Danach wird der Sammelblock vor ein Gehäuse transportiert. Dann werden die gesammelten Verbinder en bloc in die Kammern des Verbindergehäuses gesteckt.   1.     a transporting-away apparatus for the filled collector block (5) which pivots the collector block (5) about a horizontal axis and transports it in vertical manner to the removal point (11), the conductors (1) in the collector block (5) being transferred from a horizontal to a vertical plane,
    a housing transporting apparatus (12) for transporting to a fitting point (11) a housing (16) to be fitted, and
    a transporting tong (19) for removing the conductors (1) at the removal point (11) from the collector block (5) and for transporting the conductors (1) to the fitting point (11).
  6. Apparatus according to Claim 5, characterized in that the transporting chain (3) has clamping and holding elements into which the conductors (1) or connectors of the conductors (1) are introduced or pushed transversely with respect to their longitudinal direction.
  7. Apparatus according to Claim 5 and/or 6, characterized by a drive system for the transporting chain (3) which is coupled to a drive system of a transporting system (2) upstream of the transporting chain (3).
  8. Apparatus according to one or more of Claims 5 to 7, characterized in that the collector block (5) is arranged above the transporting chain (3) by the amount of a conductor thickness, but no more than three times the conductor thickness, and is traversable in or in opposition to the transporting direction (4) of the transporting chain (3).

Apparatus according to one or more of Claims 5 to 10, characterized in that the transporting tong (19) may be guided by means of a drive apparatus on a vertical, rectangular transporting path (18), the lower corner points of the transporting path (18) being located at the removal point (11) and the fitting point (17).
  12. Apparatus according to one or more of Claims 5 to 11, characterized in that the transporting tong (19) is arranged to be pivotal about the longitudinal axis of the conductors (1) to be transported, by means for pivoting about 90°.
