Abstract

A bridge-contact assembly used in combination with an inner contact ring and a contact terminal of an array concentrically surrounding the ring comprises a contact hoousing rotatable concentrically with and between the ring and array, a pair of bridge-contact jaws extending between the ring and the array and having inner ends gripping the ring and outer ends gripping a one of the terminals of the array, and a contact holder spacedly surrounding the pair of jaws and spacedly surrounded by the contact housing. At least one jaw spring supports the jaws in the holder and urges the jaws together and at least one holder spring supports the holder in the contact housing.

Bei einem gattungsgemäßen Stufenwähler eines Stufentransformators befindet sich die Wählersäule 1 mit einem konzentrisch hierzu um diese herum angeordneten Kontaktring 2 im Inneren eines Isolierstoffzylinders 3, der in mindestens einer Ebene kreisförmig angeordnete feststehende Stufenkontakte 4 aufweist.The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment

Der Kontaktrahmen 8 besteht dabei aus einer die oberen und unteren Kontaktlamellen 5.1 und 5.2 führenden und gleichzeitig in ihrer Bewegung fixierenden Blechkonstruktion mit zwei Befestigungspunkten 10. Lage und Abstand der Kontaktdruckfederaussparungen 6 sind dabei, unabhängig von deren Länge, bei allen zum Einsatz kommenden Kontaktlamellen 5.1 und 5.2 gleich, so daß zur Führung und Fixierung stets der gleiche Kontaktrahmen 8 Verwendung finden kann. Dieser Kontaktrahmen 8 wiederum ist unter Zwischenlage einer Rahmenfeder 12 oder auch mehrerer solcher Rahmenfedern mit allseitigem Spiel von einem geteilten Kontaktbrückengehäuse 14, bestehend aus innerem, der Wählersäule 1 zugewandten Gehäuseteil 14.1 und äußerem, zu den Stufenkontakten 4 gerichteten Gehäuseteil 14.2, umschlossen, wobei die Gehäuseteile 14.1 und 14.2 durch einen oder mehrere Distanzbolzen 16 miteinander verbunden sind.Upper contact lamellae 5.1 and lower contact lamellae 5.2 rest on both sides on the contact ring 2 and on the step contact 4 to be connected to it.
