Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft Zeltplanbahnen für das Dach und die Wände von Groß- und Festzelten, Zelthallen oder dgl., bestehend aus einem dreilagigen Bahnmaterial, bei welchem eine mittlere Gewebebahn aus hochfesten Kunststoffasern, insbesondere Polyesterfasern, beidseitig mit einer thermoplastischen Kunststoffolie oder -schicht abgedeckt ist und welches an seinen Längsrändern mittels Kedern hergestellte, in Profilschienen an der Trag- und Dachkonstruktion des Zeltgerüstes einziehbare Wulste aufweist, wobei die Randstreifen der Materialbahn die Keder umfassen und mit der Materialbahn verbunden, vorzugszweise verschweißt sind.The invention relates to tarpaulin sheets for the roof and walls of large and festival tents, tent halls or the like, consisting of a three-layer sheet material in which a medium fabric sheet made of high-strength plastic fibers, in particular polyester fibers, is covered on both sides with a thermoplastic plastic film or layer and which has on its longitudinal edges by means of piping, beads which can be drawn into profile rails on the supporting and roof structure of the tent frame, the edge strips of the material web encompassing the piping and being connected to the material web, preferably welded.
Um überhaupt ein gutes Gleiten der Randwulste der Zeltplanbahnen in den Profilschienen des Zeltgerüstes beim Auf- bzw. Abbau der Zelte oder dgl. zu gewährleisten, hat es sich als zweckmäßig erwiesen, die Oberfläche der Randwulste und auch die der angrenzenden Zeltplanbahn in einem relativ schmalen Bereich mit einem textilen Gewebestreifen zu kaschieren, da die glatten Oberflächen der äußeren Kunststoffschicht einen verhältnismäßig hohen Reibungskoeffizient gegenüber den aus Metall bestehenden Profilschienen haben. Derart kaschierte Randwulste gleiten aber problemlos und gut in den Profilschienen. Weitere Merkmale erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeter Zeltplanbahnen gehen aus den Unteransprüchen und aus der nachstehenden Beschreibung der in den Figuren 1 bis 6 dargestellten bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispele hervor. Es zeigen:
- Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt einer Materialbahn zur Herstellung der Zeltplanbahn in einer ersten Ausführungsform;
- Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch den Randstreifen einer Zeltplanbahn, für die die Materialbahn nach Fig. 1 verwendet worden ist;
- Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch den Randbereich einer Materialbahn in einer zweiten Ausführungsform;
- Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt durch den Randstreifen einer Materialbahn in einer dritten Ausführungsform;
- Fig. 5 einen Querschnitt durch den Randbereich einer Zeltplanbahn unter Verwendung der Materialbahn nach Fig. 4;
- Fig. 6 einen Querschnitt durch den Randbereich einer Zeltplanbahn unter Verwendung eines Keders mit einer neuartigen Querschnittsform.

Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, besteht die zur Herstellung einer Zeltplanbahn der in Betracht kommenden Art zu verwendende Materialbahn 1 in an sich bekannter Weise aus einer mi ttleren Gewebeschicht 12, die beiderseits mit einer Kunststoffschicht 13 bzw. 14 versehen ist.
