Description
1. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Herdblende enthaltend ein Rahmenteil als Träger für Bedienungsbaugruppen in einem Herd, wobei diese als Module ausgebildet sind.1. Die Entwicklungslinien bei der Gestaltung der Herdblenden gehen dahin, zum einen die Baugruppen wie Kochstellenregler, Anzeigen für Kochstellenregler, Temperaturanzeigen sowie Schaltuhr in ihren Ausmaßen zu standardisieren und soweit wie möglich auch zu modularisieren. Andererseits soll dem Herdhersteller möglichst viel Freiheit bei der Gestaltung des Designs der Herdblende bleiben, damit er nicht durch festgelegte Baugruppenabmaße in der Gestaltung eingeengt wird. Für den Hersteller der Baugruppen, welcher oftmals auch das Rahmenteil als Träger für die Baugruppen liefert, besteht das Problem, für jedes Herdmodell mit unterschiedlicher Herdblende auch unterschiedliche Rahmenteile vorrätig halten zu müssen.The lines of development in the design of the stove tops go, on the one hand, to standardize the components such as hob controls, indicators for hob controls, temperature indicators and time switches and to modularize them as far as possible. In einem solchen Falle ist es möglich, beispielsweise die Anzeigeelemente des Herdes auf der oberen Ebene anzuordnen und diese gegenüber der unteren Ebene zum Betrachter hin zu neigen um die Ablesbarkeit zu verbessern. Als Befestigungselemente für die Module in den Profilschienen können in die letztere einbiegbaren Nasen oder im Bereich der Profilschienen angeordnete Teile für einen Bajonettverschluß dienen. Diese Befestigungselemente können vorzugsweise in einem kleinen Rastermaß an oder in den Profilschienen angeordnet sein. Im Sinne der Erfindung ist es besonders vorteilhaft, wenn diese Befestigungselemente jeweils nur an den äußeren Enden einer Reihe nebeneinander liegender Module benutzt werden. In Fig. 1 ist eine Herdblende 1 dargestellt, welche mit Befestigungsblechen 2 versehen ist, die zur Anbringung der Herdblende in einem Herd dienen. Diese Herdblende 1 trägt Führungsnasen 3 und 4 welche Profilschienen 5 und 6 bilden. In diesen ist ein Modul 7 vermittels Führungselementen 8 und 9 verschiebbar. Dieser Modul 7 kann ein Kochstellenregler, eine Anzeige für einen Kochstellenregler, eine Temperaturanzeige oder auch eine Schaltuhr sein. Im dargestellten Beispiel stellt der Modul 7 einen Kochstellenregler dar, welcher eine Betätigungsachse 10 aufweist, die nach vorn aus der Herdblende 1 herausragt. An der Rückseite des Moduls 7 ist eine Leiterplatte 11 angeordnet, auf welcher sich die Steuerelektronik für den Modul befindet. Vor der Herdblende 1 befindet sich ein Abdeckglas 12, welches sich in einem Stück über die ganze Herdblende erstreckt und in Führungen 13 und 14 gehalten ist. Im Bereich der Schaltachse 10 weist das Glas 12 eine Öffnung auf. In üblicher Weise ist dieses Glas entsprechend den Designwünschen des Herdherstellers ausgestaltet und an den gewünschten Stellen undurchsichtig gehalten.In Fig. 1, a stove top 1 is shown, which is provided with
In Fig. 2 ist die Herdblende 21 mit zwei Einschubmöglichkeiten ausgebildet. Die obere Einschubmöglichkeit für Module entspricht jener der Fig. 1. In diesen Profilschienen 22 und 23 ist eine Herdschaltuhr 26 verschiebbar gehalten. In Fig. 4 ist eine Profilblende 1 in schematisierter Form von vorn dargestellt. In ihr sind zwei Kochstellenreglermodule 7 sowie eine Herdschaltuhr 26 eingeschoben. Zwischen den Kochstellenregler 7 und die Herdschaltuhr ist ein Blindmodul 41 eingefügt, welcher in seinen Breitenabmessungen dem gewünschten Abstand zwischen Kochstellenreglern und Herdschaltuhr angepaßt ist. Die Befestigung dieser Module in den beiden Profilschienen der Herdblende 1 erfolgt durch schematisch dargestellte Nasen 42, welche sich neben vielen anderen mit kleinen Abstand in den Profilschienen befinden und am gewünschten Ort aus der Profilschiene herausgebogen werden. In Fig. 4 ist das Glas 12 nicht dargestellt.
