Description

The present invention relates to an elastic thread element, consisting of an elastic thread, which is wrapped with at least one spinning thread.

Elastic thread elements with an outer wrapping are used in textile elastic fabrics, in which the elastic thread should not appear immediately because its outer structure differs from that of the other threads of the fabric and would therefore change the visual appearance and the surface quality . When processing such wrapped elastic threads, they are tensioned and, in this tensioned state, woven, knitted, crocheted or intertwined with the other untensioned threads. On the finished surface elements, however, there is the undesirable effect that the elastic threads stretched during processing now contract, so that the surface element also contracts and thus changes its dimension. Here, faults occur which are unsightly and make processing of the fabric difficult.

The invention is based on the object of creating an elastic thread element which eliminates the above disadvantages and which has the properties of an inelastic element during processing into a textile fabric and is fully elastic after processing.

According to the invention, this is achieved in that at least one non-elastic thread is arranged essentially parallel to the elastic thread and is wound together with the untensioned elastic thread by the spinning thread. Thus, the thread element according to the invention consists of at least one non-elastic and one elastic thread, which are wrapped together, whereby it is essential to the invention that the elastic thread has no pretension and therefore no stretching Further processing in the respective processing machines. Also in the finished textile fabric there is no change in dimension due to the change in length of the elastic thread, since this is contained in the thread element according to the invention without pretensioning, so that it has the same length in the textile fabric as the inelastic threads. The elasticity of the thread element according to the invention can now be obtained in a simple manner by cutting the inelastic thread, which is done by simply tearing it can be done. For this reason, it is expedient to design the inelastic thread with a smaller diameter than the elastic thread. However, the strength of the inelastic thread must be such that the thread element according to the invention does not tear during processing in textile machines.

In an embodiment of the invention, it can also be expedient if the inelastic thread consists of a plastic, in particular a thermoplastic, and the plastic material has a lower melting point than the material of the elastic thread. In this thread element according to the invention, the destruction or removal of the inelastic thread element after processing can be carried out in a simple manner by heating. During this heating, the inelastic thread melts without damaging the elastic thread. The melting of the elastic thread can be achieved, for example, by an ironing process, or also when finishing the finished fabric, so that after the finishing process, all inelastic threads have melted away. According to the invention, it can also be expedient to produce the spinning thread from the same low-melting plastic material as the inelastic thread of the thread element according to the invention, so that after heating only the elastic thread element remains in the textile structure.

In the event that the ineffectiveness of the inelastic thread in the invention by mechanical cutting Thread element should be reached, it can be advantageous if the inelastic thread has predetermined weak points at certain intervals. The threads used in the thread element according to the invention can be monofilament and / or multifilament.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a textile surface element, which can be woven or has a mesh structure, which is produced using the thread element according to the invention.

The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

Show it :
  • 1 is a view partially cut a thread element according to the invention,
  • 2 shows a schematic view of a device for producing a thread element according to the invention,
  • 3 shows a view of a textile fabric with a woven structure using a thread element according to the invention according to FIG. 1.

As can be seen from FIG. 1, a thread element 1 according to the invention consists of an elastic thread 2, for example made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber or a other elastic plastic can exist, and an inelastic thread 3, which can consist of textile material, plastic material or metal. The threads 2, 3 run essentially parallel to one another, and they are wound together by a spinning thread 4. It can be expedient, as shown in the example shown, for double winding with a spinning thread 4, the two winding layers being in opposite directions. The filament 4 gives the filament element according to the invention a specific, desired surface which is dependent on the structure and the optical nature of the filament 4. The filaments 2, 3, 4 can be monofilament or multifilament. It is essential in the thread element according to the invention that the elastic thread 2 runs tension-free within the thread element, ie the elastic thread is in the unstretched state. However, it is within the scope of the invention if a plurality of elastic threads and / or inelastic threads form a thread element according to the invention.

This consists, for example, of two supply rolls 6, 7, the elastic thread 2 being wound on one supply roll and the inelastic thread 3 being wound on the other supply roll 7. The two threads 2, 3 are guided in parallel and pass through a first wrapping device 8 and, for example, a further second wrapping device 9 lying behind them, and are wound up together at the end a take-up spool 10 is wound up. The spool 6 for the elastic thread 2 is driven in such a way that the unwinding speed of the thread 2 from the spool 6 is equal to the winding speed of the finished thread element 1 according to the invention on the winding spool 10. This ensures that the elastic thread is wound tension-free, ie unstretched. The two coils 6, 7 can expediently be arranged on a common shaft, and the drive of the coil 6 is controlled as a function of the control of the driven coil 10 in the above sense. In the example shown, two wrapping devices 8, 9 are shown arranged one behind the other, so that the wrapping of the thread element 1 according to the invention has two layers, the direction of lay of the two wraps being of the same size in the opposite direction, so that the thread element according to the invention is overall free of twists.

Somit wird erfindungsgemäß ein textiles Flächengebilde geschaffen, das im ungedehnten Zustand in beiden axialen Richtungen vollständig verwerfungsfrei und maßhaltig ist.FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of a textile fabric according to the invention with a woven structure. This textile fabric 12 consists of warp threads 13 and weft threads 14. According to the invention, it is now provided that this fabric 12 is biaxially elastic. This is achieved according to the invention in that one or more of the warp threads 13 is elastic, this being an elastic thread element according to the invention, as described in FIG. 1. The weft threads 14 are all formed from a thread element according to the invention according to FIG. 1. Thus, according to the invention, a textile fabric is created which in the un stretched state in both axial directions is completely fault-free and true to size.

However, the invention is not only limited to the use of the thread element according to the invention in weaving structures, but can also be used with textile fabrics with a mesh structure while achieving the same advantages.
