Description

The invention relates to a hearing aid, consisting of a receiver housing part intended for recording in the auditory canal of the ear and a microphone housing part assigned to the pinna, and a unit for volume control which is in particular accessible for manual actuation and integrated in the housing.

Such in-ear devices are known and are widely used in practice. In addition to the best possible technical function, the aim of such devices is above all a small construction which allows the hearing aid to be worn largely inconspicuously.

The object of the invention is to design a hearing aid of the type specified in such a way that it can be individually adapted to the respective user without impairing the technical function, and a high level of comfort is ensured while ensuring particularly good ventilation of the ear.

This object is essentially achieved in that the microphone housing part is designed as an individually adaptable plastic concha clip and the microphone is arranged in the end region of the plastic housing facing away from the receiver housing part.

This plastic clip allows an individual adaptation to the concha bow, the amplifier in the area of the antitragus preferably being integrated into the plastic clip and a sensor control preferably used for volume control, the actuating pins of which are in the anthelix area. The end region of the plastic clip containing the microphone is arranged in the upper part of the ear in the cymbal fold.

The receiver housing part preferably has a detachable ear canal section containing the receiver, which is essentially cylindrical and has a dome-shaped end provided with an opening. This auditory canal section is screwed to the connecting section designed as a battery receiving space for the plastic clip, so that there is a total of two-part, capsule-shaped element which is both easy to install and allows a problem-free replacement of the battery consisting of a button cell, since all that needs to be done is to open an easily accessible snap cover .

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the sleeve assigned to the auditory canal is bent in order to achieve the best possible adaptation to the anatomy of the ear.

Further advantageous refinements and features of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

The hearing aid shown in FIG. 1 consists of a microphone housing part 1 and a handset housing part 2, the transition region being in the form of a connecting section 11, which is located at the entrance of the auditory canal after the user has put the hearing aid on.

The microphone housing part 1 is designed as a plastic clip that is individually adapted to the respective concha bow of the user. In this plastic clip 1, a microphone 3, an amplifier and a unit 4 for volume control are integrated, the actuation of this unit 4 for volume control preferably taking place via two easily operable sensor pins.

Fig. 2 shows the arrangement of the hearing aid 1 in one ear and, above all, reveals that due to the design of the microphone housing part 1 in the form of a plastic clip, a very individual adaptation to the circumstances prevailing in each case on the wearer of the hearing aid is possible, and thereby the visible areas of the Device are minimized.

The plastic clip 1 adapted to the concha bow contains the amplifier in the area of the antitragus, and the microphone 3 is arranged in the cymbal fold in the upper part of the ear. The unit 4 for volume control has a sensor control, the actuating pins of which are in the anthelix range. In the area of the entrance to the auditory canal, the connecting section 11 is provided with bow-shaped support elements 5 hen, and between these support elements 5, a snap cover 12 is accessible, behind which the battery is located.

As already shown in FIG. 4, the housing section containing the battery receiving space 9 is in turn held in the connecting section 11. In the battery receiving space 9 there is a battery spring 21 assigned to the positive battery connection and a weaker battery spring 22 assigned to the negative battery connection and located within the spring 21.

The receiver 10 is arranged with the associated receiver leaf spring 23 and receiver rod spring 24 as well as the spring element 14 consisting of a silicone tube part in a cylindrical housing section, and between this cylindrical housing section and the housing section containing the battery receptacle 9, an angle piece 18 with an integrated connection board 16 is provided, which is optimal Adaptation to the anatomy of the ear guaranteed. This sleeve-shaped angle piece 18 can be screwed to the housing parts to be connected on both sides.

The tubular element 19 is connected to the connecting section 11 and the molded housing part 20 so that the necessary electrical lines can be carried out. In addition to the microphone, the further required electrical or electronic components and the associated actuators are accommodated in the molded housing part 20, with one arrangement These organs and elements are possible in the smallest space and the molded housing part can be designed in such a way that an additional adaptation to anatomical conditions is possible either by deforming or encasing partial areas.
