Definitions
- the invention relates to a metering memory according to the preamble of the main claim.
- the volume of the storage container is formed by the measuring cup part of a bottle cap.
- the outer surface of this cap has a second thread at the head end. This corresponds to the thread on the opposite opening edge and allows a lid to be held in front of the head surface in parallel, which can be unscrewed from the bottle cap, and then screwed in front of the mouth of the bottle cap, so that a dosing reservoir for receiving and dispensing from the bottle cap a laundry treatment liquid is formed.
- the interior Before screwing on the lid in the area of the mouth edge, the interior must be filled with the laundry treatment liquid.
- the laundry treatment liquid which is a liquid detergent, for example, emerges from the media exchange holes during the tumbling movement of the laundry in the rotating washing machine drum and, on the other hand, wash water in turn enters through the holes, so that constant cycle a rinsing of the storage tank takes place.
- the handling that you first fill the liquid in order to then screw the lid onto the thread on the muzzle edge is disadvantageous. It is also disadvantageous that the storage container has the thread forming the socket on the outer lateral surface that constantly rolls during the work cycle in the laundry. This makes the entire dosing reservoir relatively unfriendly to laundry.
- the outer surface must also have outward-pointing ring flange sections because of its shape as a sealing cap.
- the flat shape of the known lid advantageously increases the stacking height of the correspondingly designed bottles little; but it also contributes practically nothing to increase the stack stability, which is not insignificant when pallets of such bottles are transported in several levels one above the other.
- the laundry treatment liquid bottle must remain open when using the dosing reservoir.
- the object of the present invention is to design a generic metering store in such a way that not only the use of the metering store is improved, but also the possible uses are expanded by a specific assignment of the cover, while at the same time achieving packaging and storage technology advantages. This is achieved by the measure specified in the indicator of the main claim.
- the subclaims represent advantageous developments.
- a metering store for receiving and dispensing a laundry treatment liquid in a washing machine or the like is realized, which is very easy to wash, the stack height is only small, but the stack stability is increased considerably and nevertheless allows the bottle to be closed for the period of use of the store.
- the faces are set back from the rolling surfaces.
- the large opening cross section, stabilized by the collar, enables the cover to be slipped on completely and, as a result, the cap to practically disappear into the storage container. This results in a considerable advantage in terms of packaging, delivery technology and storage technology in that the large free filling opening can be used to place the dosing container - also practically blindly - over the bottle cap of the laundry treatment liquid bottle.
- the dosing reservoir is optimally supported at a stable place on the bottle cap. This further promotes stackability, for example on pallets arranged on several levels.
- This stabilization by the cover is further optimized if the cover has a profile that deviates from the plane extension. This compensates for the flexural strength of the lid more than it is weakened by a large number of media exchange holes. The lid can even be placed in front of the large filling opening when filling. You fill through the lid. Optimal profiling in this respect is obtained if the cover has a central dome with a groove running around it.
- the laundry treatment liquid for example liquid detergent, flows laminarly from the dome and then runs through the openings into the storage container. An optimal ratio between air outlet through the media exchange holes and liquid inlet through the remaining cross sections can be achieved.
- the dosing reservoir is not easily removable from the bottle closure cap nor can the bottle closure cap plus dosing reservoir be rotated to unscrew the bottle closure cap because the dosing reservoir on the bottle closure cap then turns empty.
- the inner ring edge of the cover brings a further increase in stability and simply enables a very smooth outer surface.
- the dosing reservoir has the cylindrical storage container 1.
- This consists of a suitable plastic material with a correspondingly high temperature resistance (in any case approx. 100 ° Celsius).
- This can preferably be transparent in order to enable a fill level control.
- there may also be calibration marks on the lateral surface.
- the metering reservoir 1 has the closed bottom surface 2 and the lid 3.
- the lid 3 is clipped onto a collar 4 and extends in this position in front of the filler opening 5. It has the media exchange holes 6 of a suitable size and number / distribution, each after laundry treatment liquid and / or laundry treatment machine to bring about the suitably rapid discharge of the container contents or also exchange with incoming wash liquor.
- the latching of the cover 3, which is also made of plastic, on the collar 4 is realized by the retaining ribs 4 ', which are gripped by projections 7 on the inner pot wall of the pot-shaped cover 3.
- the ribs 4 ' are arranged at an angle.
- the cover 3 can be assigned to the storage container 1 in a second position in front of the filling opening 5.
- the storage container 1 has the further design in the form of a collar 8 with the retaining ribs 8 '. These are also designed and arranged like the inclined ribs 4 ', so that there is a same assignment movement valid for both cover positions.
- the filler opening is completely open. Nevertheless, the lid 3 is fixed to the storage container 1 and cannot be lost, but can be removed.
- the completely open filler opening has the advantage, among other things, that the entire metering reservoir can be placed over a bottle cap K to save space.
- the collar 4 is supported on the cross-sectional tapering step 9 of the cap K.
- the dome D of the bottle cap which is generally intended as a measuring cup in the usual caps of this type, disappears completely inside the dosing reservoir 1.
- the top surface 10 of this dome lies at a distance x from the bottom surface 2 of the storage container 1 approximately on the plane E, where the collar 8 starts.
- the dosing reservoir lid 3 ' shows an advantageous in this respect, but in addition also optimal for the use of the dosing reservoir lid 3 '.
- This has a profile deviating from its plane extent such that a central dome 11, arched outwards, is present, which is surrounded by a circumferential annular groove 12.
