Die Erfindung betrifft eine Niedervolt-Halogen-Projektionsglühlampe mit einer Leuchtkörperwendel aus Wolfram. Bei diesen hochbelasteten Lampen, bei denen man sich beim Einschalten bereits nahe der Schmelztemperatur des Wolframs bewegt, tritt die Frage der Einschaltfestigkeit, welche dadurch definiert ist, daß beim Einschalten mit 110 % Nennspannung die Lampe nicht durchbrennen darf, kritisch in Erscheinung.The invention relates to a low-voltage halogen projection light bulb with a filament filament made of tungsten. Gelingt es jedoch, die Temperaturverteilung längs der Wendel gleichmäßiger zu gestalten, d.h. das Temperaturmaximum gewissermaßen "einzuebnen", käme das bei konstantem Lichtstrom insgesamt einer Vergrößerung des derzeitigen Abstandes der Leuchtkörpertemperatur von der Schmelztemperatur des Leuchtkörpermaterials gleich und eröffnete den Übergang zu höherer Wendelbelastung als bisher, ohne Gefahr des Durchbrennens der Wendel beim Einschalten.There is a desire to increase the luminous flux of the known lamps. Die Niedervolt-Halogen-Projektionsglühlampe (Figur 1) besitzt einen Kolben 1 aus Quarz bzw. Vycore, ist mit Inertgas mit Halogenzusatz gefüllt, weist an einem Ende eine Pumpspitze 2 auf und ist am anderen Ende durch Quetschen verschlossen. Ein gewendelter Leuchtkörper 3 aus Wolfram (Figuren 2, 3) wird getragen von Wolframstromzuführungen 4, die an Molybdänfolien 5 angeschweißt und über diese mit Außenstromzuführungsstiften 6 verbunden sind. Die Leuchtkörperwendel 3 kann als Flachkern- oder Rundkernwendel ausgeführt sein. Die Steigung der Leuchtkörperwendel 3 ist so bemessen, daß sie an den Wendelenden kleiner als im Wendelmittelteil ist. Während die Wendelsteigung aE der Wendelenden E1, E2 im Bereich 1,2≤aE ≤1,7 liegt, ist der Wert für die Wendelsteigung aM des Wendelmittelteils M dem Bereich 1,4≤aM≤2,2 entnommen. Dabei kann die Wendelsteigung von den Wendelenden zur Wendelmitte hin entweder schrittweise oder kontinuierlich ansteigen. Ein längs der Wendel gleichmäßigerer Temperaturverlauf (Kurve 1) gegenüber dem Temperaturverlauf bei konstanter Wendelsteigung (Kurve 2) resultiert, wie Figur 4 zeigt, deren Abszisse die Windungszahl W und deren Ordinate die Leuchtkörpertemperatur T wiedergibt.The low-voltage halogen projection light bulb (FIG. 1) has a
