Abstract

A guide device contains a first guide strip (20) arranged after the point (4) at which the web of material (16) is produced with a first guide edge (24) and a second guide strip (28) with a second guide edge (30). The guide strips (20, 28) overlap in such a way that the web of material is guided at least approximately in an S shape. To enhance the guiding characteristics and to improve the adaptability of the guide device to the method of manufacture and the type of web, the guide edge (30) of the second guide strip (28) is designed as a round bar (32).

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Führungsvorrichtung gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a guide device according to the preamble of claim 1.

A guide device of the type mentioned at the outset is known, for example, from US Pat. No. 3,621,886. A second guide bar is formed by a flat body, the front edge of which forms the guide edge and engages under a first guide bar. The web is S-shaped over the guide rails. Although it is possible to move the web in both directions with this guide device, this device offers considerable resistance due to the rigid guide strips and the corresponding guide edges of the web. In particular, this guide device does not make it possible to adjust it to different types and qualities of the web.

Furthermore, guide devices from AT-A-275 437 and CH-A-562 358 (corresponds to US-A-3 961 650) are known, which are designed as clamping bar spreaders. As guide elements they have an approximately cylindrical recess which contains a slot with an inlet and an outlet edge. A clamping rod is arranged in the recess and is provided with a right-hand thread on one half and a left-hand thread on the other half. The material web is guided around this clamping bar. The material web leaving the clamping bar spreader is pulled off by means of a driven goods take-off roller, as a result of which a force is exerted on the clamping bar in the recess, which pulls the clamping rod against the slot of the recess and presses it on, so that a further movement of the web is prevented. Only when a weft thread strikes the stop edge is the woven web advanced and relieves the pressure on one side of the clamping rod, which means that the web can be retightened using the fabric take-off roller. On the clamping bar, the web of material is stretched in the direction of the sides, that is to say in the width, because of the opposing threads, so that a width jump of the woven goods is initially prevented. This guide device, designed as a clamping bar spreader, acts practically like a ratchet, which only allows the material web to pass in one direction and blocks it in the other. It is disadvantageous, however, that the clamping action of the clamping rod in the recess exposes the web to a high level of stress which adversely affects the quality of the web. Furthermore, the weft thread has to be struck with considerable force in order to introduce the web into the recess via the leading edge by loosening the clamping rod. The device is also very susceptible to dust, since the dust inside the recess can practically not be removed and has a disadvantageous effect on the clamping action of the clamping rod. In addition, the clamping bar is difficult to access. It is also difficult to adjust the clamp bar spreader.

The object of the invention is to design a guide device of the type mentioned in such a way that the web of goods is given good guidance at the production site on the one hand and on the other hand this guide device is easily accessible, allows the web of goods to pass through in both directions and is based on the type of goods and their Manufacturing can be easily adjusted.

The object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.

Because the guide edge of the second guide device is formed by a rotatable round bar, the resistance that the second guide bar opposes to the running of the web is lower and can be adapted more easily and subtly to the web, for example by varying the warp thread tension. In addition, this guide device is easily accessible in a known manner, so that it is easier to handle on the one hand and easier to maintain on the other. This makes it easier to adjust this guide device and dust that is created can be removed easily, i.e. be sucked off.

The terms web of goods and textile machines are to be understood in the broadest sense and include webs of all kinds, such as tufted webs, knitted webs and in particular woven webs from a weaving machine.

Advantageous embodiments of the inventions are described in claims 2 to 17.

According to claim 3, the round bar can be guided on cantilevers of a guide bar, which can be designed according to claim 4 or 5, for example. However, it is more advantageous to design the guide device according to claim 2, since then the clamping effect which the round rod exerts on the web at the first guide edge can be adjusted very subtly, in particular by the influence of the tension of the web. For this purpose, it is advantageous if the guide device is designed according to claim 6, then the inclined guide supports the pressing of the round rod against the first guide edge.

A further improvement in the guidance of the web results in an embodiment according to claim 7 and in particular in a further development according to claim 8.

Also by designing the guide device according to claim 9, this can be adjusted more subtly to the type of material web and / or the type of manufacture. An embodiment of the guide device according to claim 10 is advantageous.

A particularly advantageous embodiment of the guide device results from the design according to claim 11, since then the guide device acts on the one hand as a spreader and on the other hand the orientation of the web is improved in the running direction. The latter is supported in particular by an embodiment of the device according to claim 12.

It is also advantageous if the round rod can be heated, which enables the reduction of internal tensions in the tissue and thus an improvement in the shrinking behavior of the tissue. For this purpose, the device can be configured according to claim 14. Particularly in the case of smaller round bars, an embodiment according to claim 15 is preferable. In a development according to claim 16, the heat treatment by means of the plate is also continued over a partial area after the round bar. It can also be advantageous to provide the stabilizing bar with a heating device.

