Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Montagezarge zur Befestigung von Fenstern und/oder Türen in Öffnungen von Bauwerken mit zweischaligem Mauerwerk.The invention relates to an assembly frame for fastening windows and / or doors in openings of buildings with double-wall masonry.
Gebäude mit zweischaligem Mauerwerk sind weit verbreitet. Erinnert sei beispielsweise an Häuser mit vorgesetzter Klinkerfassade. Die Montage von Fenstern oder Türen macht bei derartigem zweischaligem Mauerwerk jedoch gewisse Probleme. Der Zwischenraum zwischen Mauer-Innenschale und Mauer-Außenschale muß unter Verwendung von Brettern oder Balken überbrückt und mit Folie gegen Feuchtigkeit abgedeckt werden. Erst dann können die Holz- oder Kunststoffenster montiert werden. Anschließend muß das ganze verputzt werden.Buildings with double-layer masonry are common. Die erfindungsgemäße Montagezarge läßt sich wie die eigentlichen Fensterprofile fabrikmäßig durch Extrusion, Strangpressen oder dergleichen vorfertigen und wie die Fensterprofile an die Bauwerksabmessungen anpassen. Sie überbrückt den Zwischenraum zwischen Innenschale und Außenschale des Mauerwerks und dichtet diesen gegen eindringende Feuchtigkeit ab. Sie kann einerseits mit Dübeln und Schrauben, andererseits mit vorbereiteten Ankern sicher am Mauerwerk befestigt werden. Für die eigentliche Montage der Fenster oder Türen bietet sie exakte Montagebedingungen, wobei Befestigung und Abdichtung auf die gleiche Weise erfolgen können, wie sie sich bei Fenstern oder Türen bereits bewährt hat, so daß nachträgliche Verputzarbeiten völlig entfallen.The assembly frame according to the invention can be prefabricated like the actual window profiles by extrusion, extrusion or the like and can be adapted to the building dimensions like the window profiles.
