Abstract
Description
Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf einen elektrischen Kochherd mit mehreren Kochplatten, von denen zumindest eine auf erhöhte Heizleistung umschaltbar ist, insbesondere mit Glaskeramikkochfeldern.The innovation relates to an electric cooker with several hot plates, at least one of which can be switched over to increased heating output, in particular with glass ceramic cooktops.
Die Energiezufuhr zu den Kochplatten elektrischer Kochherde erfolgt üblicherweise getaktet, d. h. intervallweise. Dabei wird die Kochplatte mit einer konstanten Taktfrequenz angesteuert, wobei das Impulspausenverhältnis jedes Energieimpulses, abhängig von der Einstellung des Kochstellenreglers, verändert wird. Bei kleinen Leistungen ist innerhalb einer Impulsperiode die Impulszeit klein, hingegen die Impulspause groß, bei großen Leistungen dagegen die Impulszeit lang und die Impulspause kurz. Die Bestimmungen des VDE zum Betrieb derartiger Geräte schreiben zur Vermeidung zu starker Störungen im Netz und umliegender Funkempfangsanlagen vor, daß die Taktfrequenz bei einer zugeführten Leistung von 2000 Watt im 220V-Netz nicht größer als 0,04167 Hz sein darf, bei noch höheren Leistungen von z. B. 2500 Watt sogar nur noch maximal 0,025 Hz.The energy supply to the hot plates of electric cookers is usually clocked, i. H. at intervals. Bei Kochfeldern ist heute vorgesehen, daß über den normalen Kochbetrieb hinaus, welcher mit maximal 2000 Watt Heizleistung durchgeführt wird, eine sogenannte Bräterstufe eingeschaltet werden kann, bei welcher eine Heizleistung von konstant 2500 Watt zugeführt werden kann. Für derartige Einrichtungen schlägt die Neuerung vor, daß ein Umschalter vorgesehen ist, der zur Umschaltung einer Kochplatte auf erhöhte Heizleistung dient und der gleichzeitig in der Steuerschaltung die Taktfrequenz auf einen niedrigeren Wert umschaltet. Damit ist es möglich, auch im Bereich unterhalb der maximalen Heizleistung von 2000 Watt und der dabei möglichen Taktfrequenz von höchstens 0,04167 bei niedrigeren Heizleistungen mit einer höheren Taktfrequenz entsprechend den vom VDE zugelassenen Werten zu arbeiten. In einem elektrischen Kochherd 1 sind 4 Kochplatten 2, 3, 4 und 5 vorgesehen, welche von Kochstellenreglern 6 - 9 in ihrer Heizleistung geregelt werden können. Ein Umschalter 10 dient zur Umschaltung der Kochplatte 2 auf eine erhöhte Heizleistung von 2500 Watt.In an electric cooker 1 4
In Figur 2 ist die elektrische Steuerschaltung mit 11 bezeichnet, welche einen Mikroprozessor 12 enthält, an dessen Steuereingängen sowohl der Umschalter 10 als auch die Kochstellenregler 6 - 9 liegen. Diese Kochstellenregler sind schematisch als in mehrere Stellungen verstellbare Schalter dargestellt. An den Ausgängen des Mikroprozessors werden die Steuersignale für die Ansteuerung der Kochplatten abgenommen. Am obersten Ausgang des Mikroprozessors 12 ist stellvertretend für die anderen Ausgänge ein Relais 13 dargestellt, welches unter Ansteuerung der Taktsignale des Mikroprozessors die Heizleistung für die Kochplatte 2 steuert. An dem entsprechenden Ausgang des Mikroprozessors wird entweder eine Frequenz f₁ für Heizleistungen bis 2000 Watt oder eine Frequenz f₂ für eine Heizleistung von 2500 Watt abgegeben. An den übrigen Ausgängen des Mikroprozessors können für die übrigen Kochplatten konstante Frequenzen f₁ abgegeben werden, soweit diese Kochplatten in üblicher Weise betrieben werden sollen. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, im Bereich von Heizleistungen unter 2000 Watt die Taktfrequenz stufenweise zugeordnet den entsprechenden Heizleistungen zu erhöhen und jede Kochplatte individuell zur eingestellten Heizleistung mit unterschiedlicher Frequenz zu takten. Auf diese Weise erhält man innerhalb der vorgeschriebenen höchstzulässigen Taktfrequenzen eine möglichst gleichmäßige Beheizung der Kochplatten.In FIG. 2, the electrical control circuit is designated 11, which contains a
