Claims (20)

1. Procédé pour remplir un dispensateur (1) pour produits fluides et, en particulier, pour préparations pâteuses pharmaceutiques ou cosmétiques, dans lequel l'enceinte de remplissage (38) d'un récipient (2) fermé du côté du fond, est remplie de produit par un orifice de remplissage (43) opposé au fond (4) en refoulant l'air qui y est contenu et est fermée de façon à ce que l'enceinte de remplissage du récipient rempli soit délimitée par un piston mobile (12) qui y est inséré, caractérisé en ce que le remplissage est réalisé à travers un orifice dans le piston mobile déjà inséré dans le récipient.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élimination de l'air est réalisée à travers un orifice d'évacuation de l'air (43), séparé de l'orifice de remplisssage (24), cet orifice étant fermé, en particulier immédiatement après l'achèvement du remplissage, ou après l'élimination de toutes les inclusions d'air, le remplissage étant effectué de préférence à travers un tube montant (11), inséré dans le piston mobile et à connecter à une pompe d'extraction (8) maintenue en particulier en position de fonctionnement.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le piston mobile (12) prend appui pendant le remplissage sous pression axiale et avec emboîtement contre une butée de positionnement, celle-ci pouvant, en particulier, assurer l'étanchéité, le piston étant déplacé sur une glissière (16) s'écartant de la butée de positionnement après le remplissage.
4. Dispensateur (1) pour produits fluides et, en particulier, pour préparations pâteuses, pharmaceutiques ou cosmétiques, avec un récipient d'alimentation (2) portant, à son extrémité ouverte, une pompe d'extraction (8), ledit récipient présentant, dans la zone de son extrémité opposée au fond (4), un orifice de remplissage (43) pour son enceinte de remplissage (38) dont la délimitation sur le côté opposé au fond (4) est prévue au moyen d'un piston mobile (12) correspondant à une position de travail de départ (fig. 1) et à guider sur une surface de glissement (16), ce piston étant traversé par un tube montant (11) sur lequel le piston mobile (12) est guidé de manière étanche, tandis que l'extrémité extérieure du tube montant (11) est pourvue pour assurer la connexion d'un orifice d'extraction (15) de la pompe d'extraction (8) et qu'un orifice d'évacuation de l'air (24) est prévu pour le récipient (2) caractérisé en ce que, pour une position de remplissage du piston mobile (12), présentant l'orifice de remplissage (43), il est prévu une butée de positionnement amovible vis à vis du récipient (2).
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice de remplissage (43) est délimité sur sa périphérie par le piston mobile (12) et, de préférence, par l'orifice du piston mobile prévu pour recevoir le tube montant (11) et/ ou une pièce de raccordement (41) délimitée par au moins une lèvre d'étanchéité (29, 28) pour une trémie de remplissage (42).
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice d'évacuation de l'air (24) peut être fermé par le déplacement du piston mobile (12) depuis la position de remplissage (fig.3) vers la position de travail de sortie (fig. 1) et, en particulier, par le piston mobile (12).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le piston mobile (12), guidé de manière à pouvoir se déplacer d'une position de remplissage (fig. 3), jusqu'à une position de travail (fig. 1) dans le récipient (2), présente, sur sa face frontale extérieure, une butée d'appui (31) pour une butée d'entraînement (32) reliée en particulier au tube montant (11) et/ou à la pompe d'extraction (8) et que l'enceinte de remplissage remplie (47) est plus courte que l'enceinte de remplissage (38) au moment du remplissage dans une mesure correspondant à la course d'entraînement (46) du piston mobile (12).
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'enceinte de remplissage (47) ainsi qu'également, de préférence, le tube montant (11) et la chambre de pompe (58) de la pompe d'extraction (8) sont remplis complètement du produit après le remplissage.

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le remplissage de la chambre de pompe (58) de la pompe d'extraction (8) et, éventuellement du tube montant (11) est assuré par un déplacement du piston mobile (12), qui a lieu à la suite du remplissage de l'enceinte de remplissage (47) tandis que, de préférence, le volume déplacé correspondant à la course d'entraînement (46) du piston mobile (12) est, au moins approximativement, égal au volume de la contenance de la chambre de pompe (58) et, éventuellement, du tube montant (11).
10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (45) du tube montant (11), présente un rétrécissement, en particulier de forme conique, avec un diamètre plus petit que celui de l'orifice de remplissage (43) et que la butée d'entraînement (32) forme, de préférence, un élément constructif avec la fermeture de récipient (3) portant la pompe d'extraction (8) et/ou réalisé d'une pièce avec le tube montant (11), tandis que la butée d'entraînement (32) présente, en particulier, un capuchon d'entraînement (33) s'engageant dans l'extrémité ouverte (5) du récipient (2) pour assurer l'appui à proximité des organes d'étanchéité (26, 27, 28, 29) du piston mobile (12).
