Description

The invention relates to a device for processing sheet films, the at least one drawer for inserting a drawer with processing material arranged therein and a developing device for the sheet films with a plurality of tanks or chambers arranged one behind the other above or below the drawer or the drawers, through which the sheet films can be moved , having.

A device of this type is described in DE-OS 34 32 077, an embodiment of a development device that can be used here, for example, in the unpublished DE-OS 35 35 980. The device according to DE-OS 34 32 077 has the advantage that it can be placed anywhere in bright rooms without water and sewage connections can, because the chemicals and water can be poured from containers into the development tanks and the waste water can be drained into a removable container. However, it still has the disadvantage that used chemicals have to be drained off and fresh ones have to be filled in, and there is no possibility for the regeneration of the chemicals by pumping around chemicals.

The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a device of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that pumping around and regenerating the liquids of the developing device is possible, the handling of the device, in particular the provision of the regenerated liquids, but in a simple manner that the installation is carried out is still possible at any location and can be carried out without special skill.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the features of the main claim. Further advantageous features of the invention can be found in the subclaims.

Characterized in that, according to the invention, the regenerated liquids are arranged in containers in a drawer that can be used in one of the drawers of a device according to the invention and can be carried like a briefcase, and when the drawer is inserted into the drawer provided in the device, the containers are automatically placed in the device Circulation pumps are connected, the supply and disposal with developer solution and regenerated liquids is also in Rooms without water and wastewater supply or in rooms in which long supply lines would otherwise be required for the water and wastewater supply have become extremely simple.

In FIGS. 1 and 5, an X-ray film cassette loading and unloading device is designated by 1, the top side of which is labeled 1a and the rear side of which is labeled 1b. An X-ray sheet film cassette 2 can be inserted into its uppermost slot 1c and is automatic in a light-tight area to open. By means of known and therefore generally designated 3 pairs of transport rollers, to which an exposed film 4 located in the opened cassette 2 is fed via a suction device, this exposed film 4 is transferred from the cassette insert 1c into a further housing part projecting above the top 1a and the back 1b 5 transported. Under the slot 1c, further slots 1d are provided for so-called dispenser magazines 6, into which the dispenser magazines 6 are inserted for different film formats. In a known and therefore not shown and described manner, the cassette format is automatically determined and, after emptying a cassette 2, unexposed film of the appropriate format is inserted into the cassette 2 from the corresponding dispenser magazine 6, the latter closed and conveyed out of the insert 1c again. Pairs of transport rollers also serve this purpose. Instead of the shown cassette unloading and loading device 1, a screen recording device could also be used in connection with the present invention, which contains drawers for dispenser magazines for different sheet film formats.

The further housing part 5 is, compared to the device 1, itself comparatively small and only projects as much upwards over the top side 1a and backwards over the rear side 1b as the height of development tanks or fixing and washing tanks 12 and their Housing cover 13 and the depth of the optimally dimensioned waste water container 14 require this. A drying chamber 15 can connect to the tanks 12 in the direction of the front of the device and the corresponding Housing part 13a increased and provided with ventilation slots. This raised housing part 13a has a collecting basket 13b for the developed and dried films 4 on the front of the device. The housing part 13, which covers the tanks 12 for a complete development device, thus nestles flush between the top 1a of the device housing 1 and the further housing part 5 and supplements the device 1 to a compact one, the processing or generation of an exposed sheet film 4 and Whole device causing its development. So that no damage to the basic device 1 or its film dispenser magazines 6 can occur as a result of the development fluids as a result of leaks occurring over time or in the event of accidental spillage when filling the tanks 12, a collecting pan 16 is attached directly above the upper side 1a of the basic device 1, whose extent is such that it extends in width and length over the area occupied by the tanks 12 and the dripping area of the drying device 15, so that all dripping or overflowing liquids drip into the tub 16.

The waste water container 14 stands on wheels 17 and is dimensioned such that it can be pushed under the further housing part 5 onto the rear wall 1b. In its position of use, it can be locked to the rear wall 1b by means of a releasable locking device. The waste water container 14 can have several chambers, so that different liquids in the tanks 12 can be collected separately in the waste water container 14 depending on their further utilization or disposal possibility. In a manner not shown, the waste water container can have an outflow for draining the waste water or can also be pumped out.

