Abstract
Das neue Werkzeug zum Herausziehen eines rohrstückes aus dem Rohrboden eines Dampferzeugers besteht aus einem in das Rohrstück einschraubbaren Ziehdorn (3) und einem diesen Ziehdorn umgebenden hydraulischen Linearantrieb (10), der sich fixierbar am Rohrboden abstützt. Description
Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit der konstruktiven Ausgestaltung eines Werkzeuges, mit dem Heizrohrstücke aus dem Rohrboden eines Dampferzeugers herausgezogen werden können. Ein bekanntes Werkzeug dieser Art besteht aus einem in das Heizrohrstück einschraubbaren Ziehdorn und aus einem hydraulischen Linearantrieb, der sich einerseits am Rohrboden abstützt und der andererseits am freien Ende des Ziehdornes angreift. Dabei ist der Ziehdorn mit dem Zylinder des hydraulischen Antriebes fest verbunden. Der Hubkolben des hydraulischen Antriebes stützt sich am Rohrboden ab, wobei das Werkzeug als Ganzes von Hand zu betätigen ist. Bei diesem Werkzeug ist der hydraulische Antrieb mit einem relativ großen Hubbereich versehen, um das Heizrohrstück mit jedem Hub möglichst weit aus dem Rohrboden herausziehen zu können. - Beim Entfernen des herausgezogenen Heizrohrstückes vom Ziehdorn muß die formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem Ziehdorn und dem Zylinder des hydraulischen Antriebes manuell gelöst werden.The invention is concerned with the structural design of a tool with which heating tube pieces can be pulled out of the tube sheet of a steam generator. Beim Einsatz eines derart ausgebildeten Werkzeuges ergibt sich eine wesentlich geringere Verweilzeit des Bedienpersonals in der entsprechenden Kammer eines Wärmetauschers. Dies ist insbesondere von Bedeutung für Wärmetauscher in Kernkraftanlagen, um die Strahlenbelastung des Bedienpersonal so gering wie möglich zu halten. Durch Verwendung des hydraulischen Spannkolbens kann das Werkzeug nach dem Fixieren am Rohrboden ohne weitere manuelle Eingriffe fernbedient werden. Weiterhin kann nach dem Herausziehen eines Rohrstückes aus dem Rohrboden der Ziehdorn ohne eine Beeinträchtigung der Funktion des Ziehwerkzeuges bei spannungslosem Zustand des Spannkolbens aus dem Werkzeug herausgenommen werden. - Im übrigen kann das jeweilige Rohrstück auch dann noch gezogen werden, wenn das Rohrende mit dem eingeschraubten Ziehdorn bereits die Klemmbacken passiert hat. Wenn dabei das jeweilige Rohrstück nicht als Ganzes aus dem Rohrboden herausgezogen werden kann, weil der freie Raum unter dem Ziehwerkzeug dazu nicht ausreicht, so kann ein Teil des Rohrstückes unmittelbar unterhalb des Ziehwerkzeuges abgetrennt und anschließend das übrige Teil ohne Einsatz des Ziehdornes herausgezogen werden.When using a tool designed in this way, there is a significantly shorter dwell time for the operating personnel in the corresponding chamber of a heat exchanger.