11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice d'évacuation de l'air (24) peut être fermé avec commande par vanne, par rapport à l'enceinte de remplissage (47) tandis que, de préférence, le piston mobile (12) forme la vanne qui dégage l'orifice d'évacuation d'air (24) en position de remplissage (fig. 3) et qui la ferme en position de travail (fig. 1 ).
12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice d'évacuation de l'air (24b) est relié à la face extérieure du dispositif par l'intermédiaire d'un canal d'évacuation d'air (23b) qui est prévu, en particulier, en forme de poche dans la surface périphérique intérieure (40b) de la section terminale ouverte (18b) du récipient (2b) dont l'extrémité intérieure forme l'orifice d'évacuation d'air (24b) et qui est précédé, de préférence, du côté de la sortie par une étanchéité entre le récipient et la fermeture de récipient.
13. Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que la vanne est constituée par une lèvre d'étanchéité annulaire (26) du piston mobile (12) et de préférence, par la lèvre d'étanchéité annulaire (26), rendant étanche l'enceinte de remplissage (47) de celui-ci, par rapport à la surface de glissement du piston (16), cette lèvre s'écartant obliquement du piston mobile (12) et, en particulier, en sens opposé à la direction de déplacement (flèche 39) et/ou est prévue à l'extrémité antérieure du piston (44) en direction de déplacement (flèche 39).
14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le piston mobile (12) se trouve en position de remplissage (fig. 3) dans la zone d'une section du récipient (18) s'étendant, en particulier, jusqu'à la surface terminale ouverte (19) du récipient (2) et avec section intérieure légèrement élargie par rapport à la surface de glissement du piston (16), cette section se continuant par la surface de glissement du piston (16), de préférence par un épaulement annulaire (17) formant une butée de position oblique correspondant, en particulier, à une surface de centrage (30) du piston mobile (12) et/ou en position de remplissage (fig.3), un épaulement annulaire d'appui (17) traversé, en particulier en forme de rainure, par l'orifice d'évacuation d'air (24) pour la lèvre d'étanchéité annulaire antérieure (26) en direction de déplacement (flèche 39) du piston mobile (12).
15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le piston mobile (12), en particulier en forme de ventouse annulaire, présente pour le guidage sur la surface de glissement du piston (16) et/ou sur le tube montant (11) chaque fois au moins deux lèvres d'étanchéité annulaire (26, 27; 28, 29) disposées l'une derrière l'autre, qui s'étendent de préférence obliquement par rapport à la surface d'étanchéité et en section à l'encontre de la direction de déplacement (flèche 39) et/ou dont au moins la lèvre d'étanchéité annulaire postérieur (29) correspondant au tube montant (11) forme la pièce de raccord (41) pour la trémie de remplissage (42).
16. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité extérieure du tube du montant (11) forme pour le raccordement de la pompe d'extraction (8), un élément d'assemblage (35) d'un assemblage de conduite (10) en particulier de type télescopique, qui est formé en particulier par deux douilles emboîtables, tandis que l'élément d'assemblage (35) du tube montant (11) est formé, de préférence par la section terminale et dépassant extérieurement l'élément d'assemblage (34) de la pompe d'extraction (8) et/ou une douille intérieure (37) s'engageant dans l'élément d'assemblage (34) de la pompe d'extraction (8).
17. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 16, caractérisé en ce que la pompe d'extraction (8) se présente sous forme d'une pompe à piston, qui présente, de préférence, un clapet anti-retour (48) tel qu'un clapet à bille, situé entre le piston de pompe et le tube montant (11 ).
18. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'espace vide (51) du récipient au-dessus du piston mobile (12) est fermé hermétiquement par rapport à l'atmosphère en position de repos de la pompe d'extraction (8).
19. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le corps (49) de la pompe d'extraction (8) est disposé de manière étanche dans le récipient, de préférence avec une bride annulaire (9) prévue sur son corps (49) dans une rainure intérieure (7) d'une fermeture de récipient (3) reliée de manière étanche au récipient (2) et que la pompe d'extraction (8) est pourvue d'un dispositif d'équilibrage de l'air (61) fermé hermétiquement dans sa position de repos.
20. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 19, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une pompe de pulvérisation (8) connue en soi et d'un récipient d'alimentation (2) avec piston mobile ou grimpant (12).
