Abstract
Description
Zum lagestabilen Anheben und Befördern von festen Körpern ist es bekannt, mindestens zwei Anhebevorrichtungen in im Körper fest eingebettete Widerlager einzuschrauben und mit hebezeugabhängigen lösbaren Verbindungsgliedern (Schäkel, Haken, Seilschlaufen) in Eingriff zu bringen. Eine einfachste Form von Anhebevorrichtungen ist aus dem DE-V-7 820 646, Fig. 2 in Gestalt einer Kopfschraube bekannt, die in eine im Körper fest und versenkt eingebettete Gewindebuchse eingeschraubt ist und mit ihrem Schraubenkopf einen Abstand vom Körper hat, damit zwischen Schraubenkopf und Körper Platz für ein die Schraube umgreifendes Verbindungsglied bleibt, das lediglich durch den Schraubenkopf und somit nur ungenügend gegen ein seitliches Abrutschen gesichert ist. Ausserdem wird der aus dem Körper herausragende Teil der Kopfschraube auf Biegung und Scherung beansprucht. Bei Verwendung von Seilschlaufen werden ausserdem wegen des relativ kleinen Durchmessers des Schraubenschaftes die Seilschlaufen entsprechend stark gebogen. Anstelle von einfachen Kopfschrauben können nach Fig. 3 des DE-U-7 820 646 auch mit geschlossenen, fest angeformten Ösen oder Bügeln versehene Ringschrauben vorgesehen sein, die jeweils bis zum Anschlag ihrer Bügel am Körper in die betreffenden Gewindebuchsen eingeschraubt sind. Ferner sind in dem DE-U-8 006 973 einteilige Ringschrauben mit zusätzlich angeformten Druckplatten erläutert. Solche Ringschrauben sind Spezialausführungen und weisen in fest eingeschraubtem Zustand jeweils eine unveränderliche Lage ihrer Ösen oder Bügel zur Zugrichtung der Verbindungsglieder auf, so dass unerwünschte mechanische Zusatzbeanspruchungen der Ringschrauben und/oder der Verbindungsglieder auftreten können. Ausserdem müssen die Ösen oder Bügel zum unmittelbaren Einhängen von Haken oder Schäkeln entsprechend gross bemessen sein oder es müssen bei zu kleinen Ösen oder Bügeln in diese zusätzliche Seile eingefädelt und aus diesen achterförmige Schlaufen gebildet werden, in die die Haken oder Schäkel eingehängt werden können.For positionally stable lifting and conveying of solid bodies, it is known to screw at least two lifting devices into abutments firmly embedded in the body and to bring them into engagement with releasable connecting links (shackles, hooks, rope loops) dependent on the hoist. Jede Anhebevorrichtung ist mehrteilig aus üblichen Elementen gebildet und kann demnach am Aufladeort des Körpers notfalls auf einfache Weise hergestellt werden. Hierzu werden für jede Anhebevorrichtung nur eine in die Gewindebuchse 3 einschraubbare Kopfschraube 4, insbesondere eine genormte Sechskantschraube, eine von der Schraube 4 durchdrungene kreisförmige Druckscheibe 8 zum Abstützen einer die Schraube 4 mit Zwischenraum umgebenden als Tragrohr dienende Hülse sowie ein von der Schraube 4 durchdrungenes und quer zur Schraubenlängsachse über die Hülse 7 vorstehendes Sicherungsteil 6 für das Verbindungsglied 9 benötigt, das in Form einer Seilschlaufe um die Hülse geschlungen ist und durch das Sicherungsteil 6 am Abrutschen gehindert wird. Das Sicherungsteil 6 besteht aus einem über die Seilschlaufe 9 hinausragenden flachen Riegel, der die Stirnseite der Hülse 7 beidseitig überragt.