Flexible drainage hoses 38 lead from the individual tanks 12 and the collecting trough 16 to the side next to the transport rollers 3 and inserts 1c, 1d, but within the housings 13, 1 to the waste water container 14 or its chambers. Naturally, the outlets 18 of the tanks 12 must be closable by hand-operated taps, not shown.

Das Pult 20f, in dem die Auffangmulde 20b angeordnet ist, ist in nicht gezeigter Weise zu öffnen, damit die Kammern 12 gereinigt werden können.1 and 2 also show a sheet film developing device 20 which is designed as a table device without the need for direct water and waste water connections and which, like the device 1, is suitable for the application of the invention. Parts of the device 20 which have the same effect as the parts of the device 1 are designated by the same reference numerals. In the upper part of the developing device 20, chambers 12 for developing, fixing and washing and a dryer 15 are accommodated. The container 12 can be designed for example according to DE-OS 34 32 077 and are not described in detail. Below the output slot 20a of the dryer 15, an oblique collecting trough 20b is provided for the finished film sheets, the extension 20c of which can be folded up and as a cover for an input desk 20d, which serves as an input slot 20e of the developing device 12, 15. The small developing device 20 is designed as a darkroom device for inputting the sheets to be developed by hand. The console 20f, in which the collecting trough 20b is opened in a manner not shown so that the chambers 12 can be cleaned.

In both the devices 1 and 20 shown and possibly other devices of this type, such as a previously described screen recording device with drawers for the various types of sheet film and a developing device arranged above it, depending on the type of developing device, there is now either a need for the developer chemicals and the water regenerate or pump at all into the chambers 12, as is the case with the device 20. In order to enable this in a completely safe and problem-free manner even in rooms without water and sewage connections, a drawer 25 is provided in each of the devices 1 and 20. This drawer 25 is expediently provided under the developing device 12. If there are several drawers 1c, 1d, 25, the drawer 25 is expediently the lowest drawer. A drawer 26 can be inserted or inserted into this drawer 25, which contains a plurality of liquid containers 27 next to one another and parallel to one another, tightly and firmly but interchangeably. According to the exemplary embodiment shown, the liquid containers 27 are located parallel to one another in the drawer 26 in the insertion direction 28. In the drawer 26 for the device 1, it is sufficient if three liquid containers 27 for developer liquid E, fixing solution F and water W lie next to one another, since the waste water flows into the waste water container 14 are drained. Since the developing device 20 does not have its own waste water tank, there are In the drawer 26 for this device 20 six liquid containers 27 are provided, namely a full container for the developer E, an adjacent, originally empty container for the return of the used developer liquid, a third full container with fixing solution F, an adjacent, originally empty Container for the return of the used fixing solution, a fifth, originally full container with washing water W and a sixth, originally empty container for the return of the washing water. Apart from this different equipment, the drawers 26, the containers 27 arranged in them and their mode of operation in the different devices 1 and 20 are the same and are therefore described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4 using an exemplary embodiment with six containers 27.

Expediently, the drawers 25 and the drawers 26, apart from the different equipment, are the same with each other in all occurring devices 1, 20 of this type, so that the storage is small. This is possible because the sheet film sizes are standardized. Each drawer 26 has a support bracket 26a on its rear end in the insertion direction 28. The containers 27 are fitted into them and, if necessary, secured in them by a snap or latch connection in such a way that the filled drawers 26 can be carried like carrying bags. Under certain circumstances, the drawers 26 can be supplied fully loaded or with correspondingly full and empty containers, so that a user does not come into contact with the liquids at all.

The special configuration of a container 27 will now be described below. It is expedient for the containers 27 to have handles or carrying brackets 27a and to be subdivided by intermediate walls 27b which extend downward, but not to the bottom, in order to reduce turbulence when the liquids are being pumped out. In addition, the containers 27 all have a filling and pumping opening 27c in the same place, which can be followed by a downward pipe 27d to reduce the oxidation, which extends very far, but not completely, to the bottom of the container. In the case of containers 27 inserted into the drawer 26, the individual openings 27c are all in a row. They are closed with individual plugs or screw caps before being inserted into the drawer.