- the media exchange holes 6' are provided, preferably as a ring-shaped row of holes. This brings a lid, which in addition to the stability-enhancing surface profiling also has the advantage of always large-area distribution of the outflowing contents and also a filling reservoir, formed by the channel 12. Also, there is no risk of covering the holes 6 'by the laundry items.
- the radial inward offset of the collars 4 and 8 avoids sharp edges and an overly exposed edge of the lid-pot edge.
- the shell jacket wall of the lid further reduces the outer gradation resulting from the radial offset.
- 9 and 10 show a solution optimized in the relationship. The result is a completely smooth jacket wall.
- the lid with the ring wall R is put on.
- the transition area U and its dimensioning for the channel 12 provide a stable corrugated shape.
- the dome 11 ' is only slightly below the plane of the apex line 3 ⁇ of the area U.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Dosierspeicher gemäß Gattungsbegriff des Hauptanspruches. The invention relates to a metering memory according to the preamble of the main claim.
In the known solutions of this type (EP-OS 230 079) the volume of the storage container is formed by the measuring cup part of a bottle cap. The outer surface of this cap has a second thread at the head end. Before screwing on the lid in the area of the mouth edge, the interior must be filled with the laundry treatment liquid. The smaller holes that remain after unscrewing the cover serve for media exchange during the working cycle: the laundry treatment liquid, which is a liquid detergent, for example, emerges from the media exchange holes during the tumbling movement of the laundry in the rotating washing machine drum and, on the other hand, wash water in turn enters through the holes, so that constant cycle a rinsing of the storage tank takes place. The handling that you first fill the liquid in order to then screw the lid onto the thread on the muzzle edge is disadvantageous. It is also disadvantageous that the storage container has the thread forming the socket on the outer lateral surface that constantly rolls during the work cycle in the laundry. This makes the entire dosing reservoir relatively unfriendly to laundry. This is further increased by the fact that the outer surface must also have outward-pointing ring flange sections because of its shape as a sealing cap. The flat shape of the known lid advantageously increases the stacking height of the correspondingly designed bottles little; but it also contributes practically nothing to increase the stack stability, which is not insignificant when pallets of such bottles are transported in several levels one above the other. Finally, there is the disadvantage that the laundry treatment liquid bottle must remain open when using the dosing reservoir.
To avoid the latter disadvantage, it is known (EP-OS 201 376) to design the dosing container as an independent component which is independent of the closure cap and which can be placed on the closure cap. The solutions in this respect have the advantage that the dosing reservoir can be lifted off the cap and used without the bottle having to remain open during the entire period of use. However, the corresponding solutions significantly increase the stack height of the bottle plus the dosing reservoir. They also reduce stack stability.
The object of the present invention is to design a generic metering store in such a way that not only the use of the metering store is improved, but also the possible uses are expanded by a specific assignment of the cover, while at the same time achieving packaging and storage technology advantages. This is achieved by the measure specified in the indicator of the main claim. The subclaims represent advantageous developments.
As a result of this configuration, a metering store for receiving and dispensing a laundry treatment liquid in a washing machine or the like is realized, which is very easy to wash, the stack height is only small, but the stack stability is increased considerably and nevertheless allows the bottle to be closed for the period of use of the store. The faces are set back from the rolling surfaces. The large opening cross section, stabilized by the collar, enables the cover to be slipped on completely and, as a result, the cap to practically disappear into the storage container. This results in a considerable advantage in terms of packaging, delivery technology and storage technology in that the large free filling opening can be used to place the dosing container - also practically blindly - over the bottle cap of the laundry treatment liquid bottle. In this form there is an allocation of the dosing reservoir to the bottle, which increases the height of the entire sales / storage unit consisting of the bottle and dosing reservoir only insignificantly. The dosing reservoir is optimally supported at a stable place on the bottle cap. This further promotes stackability, for example on pallets arranged on several levels. This stabilization by the cover is further optimized if the cover has a profile that deviates from the plane extension. This compensates for the flexural strength of the lid more than it is weakened by a large number of media exchange holes. The lid can even be placed in front of the large filling opening when filling. You fill through the lid. Optimal profiling in this respect is obtained if the cover has a central dome with a groove running around it. This also has still advantages in the delivery of the content via a forced area distribution of the laundry treatment liquid. This increases their effectiveness. The laundry treatment liquid, for example liquid detergent, flows laminarly from the dome and then runs through the openings into the storage container. An optimal ratio between air outlet through the media exchange holes and liquid inlet through the remaining cross sections can be achieved. Depending on the extent of the disappearance of the bottle cap in the storage container, a sufficient covering of the entire bottle cap and, for example, a tied under-grip connection between the two parts may result in the rotatability of the dosing container on the bottle cap serving as a kind of child lock or tamper-evident closure; the dosing reservoir is not easily removable from the bottle closure cap nor can the bottle closure cap plus dosing reservoir be rotated to unscrew the bottle closure cap because the dosing reservoir on the bottle closure cap then turns empty. The inner ring edge of the cover brings a further increase in stability and simply enables a very smooth outer surface.

The dosing reservoir has the
The
In addition to this position, the
In the position in which the
Auch entfällt die Gefahr einer Abdeckung der Löcher 6′ durch die Wäschestücke.6 to 8 show an advantageous in this respect, but in addition also optimal for the use of the dosing reservoir lid 3 '. This has a profile deviating from its plane extent such that a
The radial inward offset of the
All the new features mentioned in the description and shown in the drawing are essential to the invention, even if they are not expressly claimed in the claims.
