Abstract
Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Formen, Füllen und Verschließen von Verpackungen aus Karton sind Kassetten (17, 18, 19) zum Aufnehmen der Verpackungen vorgesehen, die in unterschiedliche Bearbeitungspositionen verfahrbar sind. Diese Kassetten (17, 18, 19) sind so ausgebildet, daß sie entweder vollständig auswechselbar oder auf unterschiedliche Formatgrößen umrüstbar sind. Mit einer solchen Vorrichtung kann eine Formatumstellung, die bisher bei bekannten derartigen Vorrichtungen erhebliche Umrüstzeiten erforderte, sehr kurzfristig und ohne Umstände durchgeführt werden.In the case of a device for forming, filling and closing packaging made of cardboard, cassettes (17, 18, 19) are provided for receiving the packaging and can be moved into different processing positions. Derartige Vorrichtungen sind bekannt. Sie weisen eine der Zahl der Bearbeitungsschritte entsprechende Anzahl von Bearbeitungsstationen auf. Problematisch bei derartigen bekannten Maschinen ist ein Formatwechsel. Beim Umstellen der Formate werden erhebliche Umrüstzeiten benötigt. Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung der als bekannt vorausgesetzten Art so auszubilden, daß eine Formatumstellung vergleichsweise einfach und kurzfristig zu bewerkstelligen ist.Such devices are known.
