Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Gestell mit Tragelementen gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Tragelemente dieser Art sind beispielsweise bekannt aus der schweizerischen Patentschrift Nr. 560350. Ähnliche Tragelemente sind auch in der deutschen Auslegeschrift Nr. 2236086 beschrieben. In dieser sind auch Mittel zur Verbindung der Tragelemente angegeben. Diese Mittel sind relativ umständlich zu handhaben und verleihen dem gesamten Aufbau ein in ästhetischer Hinsicht wenig ansprechendes Aussehen.The present invention relates to a frame with supporting elements according to the preamble of

In Fig. 1 sind mit 1 drei gleiche Tragelemente bezeichnet, welche über ein Knotenelement 2 jeweils im rechten Winkel miteinander verbunden sind. Ein Tragelement 1 ist in Fig. 2 nochmals für sich dargestellt. Die Tragelemente bestehen im wesentlichen aus einer zylindrischen Drahtwendel 1.1, welche durch langgestreckte Versteifungsdrähte 1.2 bzw. Paare von Versteifungsdrähten 1.2 (Fig. 1) versteift ist. An den gegenseitigen Berührungspunkten, wie beispielsweise beim Berührungspunkt 1.4 (Fig. 2) sind die Drahtwendel und die Versteifungsdrähte fest miteinander verbunden, wobei die Verbindung vorzugsweise eine Schweiss- bzw. Punktschweissverbindung ist. Abgeschlossen werden die Tragelemente jeweils beidseitig durch Abschlussringe, welche mit 1.3 bezeichnet sind. Die sechs Ringe 2.1 sind an ihren gegenseitigen Berührungspunkten, wie beispielsweise am Punkt 2.2, miteinander fest verbunden, vorzugsweise wieder durch eine Schweissverbindung. Spannschrauben vorgesehen sind. Fig. 5 zeigt schliesslich noch ein in den Spannring 3 von Fig. 3 bzw. 4 einsetzbares Abschlusselement 4. In Aufsicht weist dieses die Form und die Grösse des in Fig. 3 mit 3.6 bezeichneten freien Innenraumes des Spannringes 3 auf und ist insofern in diesen einsetzbar. Bei Verdrehen des Abschlusselementes nach dessen Einsetzen in den genannten Innenraum 3.6 greifen die beiden Stege 3.3 und 3.4 des Spannringes in entsprechende Ausnehmungen 4.1 und 4.2 am Umfang des Abschlusselementes ein, wodurch dieses im Spannring eingeklemmt wird. Es können zusätzlich noch in den Zeichnungen nicht dargestellte Rastnocken vorgesehen sein, um das Abschlusselement in der verdrehten Stellung zu sichern. Mit 4.3 ist noch eine im Abschlusselement vorgesehene Bohrung bezeichnet, welche beispielsweise zur Aufnahme einer Schraube dienen kann, wenn das erfindungsgemässe Gestell irgendwo angeschraubt werden soll.Finally, FIG. 5 shows an