  • Figur 1 eine Führungsvorrichtung im Vertikalschnitt längs der Mittelebene der Warenbahn;
  • Figur 2 eine zweite Art der Führung des Rundstabes im Ausschnitt und im Querschnitt;
Exemplary embodiments of the guide device according to the invention are described in more detail below with reference to a drawing, which show:
  • Figure 1 is a guide device in vertical section along the central plane of the web;
  • Figure 2 shows a second way of guiding the round rod in the cutout and in cross section;
  • Figure 3 shows a third way of guiding the round rod in the cutout and in cross section; and
  • Figure 4 shows another embodiment for heating the round bar in longitudinal section through the round bar.

Figure 1 shows a guide device 2 at a generating point, i.e. the weaving point 4 of a multi-known weaving machine, not shown in detail. 1 shows the warp threads 6, which are guided by means of a shedding device, not shown, in such a way that an open shed 8 is formed, through which a weft thread 10 is inserted and struck on a stop edge 14 of the woven web 16 by means of a reed 12. On the right side of the guide device 2, the web 16 is pulled off by means of a goods take-off roller, not shown in detail.

The guide device 2 contains a carrier 18 which carries on its side facing the weaving point 4 a guide bar 20, on the top of which the web 16 rests. This first guide bar has a guide edge 24 pointing in the running direction 22 of the web 16, via which the web is guided into a groove-like recess 26 underneath. A second guide strip 28 with a guide edge 30, which introduces the web 16 into the recess 26, is used for this purpose, so that the web is guided at least approximately in an S-shape. After the second leading edge 30, which is designed as a round bar 32, the web 16 runs over a stabilizing bar 34, which is rotatably arranged on the carrier 18, further to the above-mentioned, not shown goods take-off roll.

The second guide bar 28 contains a bar 36 running parallel to the carrier 18, which is guided on slanted guides 38 of the carrier 18 against the groove-like recess 26 and can be locked by means of an adjusting screw 40. In this way, the second guide bar 28 is guided inclined at an acute angle α with respect to the plane E, which passes through the web 16 to the producer point, i.e. the web site 4 is given. Due to the displaceability of the second guide bar 28, the overlap depth X of the guide edge 30 or the round bar 32 can be adjusted with respect to the first guide bar 20 with the guide edge 24.

The round rod 32 is loosely arranged such that it is supported under the influence of the tensile stress of the web 16 on the one hand via the web 16 on the leading edge 24 of the first guide bar 20 and on the other hand on an end face 42 of a guide member 44 of the second guide bar 28. The mounting of the round rod 32 is supported in that the stabilizing rod 34, which is preferably driven in the running direction 22 of the web 16, guides it at an acute angle β to the plane E of the web. Depending on the size of the tension of the web, the round rod 32 is pressed more or less strongly against the first guide edge 24 and the end face 42. In particular, the pressure against the first guide edge 24 results in the web being clamped between the round rod 32 and the first guide edge 24.

The first guide edge 24 and / or the round rod 32 are provided on both sides of the central plane with oppositely inclined guide notches such that the web is stretched outwards on both sides of the central plane. In the case of the round rod 32, the guide notches (not shown in more detail) are formed by a right-hand or left-hand thread. Advantageously, the stabilizing bar 34 is also provided with threads running in opposite directions on both sides of the central plane, such that the web is stretched outwards on both sides of the central plane.

The round rod 32 can be heated. For this purpose, the guide member 44 is made of thermally conductive material and is connected via a likewise thermally conductive plate 46 to a heating element 48 which is arranged in an insulating body 50 which is fastened in the beam 36 by means of screws 52. The heat is transferred from the heating element 48 via the plate 46 to the guide member 44 and via the end face 42 to the round rod. The plate 46 also extends in the running direction 22 over the web 16, so that even after the round bar through the plate 46 there is a heat treatment and thus a thermal fixation of the wide web.

The stabilizing rod 34, which is provided for this purpose with a heating device 54 made of heating elements 56, can also contribute to the thermal fixation of the web.

Instead of the free arrangement of the round bar 32 according to the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 1, the guide member 44a can also be provided with brackets distributed over the length of the round bar, which, for example, according to FIG. 2 as a fork-like bracket 58 or according to FIG. 3 as a hook-shaped bracket 60 can be configured. These arms 58, 60 engage in circumferential grooves 62 of the round bars 32a. Despite the guidance on the cantilevers 58, 60, the play can be dimensioned so large that a desired clamping between the round bar 32a and the first guide edge 24 can be achieved by pulling the web of material.

Figure imgb0002
Instead of the indirect heating of the round rod 32 shown in FIG. 1, this can also be provided directly with a heating rod 64 according to the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 4, which is arranged coaxially, for example. At both ends of the round rod 32b projecting contact pins 66 of the heating rod 64 interact with corresponding contact elements 68 on the guide device 2, so that even when the round rod 32b is displaced transversely to its axis, an electrical contact is ensured.