After the containers 27 have been inserted into the drawer 26, the individual plugs are removed. For this purpose, an angle plate 29 is pivotally mounted on the drawer 26 along the row of openings 27c. At least one spring 30 acts on its one lever arm 29a. She tries to press the other lever arm against the opening 27c. A plug 31 is mounted on this other lever arm per container 27 with the interposition of a compression spring 32. If the individual plugs of the containers 27 inserted into the drawer 26 are removed, the angle plate 29 folds against the container openings 27c under the action of the spring 30. The plugs 31 are pressed under pressure into the openings 27c and close them tightly. Thus, the drawer 26 filled with containers 27 can be carried like a carrying bag. In drawer 25 of device 1 or 20 a run-up surface 33 is arranged on at least one side wall. When a drawer 26 is inserted into the drawer 25 of the device 1 or 20, the end of the angle plate 29 protruding from the plug 31 runs against this run-up surface 33 and is pivoted up against the action of the spring 30, so that the plug 31 all automatically out of the Openings 27 are pulled and swung up. The openings 27c are thus free. When the drawer 26 is removed from the drawer 25, the openings 27c are automatically closed again with the plugs 31 under the action of the spring 30.

A pump 34 is arranged in the drawer 25 behind each of the containers 27, which contain regenerated or exchange liquid. The suction hose 35 extends along the container into the area of the openings 27c. The outlet hose 36 of each pump 34 then leads to the corresponding inlet openings 37 of the corresponding tank or the corresponding development chamber 12. Depending on the type of device, the outlet hoses 38 of the individual tanks or development clamps 12 then lead to the waste water container 14 or its inflow hose 18 or to the hoses 35 the respective empty container 27 in the drawer 26, which are provided for receiving the used liquids.

Dementsprechend liegen die Schläuche 35 in der in Figur 2 strichpunktierten Schlaufe und mit ihrem Ende gemäß der in Figur 4 ausgezogen gezeichneten Lage jeweils im Krümmer 39.The suction hoses 35, which lead from the pumps 34 to the containers 27, run parallel and, according to the examples shown, counter to the direction of insertion 28 of the drawer 26 into the drawer 25 to the one running perpendicular to them according to the exemplary embodiments shown Row of openings 27c. Immediately above the openings 27c in their open state, cf. Fig. 4, a bend 39 is provided in the drawer 25 for each hose 35, which is not shown in the remaining figures for the sake of clarity. When the drawer 26 is not inserted into the drawer 25, the ends of the suction hoses 35 are in the chambers 39 and are angled near the pumps 34 or bent into a loop, as shown in FIG. In the drawer 25, a bracket 40 is also pivotally mounted about an axis 41 and is under the action of a spring 42. In the bracket 40, an eyelet 40a is provided for each hose 35, through which a hose 35 is inserted and fastened. If no drawer 26 is inserted into the drawer 25, the bracket 40 assumes the position shown in dash-dot lines in FIG. 2 and drawn in solid lines in FIG. Accordingly, the hoses 35 lie in the loop with dash-dotted lines in FIG. 2 and with their ends in the elbow 39 in accordance with the position drawn in solid lines in FIG. 4.

If a drawer 26 is now inserted into the drawer 25, its control pin 43 hits the free end 40b of the bracket 40 and pivots it clockwise. As a result, the hoses 35 fastened in the eyelets 40a, which are connected to the pump 34, or the hoses 35, which according to FIG. 3 are connected to the drain hoses 38, are pushed further into the elbow 39, automatically inserted into a respective container opening 27c and into the nozzle 27d pushed into the bottom of the container 27, cf. the dash-dotted line Location. Thus, the connection between the pumps 34 and the drain lines 38 is automatically established by inserting a drawer 26, so that the device 1 or 20 is ready for operation only by inserting the drawer 26 without additional manipulations. When the drawer 26 is removed, this process proceeds under the action of the spring 42 in the opposite direction, so that the hoses 35 are pulled out of the openings 27c again.

In addition to the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, other configurations which are not shown for the sake of simplicity are possible. Any other suitable known device could be used to automatically open the plugs 31, e.g. Electromagnets that attract when the drawer 26 reaches the end position and lift the plugs 31 on the magnets provided on them. Any other known automatic device for moving tubes can also be used for inserting the tubes 35 into the openings 27c. The containers 27 also do not necessarily have to be parallel to the insertion direction of the drawer 26, but could also be arranged perpendicularly thereto. It would also be possible to arrange the container openings 27c, which lead to pumps, along one drawer side and the openings 27c to be connected to waste water hoses 38 on the other drawer side, two plug carriers 29 then being provided and, for example, when or after the drawer 26 is pushed in, e.g. would have to be pivoted by magnets. In the case of containers arranged transversely to the direction of insertion, the insertion would have to take place by means of a motor, if necessary.
