Claims (6)
- Machine d'impression rotative multicolore pour l'impression recto-verso simultanée à la bobine ou à la feuille, en particulier pour l'impression du fond de sécurité de papiers fiduciaires, avant tout de billets de banque, comprenant deux cylindres porte-blanchets (4, 14) définissant une fente d'impression et entre lesquels passe le papier à imprimer (1) pour son impression recto-verso, deux cylindres porte-plaque (5, 15) portant chacun une plaque d'impression (5a, 15a) et respectivement en contact avec les cylindres porte-blanchets (4, 14), deux cylindres collecteurs de couleurs (6, 16) disposés à une certaine distance l'un de l'autre, plus bas que les cylindres porte-blanchets (4, 14) et décalés obliquement vers l'extérieur relativement à ces cylindres porte-blanchets et en contact chacun avec, d'une part, l'un des cylindres porte-plaque (5, 15) et, d'autre part, plusieurs cylindres sélecteurs de couleurs (8, 18) encrés chacun par un dispositif d'encrage (9, 19) pour transférer les couleurs reçues des cylindres de sélection de couleurs à la plaque d'impression correspondante, au moins l'un des deux cylindres porte-blanchets (4, 14) coopérant avec au moins un dispositif d'impression additionnel (10, 11, 11a; 20, 21, 21a) dont le cylindre porte-plaque (10; 20) est en contact avec le cylindre porte-blanchets correspondant (4; 14), et dans laquelle les cylindres porte-blanchets (4, 14) et les cylindres collecteurs de couleurs (6, 16) sont de même grandeur et ont un diamètre égal à un multiple entier, de préférence le triple, du diamètre des cylindres porte-plaque (5, 15, 10, 20) et des cylindres sélecteurs de couleurs (8, 18), caractérisée en ce que- les deux plans contenant, d'une part, les axes du cylindre porte-blanchets (4) et du cylindre collecteur de couleurs (6) de l'une des moitiés de la machine et, d'autre part, les axes du cylindre porte-blanchets (14) et du cylindre collecteur de couleurs (16) de l'autre moitié de la machine se coupent au dessus de la fente d'impression avec un angle de 120° au maximum,- la distance entre les deux cylindres collecteurs de couleurs (6, 16) est au moins aussi grande que leur diamètre,- les cylindres porte-plaque (5, 15) portant les plaques collectrices d'impression (5a, 15a) sont disposés sur le côté supérieur des cylindres collecteurs de couleurs (6, 16) et sont en contact avec ceux-ci de telle manière qu'aussi bien les côtés inférieurs des cylindres porte-blanchets (4, 14) que les côtés inférieurs des cylindres collecteurs de couleurs (6, 16) sont libres d'accès, et- sur ces côtés inférieurs des deux cylindres porte-blanchets (4, 14) et des deux cylindres collecteurs de couleurs (6, 16) sont prévus des dispositifs automatiques et écartables de lavage à toile de caoutchouc (7, 17).
- Machine d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit angle est de 50° à 80°.
- Machine d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'impression additionnel est un dispositif d'impression offset à sec ou humide.
- Machine d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'impression additionnel (10, 11, 11a; 20, 21, 21a) est un dispositif d'impression offset humide comportant une plaque d'impression taille-douce mouillée par un dispositif de mouillage (11a, 21a).
- Machine d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les plaques collectrices (5a, 15a) présentent les motifs d'impression encrées en plusieurs couleurs chacune pour l'impression d'un fond de sécurité et en ce que la plaque d'impression (10; 20) encrée avec une couleur du dispositif d'impression additionnel (10, 11, 11a; 20 21, 21a) présente un motif principal.
- Machine d'impression selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la plaque d'impression (10; 20) du dispositif d'impression additionnel présente, en plus du motif principal, un autre motif d'impression d'un fond de sécurité complétant le fond de sécurité en plusieurs couleurs.
