Abstract

The invention relates to a rotatable insertion coupling for connecting a suction hose having electric conductors to a suction cleaner housing, which coupling consists of a coupling bush (1), connected to the suction hose (2), and a coupling receiver provided on the suction cleaner housing, and by means of which coupling electric conductors provided in or on the suction hose (2) can be connected to a current circuit present in the suction cleaner housing, the electric conductors being laid in a conductor duct (3) provided on the coupling bush (1) and running parallel to the end of the coupling bush (1) connected to the suction hose (2). Eine solche Steckkupplung ist durch das DE-U-87 12 478 bekannt. Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe gelingt durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale. Beim Anbringen der den Saugschlauch an der Kupplungshülse sichernden Kappe wird der Leitungskanal durch den an der Kappe angeformten Abdeckschieber verschlossen. Damit entfällt ein gesonderter Montagevorgang für das Anbringen des Abdeckschiebers. Bei diesem Verschieben der Kappe 7 wird der Abdeckschieber 6 in an den Wänden des Leitungskanals 3 vorgesehene Nuten 8 eingeschoben. Dieser weitere Leitungskanal 11 ist durch eine an dem Träger 10 angeformte Abdecklasche 12 verschließbar. Beim Aufstecken des Trägers 10 auf das in die Kupplungsaufnahme aufsteckbare Rohrende 13 der Kupplungshülse 1 wird die Abdecklasche 12 mit ihren Seitenkanten 14 in Aufnahmevertiefungen 15 des weiteren Leitungskanals 11 eingeschoben. Claims (2)

Drehbare Steckkupplung für den Anschluß eines mit elektrischen Leitern versehenen Saugschlauches an ein Staubsaugergehäuse, welche Kupplung eine mit dem Saugschlauch (2) verbundene Kupplungshülse (1) aufweist, die in eine an dem Staubsaugergehäuse vorgesehenen Kupplungsaufnahme einsetzbar ist, durch welche Kupplung im oder am Saugschlauch (2) vorgesehene elektrische Leitungsadern mit einem im Staubsaugergehäuse vorhandenen Stromkreis verbindbar sind, wobei die Leitungsadern mit an der Kupplungshülse vorgesehenen Schleifringen (4) verbindende elektrische Leitungen (5) in einem an der Kupplungshülse (1) vorgesehenen, zu dem mit dem Saugschlauch (2) verbundenen Ende der Kupplungshülse (1) parallel verlaufenden Leitungskanal (3) verlegt sind, bei welcher Kupplung ferner eine Verdrehsicherung zwischen der Kupplungshülse (1) und dem angeschlossenen Saugschlauch vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Leitungskanal (3) an der Kupplungshülse (1) angeformt und durch einen mit einer am Saugschlauchende angeordneten Kappe (7) einstückig verbundenen Abdeckschieber (6) verschließbar ist.
