Description

For positionally stable lifting and conveying of solid bodies, it is known to screw at least two lifting devices into abutments firmly embedded in the body and to bring them into engagement with releasable connecting links (shackles, hooks, rope loops) dependent on the hoist. A simplest form of lifting devices is known from DE-V-7 820 646, Fig. 2 in the form of a cap screw, which is screwed into a threaded bush embedded and recessed in the body and is at a distance from the body with its screw head, thus between the screw head and body space remains for a connecting member encompassing the screw, which is only secured by the screw head and thus only insufficiently against lateral slipping. In addition, the part of the head screw protruding from the body is subjected to bending and shearing. When using rope loops, the rope loops are bent correspondingly strongly because of the relatively small diameter of the screw shaft. Instead of simple cap screws, according to FIG. 3 of DE-U-7 820 646, eyebolts provided with closed, firmly formed eyelets or brackets can also be provided, each of which is screwed into the relevant threaded bushings until their brackets stop on the body. Furthermore, DE-U-8 006 973 explains one-piece eye bolts with additionally molded pressure plates. Such eyebolts are special designs and each have an unchangeable position of their eyelets or brackets in the screwed-in state in relation to the pulling direction of the connecting links, so that undesirable additional mechanical stresses on the eyebolts and / or the connecting links can occur. In addition, the eyelets or brackets for the direct attachment of hooks or shackles must be sized accordingly, or if the eyelets or brackets are too small, additional ropes must be threaded into these and formed from these figure-eight loops, into which the hooks or shackles can be hung.

A position adjustment of the eyelets or brackets of the eyebolts to the pulling direction of the connecting links is possible with multi-part lifting devices with rotatable and pivotable eyelets or brackets. From US-A-3 371 951, in particular FIG. 8, a lifting device is known with a supporting sleeve loosely penetrated by a cap screw, which has an inside semicircular groove for a self-contained eyelet, which is supported by an abutment loosely penetrated by the cap screw is locked, the abutment protruding over the eyelet and firmly against the body when the lifting device is screwed on. These multi-part lifting devices required sleeves and eyelets that were matched to one another in terms of shape and size, and special tools and machines were required for their manufacture. The same also applies to five-part lifting devices known from US-A-3 905 633, FIGS. 1 to 3 with rotatably and pivotably mounted U-shaped brackets which form a closed eyelet with their abutments.

Starting from a multi-part lifting device according to US-A-3 371 951 according to the preamble of claim 1, an only simple parts, easily assembled lifting device for any connecting links is to be created, which can be treated as a disposable item and a simple, safe and Coupling can be varied as required using any connecting links with a hoist.

The problem is solved in a particularly simple manner by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.

An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and explained below. It shows:
  • 1 is a lifting device in the bottom group of a concrete body from the front,
  • Fig. 2 shows the object of Fig. 1 in section from the side.

For loading a reinforced body 1 made of concrete of rectangular trough-like shape, e.g. As a floor assembly of a housing, on a vehicle or for unloading the body at a remote location of the housing by means of a lifting device, the body 1 in the floor area 1A has cast-in threaded bushings 3 at several distributed locations and anchored to the reinforcement 2, which are flush with the Lock off the outer wall and serve to hold screwable lifting devices. Each lifting device is formed in several parts from conventional elements and can therefore be easily manufactured if necessary at the charging point of the body. For this purpose, for each lifting device only one head screw 4, which can be screwed into the threaded bushing 3, in particular a standardized hexagon screw, a circular pressure disk 8 penetrated by the screw 4 for supporting a sleeve surrounding the screw 4 with a space serving as a support tube, and a sleeve penetrated by the screw 4 and transversely to the longitudinal axis of the screw over the sleeve 7 protruding securing part 6 is required for the connecting member 9, which is looped around the sleeve in the form of a rope loop and is prevented from slipping by the securing part 6. The securing part 6 consists of a flat bar which projects beyond the cable loop 9 and projects beyond the end face of the sleeve 7 on both sides. The screw head 4A engages directly or as shown via a washer 5 on the securing part 6 and, when screwing the screw 4 into the threaded bushing 3, presses the sleeve 7 firmly against the pressure disk 8 via the securing part 6, so that when the body 1 is raised and lowered, the Sleeve prevents bending stress of the screw 4, which is thus only exposed to shear stress.

The choice of the diameter and the length of the sleeve allows simple adaptation, for example to the rope diameter of the rope loop 9, and a sufficiently large radius of the loop is ensured with a corresponding sleeve diameter.
