Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a contact arrangement for step selectors of step transformers for connecting a contact ring with circularly arranged step contacts according to the preamble of the first claim.
Solche Kontaktanordnungen sind bereits bekannt (DE-AS 11 93 145, DE-OS 23 54 173). Such contact arrangements are already known (DE-AS 11 93 145, DE-OS 23 54 173). In these contact arrangements, a contact bridge is provided between a slip ring arranged concentrically around the movement axis and circularly arranged fixed step contacts, which contains two groups of contact lamellae, which are oppositely opposed to one another, which are individually movable and resiliently mounted in the contact bridge housing and each from above or below press the force of the springs to make contact onto the slip ring or the fixed step contact to be connected to it.
The radial distance between the slip ring and the tap changer results from the number of tap contacts and the required voltage with which the tap changer should be applied. It is therefore necessary, on the one hand, to make the contact bridges of different lengths and, on the other hand, to design the contact bridge housing differently depending on the expected voltage.
This inevitably leads to a large number of different individual parts which are undesirable for the implementation of a modular system of tap changers.
Furthermore, the known contact arrangements only insufficiently compensate for height tolerances that are unavoidable during manufacture of the step contacts, since the possible deflection of the individual contact lamellae must remain narrowly limited in order to rule out jamming of the lamellae in the contact bridge housing and jamming of the individual lamellae when running onto a step contact.
It is therefore an object of the invention to improve the contact arrangement for step selectors so that the arrangement can be adapted within wide limits to different current loads with a minimum of components and a compensation of height tolerances of the step contacts with one another and with respect to the contact ring without affecting the Switching behavior is guaranteed.
This object is achieved by the means shown in claim 1.
The invention makes it possible that only the total length of the contact lamellae must be adapted to the radial distance between the selector column and the fixed step contacts, the position and dimension of the contact pressure spring receptacle being the same regardless of the length for all contact lamellae, while that is the leading factor of the contact lamellae and holding component always the same contact frame can be used, which can advantageously be produced in a simple manner from sheet metal, especially since no electrical requirements are placed on it, since it is voltage-shielded from the two-part contact bridge housing. The two-part contact bridge housing is manufactured, for example, from cast iron and is dimensioned such that it acts as an electrode and takes over the complete shielding of the entire contact arrangement.
Furthermore, the invention allows double and resilient guidance of both the contact blades in the frame and of the frame in the two-part contact bridge housing, and also larger horizontal differences between the contact ring and the individual step contacts safely and easily balance.

Upper contact lamellae 5.1 and lower contact lamellae 5.2 rest on both sides on the
14.2 ab.The
A plurality of
These measures compensate for the dead weight of the contact lamellae 5 or the
It is advantageous if the frame springs 12 as such have a higher spring force than the contact pressure springs 7.
