Claims (18)
- Estampe de pressage (21, 22, 31, 32, 41, 42) comportant un côté antérieur présentant de multiples nervures saillantes parallèles (A, AA, B) placées à distance les unes des autres et pouvant s'introduire dans les intervalles séparant les nervures d'une estampe de pressage du même type coopérant avec elle, ladite estampe de pressage comportant un dos (20) qui est destiné à son montage dans un organe de support (11, 12) d'un dispositif de pressage, chaque estampe de pressage comportant sur les nervures des bords d'attaque (20, 40') qui sont inclinés dans deux sens opposés, caractérisée en ce que chaque nervure est formée d'un élément autonome en forme de plaque (A, AA, B) qui est délimité à une extrémité par un bord extrême (20', 25) formant une partie du dos mentionné (200) et, à l'extrémité opposée, par un bord extrême (20') formant ledit bord d'attaque et incliné obliquement sur le premier bord extrême mentionné, tous les éléments en forme de plaque étant solidarisés les uns avec les autres.
- Estampe de pressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments individuels de plaque sont placés à une distance mutuelle supérieure à celle qui correspond à leur épaisseur (t).
- Estampe de pressage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que tous les éléments de plaque ont la même épaisseur (t) et au moins une entretoise (D), dont l'épaisseur est beaucoup plus faible, est reliée à un élément de plaque sur deux.
- Estampe de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins certains des éléments de plaque (B) et éventuellement aussi certaines des entretoises (D') comportent du côté tourné à l'opposé de celui du bord d'attaque un saillant médian (30, 30') comportant un bord extrême (K) et formant une avancée (30A) avec des saillants correspondants d'autres plaques ou éléments de l'estampe assemblée.
- Estampe de pressage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un trou (30B, 53, 53') disposé dans l'avancée (30A, 50A) est destiné à un organe de boulonnage (11a, 12a) a l'aide duquel l'estampe de pressage peut se fixer dans un organe de support (11, 12).
- Estampe de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il consiste en alternance en éléments de plaque (E, F) dont le bord antérieur comporte une entaille en V et en éléments de plaque qui forment une pointe congruente en V et qui sont plus épais que les premiers mentionnés.
- Estampe de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que deux bords d'attaque voisins d'une mâchoire inscrivent un angle (α, α') qui est inférieur à 90° jusqu'à un ordre de grandeur de 20°.
- Estampe de pressage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les entretoises (D) ont une forme congruente de celle des deux éléments voisins de plaque.
- Estampe de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les différentes pièces d'une mâchoire sont reliée par au moins un rivet ou un tenon (23, 33).
- Estampe de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les pièces individuelles d'une mâchoire sont reliées par soudage (Z).
- Estampe de pressage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un élément extérieur de plaque comporte au moins une partie saillante (130, 130') dont le bord extrême (K') est arrondi, de manière qu'il en résulte une avancée (130A, 130A') comprenant au moins un angle arrondi (G, G'').
- Estampe de pressage selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce qu'à une extrémité, plusieurs éléments de plaque, et à l'extrémité opposée, aucun élément de plaque comporte une partie saillante dont le bord extrême est arrondi, de manière qu'il en résulte une avancée (130A) comprenant un angle fortement arrondi (G) et un angle vif (G').
- Estampe de pressage selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de plaque qui se raccordent aux éléments de plaque ayant une partie saillante dont le bord extrême est arrondi (K') présentent un bord extrême oblique (K'') et une hauteur qui croît d'une élément de plaque au suivant, de manière qu'il en résulte une avancée (130A) dont la hauteur (H) croît progressivement.
- Estampe de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 ou 6 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de plaque sont fixement rapportés, par exemple soudés par leurs bords extrêmes à un bloc commun de support (30B, 30B') qui forme une avancée.
- Estampe de pressage selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de support (30B, 30B') est arrondi au moins sur un angle (G, G'').
- Estampe de pressage selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de support (30B) comporte à la suite d'un angle arrondi (G) une hauteur (H') qui croît jusqu'à l'autre angle (G').
- Estampe de pressage selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de support (30B) comporte à une extrémité un angle fortement arrondi (G) et, à l'extrémité opposée, un angle vif (G').
- Estampe de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14-17, caractérisée en ce qu un trou transversal (153', 153'') destiné à un boulon de fixation est réalisé transversalement dans le bloc de support (30B, 30B').
