Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Umluftofen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des ersten Anspruchs.The invention relates to a convection oven according to the preamble of the first claim.
Es ist bei Umluftöfen ganz allgemein bekannt, der das Gargut aufnehmenden Herdmuffel ein drehzahlumschaltbares Umluftgebläse und ein Heizelement zuzuordnen, das abhängig von einem Temperatursollwert gesteuert wird, welcher mittels eines manuell einstellbaren Temperaturstellers, vorzugsweise eines Temperaturregelschalters, vorgegeben wird. Dabei kann mit Hilfe wenigstens einer Schalteinrichtung die Drehzahl des Umluftgebläses umgeschaltet und ggf. ein Dampferzeuger zu- oder abgeschaltet bzw. allein eingeschaltet werden, der Dampf in die Herdmuffel zum Dampfgaren oder zum kombinierten dampfunterstützten Garen bei Umluftbetrieb liefert. Bei diesem Aufbau ist neben einzelnen Schaltern oder einem mehrstufigen Dreh- oder Schiebeschalter ein eigener Schalter zur Drehzahlumschaltung des Umluftgebläses erforderlich. Bei einer Ausgestaltung eines Umluftofens gemäß der Erfindung wird eine Verringerung der gesondert manuell auszuwählenden Schalter bzw. Auch kann der Dampferzeuger erst dann über die zugehörige Schalteinrichtung einschaltbar sein, wenn am Temperatursteller ein bestimmter, vorgegebener Temperaturwert eingestellt ist. Durch die zwangsweise Aktivierung der Schalteinrichtungen für die Drehzahlumschaltung oder den Dampferzeuger oder dergl. bzw. deren Abschaltung werden Fehlbedienungen sicher unterbunden, weil diese Funktionen mit der Sollwerteinstellung des Temperaturreglers gekoppelt sind. Daher können entsprechende, manuell zu betätigende Zusatzschalter, Programmtasten oder dergl. entfallen, wodurch sich eine bessere Übersichtlichkeit bei der Bedienung bzw. Betriebsartenwahl ergibt. Beispielsweise kann dann automatisch ausgeschlossen werden, daß bei niedrig eingestellter Temperatur die unerwünscht hohe Luftmenge bzw. bei hoch eingestellter Temperatur die unzureichende, niedrige Luftmenge am Umluftgebläse eingeschaltet wird. Letzteres kann zum Durchbrennen des umluftgekühlten Muffel-Heizelementes führen, während im ersten Fall das Garergebnis mangelhaft ausfallen kann. Es werden somit unzweckmäßige Programmvariationsmöglichkeiten ausgeschlossen und ein erhöhter Bedienungskomfort bei der Betriebsartenwahl erzielt.Depending on the setting value of the temperature controller, a switching device can be used to prevent the recirculation fan from being operated at an increased speed below a predetermined temperature value. Abschaltung des Dampferzeugers erfolgen soll. Die hierdurch jeweils gesteuerte Schalteinrichtung führt somit zur automatischen Betriebsartumschaltung.
