Dies ermöglicht einerseits das Einführen des Anschlußstückes in die Bettung und andererseits das Einklemmen des Anschlußstückes in der Bettung mittels einer Schraubverbindung, die quer zum senkrechten Schlitz angeordnet ist. Das zum Einklemmen des Anschlußstückes erforderliche Verkleinern der Schlitzbreite führt zu einer ungünstigen Linienberührung an den keilförmigen Flächen von Bettung und Anschlußstück. Weiter nachteilig wirkt die Gewichtskraft des Bauteils der Spannkraft der Schraubverbindung entgegen; es ist also eine hohe Vorspannung der Schraubverbindung oder eine größere Anzahl von Schrauben erforderlich, um ein kritisches Aufweiten der Bettung zu verhindern. Dies bedeutet auch, daß das Bauteil bei gelockerter Schraubverbindung nicht sicher gehalten ist und bei einem evtl. Die erfindungsgemäße Aufhängung hat insbesondere folgende Vorteile:

Dadurch kann die Vorspannkraft der Schrauben niedrig und somit die Anzahl oder der Durchmesser der Schrauben kleiner sein.
  • b) Ein Herabfallen des Bauteils ist wegen des Formschlusses und des ständigen Kraftschlusses durch die vorgenannte Gewichtskraft ausgeschlossen, selbst wenn die Schrauben völlig fehlen.
  • c) Die Aufhängung ist ohne zusätzliche Mittel, sozusagen systemeigen, rüttelsicher.
  • d) Es erfolgt eine direkte Krafteinleitung in den Träger, der im Bereich der Krafteinleitung keine Bohrungen für Befestigungsschrauben und keine Schweißstellen aufweist, also nicht geschwächt ist.
  • e) Die formstabile Bettung ist insbesondere dann einfach und ohne Mehrkosten erbringbar, wenn die Träger entsprechend der Bauweise moderner Fahrzeuge als Leichtmetall-Strangpreßprofile erstellt werden.
