Abstract

The invention relates to a safe lock for two-bit keys, with a bolt guided on the lock bottom and with a tumbler assembly mounted on the bolt, the bolt (1) having a long hole for the turn pin, a long hole for the tumbler bearing spindle and a recess (1a) for the key drive bit. The danger of such locks is that intruders attempt to knock the bolt back with a spike through the keyhole. The object of the invention is, by constructive measures, to increase the safety against manipulation and to prevent the lock from being broken open. This is achieved in that the lock bolt (1) has a rectangular depression (1b), in that a tough protective plate (3) is mounted displaceably in this depression, and in that this plate has a keyhole (3b) and a circular orifice, through which engages the tumbler bearing spindle fixed to the case. <IMAGE>

Bei derartigen Schlössern besteht eine gewisse Gefahr, daß ein Einbrecher einen Dorn durch das Schlüsselloch und die Zuhaltungsöffnungen hindurch bis zum Riegel führt und durch Hammerschläge versucht, den Riegel unter Deformation des Tourstiftes und der Zuhaltungen zurück zu schlagen. Um eine Kraftkomponente in Richtung des Riegelweges aufbringen zu können, muß er versuchen, den Dorn oder Durchschläger schräg anzusetzen und den Rand der Schlüsselsteuerkurve im Riegel zu treffen.
