A device according to claim 1, characterised in that the locking ring (7) is held clamped by means of bolts (6) between the disc (1) and a sealing ring (8) which bears by its outer edge on the downstream edge of the platforms (9) of the blades (10) and by its inner edge on the low-pressure compressor drum (11).
3. A device according to claim 1, characterised in that the locking ring (7) having notches (18) is built into the low-pressure compressor drum (22).
