wobei das Biegemaschinenaggregat eine verfahrbare Biegemaschine, eine Auflagereinrichtung und eine fest angeordnete Biegemaschine aufweist und die verfahrbare Biegemaschine in Längsrichtung der Auflagereinrichtung zur feststehenden Biegemaschine hin und zurück sowie mit Blockfahrt verfahrbar ist. Der Zuführförderer einer solchen Biegeanlage ist im allgemeinen ein Rollgang. Blockfahrt bezeichnet eine Bewegung, deren Endstellung durch eine Blockierung definiert ist. Die Biegemaschinen einer solchen Biegeanlage besitzen im allgemeinen einen Biegetisch und einen um eine vertikale Achse antreibbaren Biegeteller mit einem darauf angeordneten Biegewerkzeug, z.B. in Form eines Biegefingers, ein zentrales Biegegegenwerkzeug und einen Gegenhalter. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe lehrt die Erfindung, daß zwischen der verfahrbaren Biegemaschine und der feststehend angeordneten Biegemaschine zumindest eine in Längsrichtung dem Auflagereinrichtung verfahrbare Stützeinrichtung angeordnet ist, die einen Stützeinrichtungstisch, ein als schiefe Ebene ausgeführtes Einlaufelement, eine Stabstahlaufnahme für mehrere in vertikaler Richtung übereinanderliegende zu biegende Stahlstäbe und ein Abwurfelement aufweist, daß die Stützeinrichtung von der verfahrbaren Biegemaschine in Richtung auf die feststehende Biegemaschine bis in eine Blockfahrtstellung drückbar ist, daß die Stützeinrichtung aus der Blockfahrtstellung heraus über zumindest eine längeneinstellbares Zugmittel von der verfahrbaren Biegemaschine bis in vorgebbare Stützstellungen ziehbar ist und daß außerdem der Stützeinrichtungstisch sowie unabhängig davon die Aufnahmebreite der Stahlstabaufnahme quer zur Längsachse der Auflagereinrichtung verstellbar sind. Nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind entsprechende Stützeinrichtungen auflagereinrichtungsseitig auch an der verfahrbaren Biegemaschine sowie an der feststehenden Biegemaschine angeordnet. Diese Stützeinrichtungen können, bis auf das Stützeinrichtungsgestell, aus identisch gleichen Bauteilen bestehen wie die verfahrbare Stützeinrichtung, die vorstehend beschrieben wurde. Von besonderem Vorteil ist die Tatsache, daß dabei ohne weiteres eine Einstellung auf unterschiedliche Biegewerkzeuge erforderlich ist, wenn Biegungen mit unterschiedlichem Biegeradius an die Stahlstäbe angebogen werden sollen. Dazu ist bei der erfindungsgemäßen Biegeanlage der Stützeinrichtungstisch in der beschriebenen Weise verstellbar. Die Stahlstabaufnahme ist in der beschriebenen Weise verstellbar, um unterschiedlichen Durchmessern der zu biegenden Stahlstäbe angepaßt zu werden. In der Stahlstabaufnahme können die zu biegenden Stahlstäbe auch festgeklemmt werden. besonderem Vorteil ist die Tatsache, daß das Verfahren der Stützeinrichtung nach Maßgabe der Länge der zu biegenden Stahlstäbe über die ohnehin verfahrbare Biegemaschine erfolgen kann. In diesem Zusammenhang kann das längeneinstellbare Zugmittel auf verschiedene Weise ausgebildet und längeneinstellbar sein. Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das längeneinstellbare Zugmittel auf eine Spule mit Rückstellfeder aufspulbar und die Abspullänge des Zugmittels einstellbar ist. Es versteht sich, daß bei der erfindungsgemäßen Biegeanlage die Übergabe der zu biegenden Stahlstäbe von dem Zuführförderer auf das Biegemaschinenaggregat einfach und zügig erfolgen muß, wie es im Rahmen einer flexiblen Fertigungsstraße üblich ist. Dazu lehrt die Erfindung, daß den Stützeinrichtungen ein Zuführförderer angeordnet ist, dessen Förderebene zum Zwecke der Übergabe der auf dem Zuführförderer nebeneinanderliegend angeordneten Stahlstäbe auf das Niveau des Einlaufelementes der Stützeinrichtung heb- bzw. senkbar ist.
