Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dichtprofil aus elastomerem Werkstoff, das mit Klemmrippen und Profilfüßen versehen ist, zum Abdichten der Fuge zwischen der Schienenradkranzseite und der niveaugleichen Schienenübergangsplatte (niveaugleiche Verkehrsführung).The invention relates to a sealing profile made of elastomeric material, which is provided with clamping ribs and profile feet, for sealing the joint between the rail wheel rim side and the level rail transition plate (level traffic routing).
Ein derartiges Dichtprofil führt zur Erhöhung der Unfallsicherheit von übergängen sowie Industrie- und Werkstattgleisen, insbesondere im Zweiradverkehr. Je nach Geschwindigkeit des Schienenverkehrs kann ein Dichtprofil eingesetzt werden, das im Radkranzbereich eine offene oder geschlossene Spurrille aufweist.Such a sealing profile leads to an increase in the accident safety of crossings and industrial and workshop tracks, especially in two-wheeled traffic. Aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 8 520 560 ist ein Dichtprofil bekannt, das im wesentlichen die gesamte Fuge ausfüllt, wobei sich zwischen den beiden Füßen die Schienenbefestigung befindet. Dabei ist der schienenzugewandte Profilfuß kürzer als der äußere Profilfuß. Trotz einfacher Montage dieses Dichtprofils und leichter Zugänglichkeit zu der Schienenbefestigung nach Ausbau des Profiles sowie der Tatsache, daß kein Zuschnitt vor Ort notwendig ist, schlägt sich der Verschleiß des Dichtprofils (insbesondere in dessen Kopfbereich) bei Schwerlastverkehr und hoher Geschwindigkeit des Schienenverkehrs besonders nachteilig nieder, was dann zum Austausch des gesamten Profilkörpers führt, was wiederum unwirtschaftlich ist.A sealing profile is known from German utility model 8 520 560, which essentially fills the entire joint, the rail fastening being located between the two feet. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein Dichtprofil bereitzustellen, das zum einen für den Schwerlastverkehr geeignet ist. Zum anderen soll bei nicht ganz zu verhindernder Verschleißanfälligkeit durch den Radkranz ein eventuell notwendiger Austausch des Dichtprofils lediglich im Oberflächenbereich der abzudichtenden Fuge erfolgen, wobei gleichzeitig die Zugänglichkeit zu den Schienenbefestigungen gewährleistet sein muß. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch das Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 (Merkmalsgruppen a, b).The object of the invention is therefore to provide a sealing profile which is suitable on the one hand for heavy goods traffic. Der zwischen den Profilfüßen in Schienenlängsrichtung durchgehend verlaufende Festigkeitsträger, dessen durchschnittliche Mindeststärke zweckmäßigerweise 40 mm beträgt, führt in Verbindung mit dem Füllprofil, auf dem dieser Festigkeitsträger aufsitzt, zu einer tragfähigen Gesamtkonstruktion bei Schwerlastverkehr. Der Festigkeitsträger besteht dabei aus Stahl oder biegesteifem Kunststoff, wobei zweckmäßigerweise ein Rohr mit einer Mindestwandstärke von 2 mm eingesetzt wird. Dabei sollte die maximale Tiefe der Nut ≦ die Hälfte der Festigkeitsträgerstärke (bzw. des Außendurchmessers des Rohres) betragen. Ferner sollte das Füllprofil beidseitig Erhebungen aufweisen, wobei zwischen diesen Erhebungen und dem Festigkeitsträger (bzw. dem Rohr) die Profilfüße eingeklemmt sind. Durch diese Gesamtmaßnahmen ist eine stabile Verankerung des Dichtprofils gewährleistet, ohne daß die leichte Austauschbarkeit beeinträchtigt wird.The filler profile has, in particular, a groove in which the reinforcement (or the tube) is seated with simultaneous anchoring. Das Dichtprofil wie auch das Füllprofil besteht aus einer Kautschukmischung auf Basis Styrol-Butadien-Kautschuk (SBR), Polychloropren (CR), Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Mischpolymerisat (EPDM), Nitrilkautschuk (NBR), Silikonkautschuk oder anderen quell-, witterungs- und chemikalienbeständigen Kautschuktypen. Die folgende Tabelle vermittelt nun einige zweckmäßige Daten für das Dicht- und Füllprofil, wobei für das Füllprofil hinsichtlich i) die entsprechenden Werte des Dichtprofils zugrundegelegt werden können.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf schematische Zeichnungen (Fig. 1, 2) erläutert. Die einzelnen Teile im Bereich A der abzudichtenden Fuge sind:
