Claims (3)

1. Dispositif de fermeture (1) en matière plastique moulée d'un seul tenant, servant à former l'embouchure d'un récipient, comportant une partie formant corps (2) destinée à venir en contact avec le récipient, cette partie formant corps possédant au moins une ouverture (13) destinée à déverser la substance retenue dans le récipient, une partie formant capuchon (3) agencée de manière à ouvrir et fermer la ou les ouvertures (13) ménagées dans la partie formant corps (2), la partie formant capuchon (3) étant raccordée à la partie formant corps par une charnière (4), et une bande de sûreté (14) raccordée à l'élément supérieur de la partie formant corps (2) et s'étendant vers le haut à partir de cet élément ou, sinon, disposée autour du bord de la partie formant capuchon (3), l'agencement étant tel que, lorsqu'on ferme la partie formant capuchon (3) pour la première fois, soit cette partie formant capuchon (3) s'insère à l'intérieur de la bande de sûreté relevée (14), située sur la partie formant corps (2), soit le pourtour (10) de l'élément supérieur de la partie formant corps (2) s'adapte à l'intérieur de la bande de sûreté (14) autour du bord de la partie formant capuchon (3), ce qui empêche tout déplacement de la partie formant capuchon (3) vers la position ouverte, jusqu'à ce que la bande de sûreté (14) soit retirée, caractérisé en ce que:
la partie formant corps (2) est raccordée à la partie formant capuchon (3) par une charnière (4) à enclenchement brusque;
la bande de sûreté (14) est raccordée respectivement à la partie formant corps (2) ou à la partie formant capuchon (3) par une pluralité de languettes séparées (15) pouvant être rompues;
et la partie formant capuchon (3) ou la partie formant corps (2) comporte une pluralité de boutons saillants (17) disposés sur le pourtour de la partie formant capuchon (3) ou de l'élément supérieur (10) de la partie formant corps (2), les boutons s'engageant au-dessous de la bande de sûreté (14) entre les languettes (15) lorsqu'on ferme pour la première fois la partie formant capuchon (3).
2. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie formant corps (2) comporte un élément supérieur (10), une jupe extérieure tombante (11) et un bouchon intérieur tombant (12), entourant une ouverture centrale relevée (13).
3. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les boutons (17) situés sur la partie formant capuchon (3) sont disposés de telle sorte que, lorsque le dispositif de fermeture (1) est dans sa position fermée, les boutons (17) sont disposés éntre les languettes (15) situées sur la partie formant corps (2).
