Claims (9)

  1. Emballage en forme de sachet à base d'une feuille composite, en particulier emballage sous vide, sous la forme d'un parallélépipède, présentant les particularités suivantes:
    (a) dans la zone supérieure de l'emballage en forme de sachet, une partie de fermeture rectangulaire (4), qui est limitée par un côté longitudinal supérieur (5) comme bord de fermeture et par un côté longitudinal inférieur (6), est formée par application l'une sur l'autre de parois opposées,
    (b) un joint de fermeture (7) s'étend sur toute la longueur de la partie de fermeture rectangulaire (4),
    (c) un bord supérieur du joint de fermeture (7) ainsi qu'un bord inférieur s'étendent approximativement parallèlement aux côtés longitudinaux (5, 6) et à une certaine distance de ceux-ci,
    caractérisé en ce que
    (d) une zone de soudure (11) est prévue dans la zone centrale du joint de fermeture (7),
    (e) un bord supérieur de la zone de soudure (11) s'étend approximativement entre le bord supérieur du joint de fermeture (7) et le côté longitudinal supérieur (5),
    (f) un bord inférieur de la zone de soudure (11) s'étend approximativement entre le bord inférieur du joint de fermeture (7) et le côté longitudinal inférieur (6),
    (g) dans la zone de soudure (11) est prévue une découpe qui présente au moins un premier bord (9) ainsi qu'un deuxième bord (10) qui se rattache à ce dernier et s'étend approximativement perpendiculairement à lui,
    (h) le deuxième bord (10) s'étend sensiblement parallèlement aux côtés longitudinaux (5, 6) et se trouve approximativement entre le bord inférieur de la zone de soudure (11) et le bord inférieur du joint de fermeture (7),
    (i) le premier bord (9) s'étend vers le haut à partir du deuxième bord (10).
  2. Emballage en forme de sachet suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité supérieure du premier bord (9) se trouve à l'extérieur de la zone de soudure (11).
  3. Emballage en forme de sachet suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième bord (10) est, avec ses extrémités, agencé à distance du bord inférieur de la zone de soudure (11) et des bords latéraux de celle-ci.
  4. Emballage en forme de sachet suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième bord (10) s'étend, à partir du premier bord (9), de manière divergente par rapport au joint de fermeture (7) et de manière convergente par rapport au côté longitudinal inférieur.
  5. Emballage en forme de sachet suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la découpe présente une forme triangulaire, en particulier une forme de triangle rectangle.
  6. Emballage en forme de sachet suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la découpe (8) est ôtée à l'emporte-pièce.
  7. Emballage en forme de sachet suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que deux zones de soudure latérales (12, 13), qui partent des petits côtés de la zone de fermeture rectangulaire (4), de préférence à la hauteur du joint de soudure (7) qui s'étend en direction longitudinale, sont prévues.
  8. Utilisation de l'emballage en forme de sachet suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, pour l'emballage sous vide d'aliments, en particulier de café.
  9. Utilisation suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le sachet représente l'enveloppe interne en forme de parallélépipède dans un paquet qui présente une enveloppe externe également réalisée en forme de parallélépipède.
