Abstract

Tube de conditionnement pour comprimés, cachets et produits similaires comportant en-dessous de sa partie contenant (2) une cavité (6) séparée de la partie (2) par une cloison (4) dans laquelle vient s'insérer à la façon d'un bouchon une boîte amovible formée de deux demi-coquilles réunies par une languette souple, et coopérant pour former une boîte fermée grâce à une jupe (7) faisant saillie depuis la partie plane (8) de la demi-coquille formant le fond et à une nervure (11) portée par la face interne de la partie principale plane (10) de la demi-coquille formant le couvercle, la nervure (11) venant s'appliquer contre la face interne (9) de la jupe (7). La boîte fermée peut être introduite dans la cavité (6) comme un bouchon, grâce à la jupe (7), qui comporte un épaulement de butée (14).

Description

  • L'invention concerne un tube de conditionnement pour comprimés, cachets et articles similaires.
  • Les comprimés, cachets, gélules et autres pilules sont souvent conditionnés dans des tubes ou flacons, en verre ou en matière plastique. En raison de la taille des produits en cause ou de leur quantité, les tubes peuvent avoir des dimensions importantes et les patients répugnent parfois à s'encombrer de ceux-ci lorsqu'ils doivent quitter leur domicile pour quelques heures ou même quelques jours selon la posologie qu'ils ont à respecter.
  • Pour remédier à cet inconvénient, la présente invention fournit un tube de conditionnement en matière plastique, pour comprimés, cachets et produits similaires, qui comporte à sa partie inférieure une cavité, formée entre une cloison du tube et la paroi latérale du tube, dans laquelle vient se loger une boîte amovible de réserve formant bouchon.
  • La boîte est constituée de deux demi-coquilles réunies par une languette souple leur permettant de venir en vis-à-vis pour former la boîte.
  • La coquille constituant le fond de la boîte comporte une partie principale plane d'où fait saillie une jupe verticale dont les dimensions extérieures correspondent aux dimensions intérieures de la cavité du tube, un épaulement faisant butée contre l'extrémité de la paroi de la cavité.
  • La coquille constituant le couvercle de la boîte comporte une partie principale plane entourée d'une nervure destinée à venir s'emboîter contre la paroi interne de la jupe de la coquille de fond et d'un rebord venant s'appuyer sur l'extrémité de la jupe.
  • D'autres avantages et caractéristiques de l'invention apparaîtront à la lecture de la description qui suit, en référence aux dessins dans lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue partiellement en coupe d'un tube selon l'invention,
    • la figure 2 est une vue de dessus de la boîte ouverte.
  • Le tube de conditionnement (1) est un tube cylindrique comportant une partie contenant (2) proprement dite, fermée à sa partie supérieure par un bouchon (3) classique; celui représenté sur la figure 1 est par exemple muni d'un dispositif (3a) souple limitant le déplacement des comprimés dans le tube. La paroi latérale (5) du tube (1)se prolonge au-delà de la cloison (4) fermant la partie contenant (2) en formant une cavité (6).
  • Cette cavité est fermée par un bouchon constituant une boîte amovible. Le bouchon se compose de deux demi-coquilles avantageusement réunies par une languette souple (15). La coquille constituant le fond de la boîte a un contour circulaire coupé selon une corde : on a ainsi un bord droit formant un espace entre le bouchon et la paroi de la cavité qui facilite l'enlèvement du bouchon. Une jupe (7) faisant saillie de la partie plane (8) assure le maintien du bouchon dans la cavité du fait de ses deux portions en arc de cercle concentriques à la cavité et reliées entre elles par des portions rectilignes parallèles au bord droit de la coquille. La partie supérieure de la jupe (7) est légèrement moins épaisse dans les portions en arc de cercle après un épaulement (13). Un épaulement (14) fait butée contre l'extrémité de la paroi (5) de la cavité (6). La partie principale plane (8) du fond peut comporter une partie centrale rehaussée délimitée par une ligne (8a) ayant ou non le même contour que la jupe (7), mais ceci n'est qu'un détail ne constituant pas l'invention.
  • La demi-coquille formant le couvercle de la boîte a un contour extérieur à portions en arc de cercle reliées par deux portions rectilignes, la languette de liaison (15) se trouvant entre la portion rectiligne du fond et une première portion rectiligne du couvercle. L'emboîtement des deux demi-coquilles se fait grâce à une nervure (11) faisant saillie depuis la face interne de la partie plate (10) du couvercle, un rebord (12) venant recouvrir la partie supérieure de la jupe (7). La forme et les dimensions de la nervure (11) sont telles que la nervure vient se placer élastiquement contre la face interne (9) de la jupe (7). Sur la portion rectiligne libre, il est prévu de préférence une patte (16) arrondie facilitant l'ouverture de la boîte. Une ligne de pliage (17) facilite la mise en place du couvercle sur le fond par flexion de la languette. Lorsque la boîte est fermée, on peut l'introduire à la façon d'un bouchon dans la cavité (6).
  • Lorsque le patient désire n'emporter que quelques comprimés, il sort la boîte de la cavité (6), y place le nombre de comprimés voulu et n'a alors à glisser dans ses affaires qu'une boîte peu encombrante. En cas de non-utilisation de la boîte, il la replace dans la cavité pour éviter de la perdre.
  • Le tube de conditionnement est fabriqué de préférence en matière plastique rigide, par exemple sous forme d'un forme d'un tube à deux extrémités ouvertes comportant une cloison divisant l'intérieur en deux parties inégales, la partie contenant (2) d'une part et la cavité (6) d'autre part. Le bouchon (3) peut être de n'importe quel type classique, tandis que la boîte amovible est réalisée par exemple en matière plastique souple pour permettre la flexion de la languette (15).
  • Il est entendu que certains détails mentionnés ci-dessus peuvent être modifiés sans changer la portée de l'invention.

Claims (5)

1. Tube de conditionnement pour comprimés, cachets et produits similaires, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte à sa partie inférieure une cavité (6) formée par une cloison (4) du tube (1) et la paroi latérale (5) du tube, dans laquelle vient se loger une boîte amovible formant bouchon (20).
2. Tube selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la boîte (20) est constituée de deux demi-coquilles réunies par une languette (15) souple leur permettant de venir en vis-à-vis pour former la boîte.
3. Tube selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la demi-coquille constituant le fond a une partie principale plane (8) d'où fait saillie une jupe verticale (7) dont les dimensions extérieures correspondent aux dimensions intérieures de la cavité (6) du tube (1), un épaulement (14) faisant butée contre l'extrémité de la paroi latérale (5) de la cavité (6).

Tube selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la demi-coquille constituant le couvercle a une partie principale plane (10) entourée d'une nervure (11) destinée à venir s'emboîter contre la face interne (9) de la jupe (7), et d'un rebord (12) venant reposer sur le bord supérieur de la jupe (7).
5. Tube selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la boîte amovible est en matière plastique souple et que la languette de liaison (15) comporte une ligne de pliage (17).
