Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Hängedachrinnen durch, vorzugsweise intermittierendes, Biegeumformen von Blechstreifen.The invention relates to a method and a device for producing suspended roof gutters by, preferably intermittent, bending forming of sheet metal strips.
Zur Herstellung von Hängedachrinnen, Regenfallrohren oder ähnlichen Profilen aus endlosen Blechbändern bzw. -streifen sind Umformmaschinen bekannt. Dabei werden die Blechbänder bzw. -streifen in ihrer Längsrichtung von einem hin- und herbewegten Ziehschlitten, bei dessen Rückwärtsbewegung das Blechband bzw. der -streifen durch eine entsprechende Einrichtung festgehalten wird, in horizontaler Richtung über eine Umformvorrichtung hinweggezogen und dabei schrittweise umgeformt und schließlich in der gewünschten Form ausgestoßen (DE-PS 10 91 518, DE-PS 11 10 597, DE-PS 11 70 891). Derartige Umformmaschinen haben sich bei der Verarbeitung von ebenen Blechbändern bzw. -streifen zu Hängedachrinnen oder dergleichen Profilen im großen und ganzen bewährt, weil eine relativ genaue Umformung zu den gewünschten Profilen erreicht wird. Am Ende des Ausstoßes kann die jeweils gewünschte Länge des Profils, beispielsweise gemäß der DE-OS 26 29 559, durch eine automatische Trennvorrichtung abgelängt werden. Von Nachteil ist jedoch, daß die Blechbänder bzw. -streifen während der Umformung gekühlt und geschmiert werden müssen. Die dazu verwendeten Emulsionen führen zu Weißrostbildung auf der Oberfläche der fertigen Profile, falls nicht besondere Maßnahmen zu dessen Verhinderung getroffen werden. Bekannt ist auch, Blechbänder oder -streifen zwischen entsprechend profilierten Walzenpaaren zu Hängedachrinnen oder dergleichen Profilen biegeumzuformen. Dieses Verfahren ist mit einem vergleichsweise hohen Aufwand für die Umformwerkzeuge verbunden, da für jede Zuschnittbreite der Blechbänder bzw. -streifen besondere Umformwerkzeuge bereitgestellt werden müssen.Forming machines are known for producing hanging roof gutters, downpipes or similar profiles from endless sheet metal strips or strips. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht darin, daß die Längsränder jedes Blechstreifens zu Wulst und Wasserfalz und danach der Mittelteil des Blechstreifens durch Biegen zwischen einem Formstempel und Walzen zur Rinne geformt werden. Die Lagerböcke (4,4',5,5') und die Gabelträger (6,6',7,7') sind an zwei parallel zueinander gelagerten Trägern (11,11') befestigt, die in auf der Grundplatte (1) angebrachten Führungen (12,13) mittels auf der Rückseite der Träger (11,11') angreifender, auf der Grundplatte (1) befestigter Hydraulikzylinder (14,14',15,15') senkrecht zu ihren Längsachsen horizontal verschiebbar gelagert sind. In der Mitte über dem Zwischenraum (2) der Walzen (3,3') ist der an der Aufhängung (16) befestigte heb-/senkbare Formstempel (17) und darunter der heb-/senkbare Gegenhalter (19) angebracht. Auf der Grundplatte (1) befinden sich über den Trägern (11,11') verstellbare Anschläge (20,20') für die Anlage von Wulst (21) bzw. Am Ende der Abwärtsbewegung des Stempels (17) ragt der Wasserfalz (22) in die im oben liegenden Quadranten des Formstempels (17) angebrachte Ausnehmung (18) hinein. Nach Ablauf einer bestimmten Haltezeit werden die Walzen (3,3') auseinandergefahren, die Hängedachrinne (24) federt auf, der freigegebene Formstempel (17) fährt in die Ausgangsposition hoch und die mit dem Wasserfalz (22) in der Ausnehmung (18) hängende fertige Hängedachrinne (24) kann vom Formstempel (17) abgenommen werden.
